Fíriel Olorindë (@evenstar) reported...remember that time someone got a hit from a Google com au cache and the IP was from iPrimus, and...blamed it on me, even though I only switched to iPrimus in 2012...nine years after the incident? still weirds me out how every bit of weird behaviour from Au was my fault.

RegularRelief (@RegularRelief) reported@ConkyOCE Also, don't threaten the ombudsman, that does nothing. I had an issue with iprimus that was ongoing for weeks, the second I had a case issued by the ombudsman it was sorted in an hour

Lèsè | Dawnfire (@DFRetro) reportedWill be a lil bit, iprimus sucks so restarting net
-
Benjamin Reynolds (@BenjaminRoy73) reported@chrismurphys @Telstra I have used iprimus twice now and have rarely had issues.
-
jezford (@jezford) reported@StephenFenech @Optus Woh, a bad couple of days, sympathies, dude! Agreed, shocking showing from Optus. It's the engineers at iPrimus that have kept me with them for 20 years now - always available, helpful and smart, and never annoying or condescending (though I think there's a note on my file...).

Owain 🇬🇧 (@BigO_CS) reported from Melbourne, Victoria@MoeycQ @ManicMunday @OfficialSnypeR @Aussie_BB To a point that's true. I recently had an outage on my iPrimus line but my TPG was functioning perfectly. This at least skirts the issue if individual provider problems. But yeah if it's NBN you're ****** LOL

Blackiwiroo 🎀🇦🇺🇳🇿🙋🏻♀️ (@blackiwiroo) reported from Sunshine Coast, Queensland@fi_shep @Telstra I moved across to iPrimus 2yrs ago after Telstra’s shitty service!

iPrimus (@iPrimusAU) reported@Brisbane4000 Hi Capital, iPrimus customers have not been impacted by the Optus cyberattack. While we use the Optus network as a network provider for our mobile services, we can reassure our customers that their personal information is managed securely by us and is not shared with Optus. Taran Reynard Whyte💜🦊🌈🦄🌊 (@TaranReynardWhy) reported from Melbourne, Victoria@jonto_kaye No, I'm with iPrimus here in Australia but we've got the National Broadband Network rollout going on in our street and it's interfering with my adsl. So I'm using my mobile data. But I'm trying to use that very sparingly as I don't have a lot of it.

💧Robyn D💉x4 Insufficiently Feminine (@KoparaFallsKid) reported@meggsy46 @AlanBixter I'm sorry, I don't know the answer. iPrimus is a Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) that runs on the Optus Network, which may explain it. I don't know if that means they share customer data. Maybe ring iPrimus?
