Scarlett (@aprivatebeach) reported@iPrimusAU I cancelled my internet 1 day after activation cos it didn’t work and IT were no help. Was told I wouldn’t be charged anything but guess what… I’m now being hit up for $80 (monthly cost) and customer service are giving me the run around. Fun times. #Iprimus #Fail

iPrimus (@iPrimusAU) reported@Brisbane4000 Hi Capital, iPrimus customers have not been impacted by the Optus cyberattack. While we use the Optus network as a network provider for our mobile services, we can reassure our customers that their personal information is managed securely by us and is not shared with Optus. David P (@David_Paul_B) reported@abc730 @ClareONeilMP Yep.. For example, I would like to know whether the information exposed was only of direct Optus customers, or whether it also included customers of MVNO’s (eg Dodo, Amaysim, Coles, iPrimus, iiNet etc) who run on the Optus network.

jezford (@jezford) reported@StephenFenech @Optus Woh, a bad couple of days, sympathies, dude! Agreed, shocking showing from Optus. It's the engineers at iPrimus that have kept me with them for 20 years now - always available, helpful and smart, and never annoying or condescending (though I think there's a note on my file...).

Mike Chapman (@Mike_B_Chapman) reported@thisischubbsy__ @iPrimusAU Don’t use iPrimus, probably too late. I cancelled and to return their modem they gave me a dud code to use at AusPost, AusPost told me it was a common ruse. Their customer service number connects then drops out. Now they want to charge me $129 for the modem on an auto withdrawal.
