    @buzzsaw123456 @Dominos_AU I had IPrimus send me a disconnection notice for my friends internet and threatening debt collector action. I told them in February she had died. They said they cancelled the account BUT NEVER MENTIONED THE OUTSTANDING AMOUNT!

    @iPrimusAU really pathetic service! I have been waiting service to be activated at my new address for about 2 weeks but there's no update at all!! Would never ever recommend iprimus!

    @ConkyOCE Also, don't threaten the ombudsman, that does nothing. I had an issue with iprimus that was ongoing for weeks, the second I had a case issued by the ombudsman it was sorted in an hour

    Damn I’m getting pissed off with iprimus. I’m charged $2.50 for not having a direct debit, $2.80 for using BPay and $2.20 for a paper bill plus gst. Nearly $10 on top of my monthly bill.

    Highly suggest no one ever go with iprimus for their internet provider. Weeks with spotty connection (which i can forgive some due to the flooding) and support is awful. Looks like i’m stuck using all my phone data 👌

    I can’t even get excited about getting a job in the US and having a flight booked for the 17th cos no visa and the boarders are closed. This was meant to help me gain international work experience and make my CV more favourable, but life is a bogbo yaseRank enuka iPrimus stove💀
