Mike Chapman (@Mike_B_Chapman) reported@thisischubbsy__ @iPrimusAU Don’t use iPrimus, probably too late. I cancelled and to return their modem they gave me a dud code to use at AusPost, AusPost told me it was a common ruse. Their customer service number connects then drops out. Now they want to charge me $129 for the modem on an auto withdrawal.

Fíriel Olorindë (@evenstar) reported...remember that time someone got a hit from a Google com au cache and the IP was from iPrimus, and...blamed it on me, even though I only switched to iPrimus in 2012...nine years after the incident? still weirds me out how every bit of weird behaviour from Au was my fault.

Alice Clarke (@Alicedkc) reportedInteresting. I was on hold to @iPrimusAU for ages, then asked to rate the call (before speaking to someone), then told I was being put through, then got a recorded message saying "due to an emergency situation, iPrimus is unavailable". Hope everyone's OK. Never had that before.

Kitt Happens 🇺🇦🌱 #NAFOCatsDivision (@RareFlowerGrow) reportedAny Aussies care to recommend an ISP? Was with iPrimus, horrible crowd. Big names keep coming up: TPG, Dodo, Amaysim. I'm sure there are other ISPs that are better.

Vicki Mainard 🇦🇺🕹🏀🐈Liberal 22 (@vmainard) reported@MissHissyKat There's a lot to like about iprimus. I only went to them in full, since my internet was with them. Got in contact with them and ask about phone internet bundle, and they gave us a fantastic deal. Great customer service if thing go wrong too.

Mandy C (@dragonsgirl2010) reported@jdrama68 I found the support great, they also let you know ahead any planned NBN outages, also if they get cancelled. I’m on a lower plan but speed always as per plan. Much better than iprimus where the Broadband speed was so poor and support is local. Prices competitive

Ingrid Harrison (@IngridHarrison) reportedShout out to @iprimus to cancel my father’s internet (as he is going into aged care). Apart from either speaking to him direct or requiring my power of attorney as well as my identification, you want me to ring you again to ensure you don’t debit his account. That’s service. Not.
