Treated my mother like **** when she asked them to remove my deceased father name from the bill. Left for Iprimus and have never looked back.

gordolakeπ³οΈπ (@gordolake) reportedHi @Telstra, with iprimus ISP. Obviously they use your network to connect to the internet. Have just been advised of a complex fault and it will not be fixed for a month. I cant find any info on the outage sites. Can you confirm.

We got rid of Telstra 6 years ago when my Dad passed away and they treated my mother like crap when she asked for his name to be removed from the bill. We're with iprimus for our home internet and phone now.

Seriously, he had his own service with iPrimus so why is Telstra's client database so messy @Optus please contact me as I want a new service

Been on hold for 30 minutes. They have transferred me to tech support. This is my elderly parents home. appreciate iprimus looking into outages in Adelaide
