    If y'all need an internet provider, stay away from iprimus! Worst company EVER! Their customer support is disgusting as well as their service.

    Hi @Telstra, with iprimus ISP. Obviously they use your network to connect to the internet. Have just been advised of a complex fault and it will not be fixed for a month. I cant find any info on the outage sites. Can you confirm.

    from his chat to his supplier iprimus with the answer the solution and the eta I'm just dumbfounded. you take lots of money for little service and your app is just SH#$

    @CMYKChuffy i switched to iprimus years ago cause of just how awful it was dealing with telstra, think they use the telstra infrastructure but at worst that just means they're bothering telstra for me. Customer service is mostly good, highly recommend
