So I'm using my mobile data. But I'm trying to use that very sparingly as I don't have a lot of it.

I recently had an outage on my iPrimus line but my TPG was functioning perfectly. This at least skirts the issue if individual provider problems. But yeah if it's NBN you're ****** LOL

It's the engineers at iPrimus that have kept me with them for 20 years now - always available, helpful and smart, and never annoying or condescending (though I think there's a note on my file...).

Was told I wouldnโt be charged anything but guess whatโฆ Iโm now being hit up for $80 (monthly cost) and customer service are giving me the run around. Fun times. #Iprimus #Fail
