    I used to work at an office that houses around 5,000 Vocus, Dodo and iPrimus support teams. I can imagine the chaos there!

    @iPrimusAU really pathetic service! I have been waiting service to be activated at my new address for about 2 weeks but there's no update at all!! Would never ever recommend iprimus!

    @iPrimusAU you lost me as a customer iprimus.. constant nbn/internet outages lasting days, only to tell me the problem must be my hardware when its not.. .. not returning phone calls when you say you will.. been with you for 25yrs plus.. time for a change.. cya.

    @SkrappEdits I'm currently with iPrimus, which has barely any connection issues in my area, but their customer support isn't great. I'll most likely be switching to Aussie Broadband soon, since I've heard good things, so +1 for them.

    @LaceUpJumpers @footyjumpers @piehardpodcast Primus was the telecommunications company. iPrimus was their Internet service name.

    Hi @Telstra, with iprimus ISP. Obviously they use your network to connect to the internet. Have just been advised of a complex fault and it will not be fixed for a month. I cant find any info on the outage sites. Can you confirm.

    @mrszoomby @iPrimusAU I’m in Warragul and have no internet also. I called iPrimus and the guy told me that there is a statewide outage
