Taran Reynard Whyte๐๐ฆ๐๐ฆ๐ (@TaranReynardWhy) reported from Melbourne, Victoria@01Ellehcim @jonto_kaye I haven't too many problems with iPrimus so I think I'll stick with them but I'm not happy right at the moment. If I get no joy by Monday, I'll be giving them a call.

iPrimus (@iPrimusAU) reported@meggsy46 Hi Meryl, iPrimus customers have not been impacted by the Optus cyberattack. While we use the Optus network as a network provider for our mobile services, we can reassure our customers that their personal information is managed securely by us and is not shared with Optus. Taran Reynard Whyte๐๐ฆ๐๐ฆ๐ (@TaranReynardWhy) reported from Melbourne, Victoria@jonto_kaye No, I'm with iPrimus here in Australia but we've got the National Broadband Network rollout going on in our street and it's interfering with my adsl. So I'm using my mobile data. But I'm trying to use that very sparingly as I don't have a lot of it.

trigger me timbers (@songstargame) reportedThanks to @telstra for confirming the internet outage that neither my provider #iprimus nor #nbn have yet to do - hours in. Not so happy that repair date is 1 November at 11pm but it is what it is.

Alice Clarke (@Alicedkc) reportedInteresting. I was on hold to @iPrimusAU for ages, then asked to rate the call (before speaking to someone), then told I was being put through, then got a recorded message saying "due to an emergency situation, iPrimus is unavailable". Hope everyone's OK. Never had that before.

Michelle (@mishchiu) reported@iPrimusAU Hello, has your server/customer database been hacked/compromised? For the first time since I joined over 10 years ago, Iโve received junk mail to my iprimus email account. I donโt ever use this email and have never given this email address away.

Nocker (@Nocker40829342) reported@mrszoomby @iPrimusAU Iโm in Warragul and have no internet also. I called iPrimus and the guy told me that there is a statewide outage

Myau Miao Meow (@Myau_Miao_Meow) reported@SkrappEdits I'm currently with iPrimus, which has barely any connection issues in my area, but their customer support isn't great. I'll most likely be switching to Aussie Broadband soon, since I've heard good things, so +1 for them.
