    @sallymcmanus @DodoAustralia iPrimus is so much worse. Their customer service is almost non-existent.

    @SkrappEdits I'm currently with iPrimus, which has barely any connection issues in my area, but their customer support isn't great. I'll most likely be switching to Aussie Broadband soon, since I've heard good things, so +1 for them.

    @iPrimusAU you lost me as a customer iprimus.. constant nbn/internet outages lasting days, only to tell me the problem must be my hardware when its not.. .. not returning phone calls when you say you will.. been with you for 25yrs plus.. time for a change.. cya.

    @iPrimusAU Unfortunately, nbn has been down all day today. Still not fixed. As a result I have not been able to work today. Still no updates from iprimus. That's at least 6 lengthy downtimes this last week andI have not been able to work for 15hrs. Who is going to compensate me for that?

    Wouldn’t it be a nice touch if iPrimus @iPrimusAU sent out a text message the day before planned Network outages? Once again no Internet 0030-0630. #adelaide #outage #internet

    Hi @Telstra, with iprimus ISP. Obviously they use your network to connect to the internet. Have just been advised of a complex fault and it will not be fixed for a month. I cant find any info on the outage sites. Can you confirm.

    @chrismurphys @Telstra I have used iprimus twice now and have rarely had issues.
