    @iPrimusAU @Winnie_3885 No internet in Adelaide. Been very slow last few days. Today nothing working no ph either. On my mobile waiting for help. Been on hold for 30 minutes. They have transferred me to tech support. This is my elderly parents home. appreciate iprimus looking into outages in Adelaide

    IPrimus dodo Telstra and Optus worked together to fake a fault on my phone so a technician was called to fix it. Then they got Dun and Bradstreet to hassle me to collect a payment

    @iPrimusAU you lost me as a customer iprimus.. constant nbn/internet outages lasting days, only to tell me the problem must be my hardware when its not.. .. not returning phone calls when you say you will.. been with you for 25yrs plus.. time for a change.. cya.

    I can’t even get excited about getting a job in the US and having a flight booked for the 17th cos no visa and the boarders are closed. This was meant to help me gain international work experience and make my CV more favourable, but life is a bogbo yaseRank enuka iPrimus stove💀

    @iPrimusAU Unfortunately, nbn has been down all day today. Still not fixed. As a result I have not been able to work today. Still no updates from iprimus. That's at least 6 lengthy downtimes this last week andI have not been able to work for 15hrs. Who is going to compensate me for that?

    Hi @Telstra, with iprimus ISP. Obviously they use your network to connect to the internet. Have just been advised of a complex fault and it will not be fixed for a month. I cant find any info on the outage sites. Can you confirm.

    @mrszoomby @iPrimusAU I’m in Warragul and have no internet also. I called iPrimus and the guy told me that there is a statewide outage
