  for anyone considering internet services please never use Iprimus, @iPrimusAU has been completely useless when it comes to customer service and has wasted hours of my time on hold - not good enough.

  @iPrimusAU Unfortunately, nbn has been down all day today. Still not fixed. As a result I have not been able to work today. Still no updates from iprimus. That's at least 6 lengthy downtimes this last week andI have not been able to work for 15hrs. Who is going to compensate me for that?

  @janine_hendry Telcos are the worst - I had similar issues with Iprimus, even though I had been a customer for almost 25 years

  @MissHissyKat There's a lot to like about iprimus. I only went to them in full, since my internet was with them. Got in contact with them and ask about phone internet bundle, and they gave us a fantastic deal. Great customer service if thing go wrong too.

  I can’t even get excited about getting a job in the US and having a flight booked for the 17th cos no visa and the boarders are closed. This was meant to help me gain international work experience and make my CV more favourable, but life is a bogbo yaseRank enuka iPrimus stove💀

  @telstra My dead Dad has never been on our account and trying to get a new service for some reason Telstra listed my Dad as a 3rd party??? Seriously, he had his own service with iPrimus so why is Telstra's client database so messy @Optus please contact me as I want a new service

  IPrimus dodo Telstra and Optus worked together to fake a fault on my phone so a technician was called to fix it. Then they got Dun and Bradstreet to hassle me to collect a payment

  @iPrimusAU I cancelled my internet 1 day after activation cos it didn’t work and IT were no help. Was told I wouldn’t be charged anything but guess what… I’m now being hit up for $80 (monthly cost) and customer service are giving me the run around. Fun times. #Iprimus #Fail
