    @iPrimusAU @iPrimusAU can you please check what is happening in St albans 3021 victoria? iprimus told me there was an outage that was resolved, however my nbn box lights flicker every 25 minutes, disconnecting the internet for over 10 minuutes at a time, what is going on with iprim/NBN?

    @meggsy46 Hi Meryl, iPrimus customers have not been impacted by the Optus cyberattack. While we use the Optus network as a network provider for our mobile services, we can reassure our customers that their personal information is managed securely by us and is not shared with Optus. (1/2)

    @iPrimusAU you lost me as a customer iprimus.. constant nbn/internet outages lasting days, only to tell me the problem must be my hardware when its not.. .. not returning phone calls when you say you will.. been with you for 25yrs plus.. time for a change.. cya.

    I used to work at an office that houses around 5,000 Vocus, Dodo and iPrimus support teams. I can imagine the chaos there!

    @sallymcmanus @DodoAustralia iPrimus is so much worse. Their customer service is almost non-existent.

    Damn Iā€™m getting pissed off with iprimus. Iā€™m charged $2.50 for not having a direct debit, $2.80 for using BPay and $2.20 for a paper bill plus gst. Nearly $10 on top of my monthly bill.
