    @iPrimusAU Unfortunately, nbn has been down all day today. Still not fixed. As a result I have not been able to work today. Still no updates from iprimus. That's at least 6 lengthy downtimes this last week andI have not been able to work for 15hrs. Who is going to compensate me for that?

    @jdrama68 I found the support great, they also let you know ahead any planned NBN outages, also if they get cancelled. I’m on a lower plan but speed always as per plan. Much better than iprimus where the Broadband speed was so poor and support is local. Prices competitive

    Aussie @tarkov players using iPrimus or Telstra as an ISP may be experiencing high ping to the Sydney server. No ETA on a fix at this time.

    @janine_hendry Telcos are the worst - I had similar issues with Iprimus, even though I had been a customer for almost 25 years

    @MissHissyKat There's a lot to like about iprimus. I only went to them in full, since my internet was with them. Got in contact with them and ask about phone internet bundle, and they gave us a fantastic deal. Great customer service if thing go wrong too.

    @meggsy46 @AlanBixter I'm sorry, I don't know the answer. iPrimus is a Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) that runs on the Optus Network, which may explain it. I don't know if that means they share customer data. Maybe ring iPrimus?
