    Shout out to @iprimus to cancel my father’s internet (as he is going into aged care). Apart from either speaking to him direct or requiring my power of attorney as well as my identification, you want me to ring you again to ensure you don’t debit his account. That’s service. Not.

    @HYP3RSTRIKE I'm considering a couple of companies x Aussie Broadband, iinet, superloop. Just iprimus is awful. I've spent 8 months trying to contact their customer service only to be patronized by them! They also did not fix the issue, they made it worse!!!

    Wouldn’t it be a nice touch if iPrimus @iPrimusAU sent out a text message the day before planned Network outages? Once again no Internet 0030-0630. #adelaide #outage #internet

    @mrszoomby @iPrimusAU I’m in Warragul and have no internet also. I called iPrimus and the guy told me that there is a statewide outage

    @janine_hendry Telcos are the worst - I had similar issues with Iprimus, even though I had been a customer for almost 25 years

    I honestly wish I could go with Vondafone, iprimus is the worst. It’s so slow and barely loads anything

    @CMYKChuffy i switched to iprimus years ago cause of just how awful it was dealing with telstra, think they use the telstra infrastructure but at worst that just means they're bothering telstra for me. Customer service is mostly good, highly recommend

    @MissHissyKat There's a lot to like about iprimus. I only went to them in full, since my internet was with them. Got in contact with them and ask about phone internet bundle, and they gave us a fantastic deal. Great customer service if thing go wrong too.
