Vicki Mainard π¦πΊπΉππ Scomo is my PM. (@vmainard) reported@Telstra I have used the cat is in the way when playing games. I rarely have problems with online lagging since I moved to Iprimus.
-
Myau Miao Meow (@Myau_Miao_Meow) reported@SkrappEdits I'm currently with iPrimus, which has barely any connection issues in my area, but their customer support isn't great. I'll most likely be switching to Aussie Broadband soon, since I've heard good things, so +1 for them.
-
Benjamin Reynolds (@BenjaminRoy73) reported@chrismurphys @Telstra I have used iprimus twice now and have rarely had issues.
-
Haruharu π© (@HARUHARUpinku) reported@kuyalion @ZenyTalk No VPN, iPrimus. And for reference I'm in Perth, and I'm accessing it on my phone via the Samsung Internet app without issue.

Alice Clarke (@Alicedkc) reportedInteresting. I was on hold to @iPrimusAU for ages, then asked to rate the call (before speaking to someone), then told I was being put through, then got a recorded message saying "due to an emergency situation, iPrimus is unavailable". Hope everyone's OK. Never had that before.
-
RegularRelief (@RegularRelief) reported@ConkyOCE Also, don't threaten the ombudsman, that does nothing. I had an issue with iprimus that was ongoing for weeks, the second I had a case issued by the ombudsman it was sorted in an hour

Taran Reynard Whyteππ¦ππ¦π (@TaranReynardWhy) reported from Melbourne, Victoria@jonto_kaye No, I'm with iPrimus here in Australia but we've got the National Broadband Network rollout going on in our street and it's interfering with my adsl. So I'm using my mobile data. But I'm trying to use that very sparingly as I don't have a lot of it.

Mandy C (@dragonsgirl2010) reported@jdrama68 I found the support great, they also let you know ahead any planned NBN outages, also if they get cancelled. Iβm on a lower plan but speed always as per plan. Much better than iprimus where the Broadband speed was so poor and support is local. Prices competitive

DJ (@djf99_) reported@iPrimusAU our internet has been cutting out all day and wonβt maintain a connection for longer than 20 mins. Is there an outage and if so when will it be handled? #iprimus

iPrimus (@iPrimusAU) reported@meggsy46 Hi Meryl, iPrimus customers have not been impacted by the Optus cyberattack. While we use the Optus network as a network provider for our mobile services, we can reassure our customers that their personal information is managed securely by us and is not shared with Optus.
