    Nothing like @iPrimusAU still refusing to cancel your account since you changed ISP back in 23/10/2020 and now claiming I have to pay for an iprimus modem/router when I have always used my own network equipment and never personally received iprimus equipment. SCAMMERS

    @iPrimusAU really pathetic service! I have been waiting service to be activated at my new address for about 2 weeks but there's no update at all!! Would never ever recommend iprimus!

    @diaper_donkills @MorpheusBeing I have been a very happy iPrimus customer for years. Don't know who they are a reseller for though.

    @ConkyOCE Also, don't threaten the ombudsman, that does nothing. I had an issue with iprimus that was ongoing for weeks, the second I had a case issued by the ombudsman it was sorted in an hour

    IPrimus dodo Telstra and Optus worked together to fake a fault on my phone so a technician was called to fix it. Then they got Dun and Bradstreet to hassle me to collect a payment

    @mrszoomby @iPrimusAU I’m in Warragul and have no internet also. I called iPrimus and the guy told me that there is a statewide outage

    I've been with iprimus internet for 10 years over 3 houses always very happy with everything. Last 6 months it's been diabolical. I've rung them 3 times, they test the speed, tell me I'm dreaming and it never gets better. Looking to change. Any ideas? I pay $65pm unlimited. Jerry

    Aussie @tarkov players using iPrimus or Telstra as an ISP may be experiencing high ping to the Sydney server. No ETA on a fix at this time.

    @telstra My dead Dad has never been on our account and trying to get a new service for some reason Telstra listed my Dad as a 3rd party??? Seriously, he had his own service with iPrimus so why is Telstra's client database so messy @Optus please contact me as I want a new service
