    @sallymcmanus @DodoAustralia iPrimus is so much worse. Their customer service is almost non-existent.

    Hi @Telstra, with iprimus ISP. Obviously they use your network to connect to the internet. Have just been advised of a complex fault and it will not be fixed for a month. I cant find any info on the outage sites. Can you confirm.

    @mrszoomby @iPrimusAU I’m in Warragul and have no internet also. I called iPrimus and the guy told me that there is a statewide outage

    @diaper_donkills @MorpheusBeing I have been a very happy iPrimus customer for years. Don't know who they are a reseller for though.

    @iPrimusAU Hello, has your server/customer database been hacked/compromised? For the first time since I joined over 10 years ago, I’ve received junk mail to my iprimus email account. I don’t ever use this email and have never given this email address away.

    Any Aussies care to recommend an ISP? Was with iPrimus, horrible crowd. Big names keep coming up: TPG, Dodo, Amaysim. I'm sure there are other ISPs that are better.

    Interesting. I was on hold to @iPrimusAU for ages, then asked to rate the call (before speaking to someone), then told I was being put through, then got a recorded message saying "due to an emergency situation, iPrimus is unavailable". Hope everyone's OK. Never had that before.

    Wouldn’t it be a nice touch if iPrimus @iPrimusAU sent out a text message the day before planned Network outages? Once again no Internet 0030-0630. #adelaide #outage #internet

    Highly suggest no one ever go with iprimus for their internet provider. Weeks with spotty connection (which i can forgive some due to the flooding) and support is awful. Looks like i’m stuck using all my phone data 👌
