Mandy C (@dragonsgirl2010) reported@jdrama68 I found the support great, they also let you know ahead any planned NBN outages, also if they get cancelled. I’m on a lower plan but speed always as per plan. Much better than iprimus where the Broadband speed was so poor and support is local. Prices competitive

Treated my mother like **** when she asked them to remove my deceased father name from the bill. Left for Iprimus and have never looked back.

Iprimus was so bad I had to go to someone else to get them to change me over. Iprimus wouldn't answer emails or calls. The worst service (unsurprisingly) was one. RegularRelief (@RegularRelief) reported@ConkyOCE Also, don't threaten the ombudsman, that does nothing. I had an issue with iprimus that was ongoing for weeks, the second I had a case issued by the ombudsman it was sorted in an hour
