I've rung them 3 times, they test the speed, tell me I'm dreaming and it never gets better. Looking to change. Any ideas? I pay $65pm unlimited. Jerry

Seriously, he had his own service with iPrimus so why is Telstra's client database so messy @Optus please contact me as I want a new service

Iprimus was so bad I had to go to someone else to get them to change me over. Iprimus wouldn't answer emails or calls. The worst service (unsurprisingly) was one. I was on hold to @iPrimusAU for ages, then asked to rate the call (before speaking to someone), then told I was being put through, then got a recorded message saying "due to an emergency situation, iPrimus is unavailable". Hope everyone's OK. Never had that before.
