    @Telstra Who cares ? Fun fact, telstra have been trying to scam over $600 from me by claiming I never cancelled an account I actually did. This is nothing short of extortion. Avoid the big telcos. Amaysim and iPrimus have served me well.

    @LaceUpJumpers @footyjumpers @piehardpodcast Primus was the telecommunications company. iPrimus was their Internet service name.

    @iPrimusAU And this is why I have been with iprimus for so long. Started with them in 2006 and every so often they let me know they are speeding up my service and reducing my bill, I don't ask if they can do better, they just do it.

    for anyone considering internet services please never use Iprimus, @iPrimusAU has been completely useless when it comes to customer service and has wasted hours of my time on hold - not good enough.

    @sallymcmanus @DodoAustralia iPrimus is so much worse. Their customer service is almost non-existent.

    @iPrimusAU I cancelled my internet 1 day after activation cos it didn’t work and IT were no help. Was told I wouldn’t be charged anything but guess what… I’m now being hit up for $80 (monthly cost) and customer service are giving me the run around. Fun times. #Iprimus #Fail

    If y'all need an internet provider, stay away from iprimus! Worst company EVER! Their customer support is disgusting as well as their service.

    I used to work at an office that houses around 5,000 Vocus, Dodo and iPrimus support teams. I can imagine the chaos there!

    Any Aussies care to recommend an ISP? Was with iPrimus, horrible crowd. Big names keep coming up: TPG, Dodo, Amaysim. I'm sure there are other ISPs that are better.

    @janine_hendry Telcos are the worst - I had similar issues with Iprimus, even though I had been a customer for almost 25 years
