Treated my mother like **** when she asked them to remove my deceased father name from the bill. Left for Iprimus and have never looked back.

Mothy (@_Mothy___) reported@iPrimusAU And this is why I have been with iprimus for so long. Started with them in 2006 and every so often they let me know they are speeding up my service and reducing my bill, I don't ask if they can do better, they just do it.

Scarlett (@aprivatebeach) reported@iPrimusAU I cancelled my internet 1 day after activation cos it didn’t work and IT were no help. Was told I wouldn’t be charged anything but guess what… I’m now being hit up for $80 (monthly cost) and customer service are giving me the run around. Fun times. #Iprimus #Fail
