Vicki Mainard π¦πΊπΉππ Scomo is my PM. (@vmainard) reported@SarahHarris @Telstra It telstra nothing more needs to be said. They have the worst customer service of all the telcos in Australia. Treated my mother like **** when she asked them to remove my deceased father name from the bill. Left for Iprimus and have never looked back.

I cancelled and to return their modem they gave me a dud code to use at AusPost, AusPost told me it was a common ruse. Their customer service number connects then drops out. Now they want to charge me $129 for the modem on an auto withdrawal.

IceGecko (@GeckoIce) reported@Telstra Who cares ? Fun fact, telstra have been trying to scam over $600 from me by claiming I never cancelled an account I actually did. This is nothing short of extortion. Avoid the big telcos. Amaysim and iPrimus have served me well.

I recently had an outage on my iPrimus line but my TPG was functioning perfectly. This at least skirts the issue if individual provider problems. But yeah if it's NBN you're ****** LOL

Zeteypee πππππ (@Guy20Pr) reported@iPrimusAU @iPrimusAU can you please check what is happening in St albans 3021 victoria? iprimus told me there was an outage that was resolved, however my nbn box lights flicker every 25 minutes, disconnecting the internet for over 10 minuutes at a time, what is going on with iprim/NBN?
