  Hi @Telstra, with iprimus ISP. Obviously they use your network to connect to the internet. Have just been advised of a complex fault and it will not be fixed for a month. I cant find any info on the outage sites. Can you confirm.

  Aussie @tarkov players using iPrimus or Telstra as an ISP may be experiencing high ping to the Sydney server. No ETA on a fix at this time.

  @janine_hendry Telcos are the worst - I had similar issues with Iprimus, even though I had been a customer for almost 25 years

  @Mobbie1996 @VeryBadSCAVR The OCE ping issues are mostly ISP related. The majority should be resolved now except for iPrimus & Optus users in NSW. If you're having issues elsewhere please shoot me a DM on Discord - afraid_au

  Any Aussies care to recommend an ISP? Was with iPrimus, horrible crowd. Big names keep coming up: TPG, Dodo, Amaysim. I'm sure there are other ISPs that are better.

  @iPrimusAU you lost me as a customer iprimus.. constant nbn/internet outages lasting days, only to tell me the problem must be my hardware when its not.. .. not returning phone calls when you say you will.. been with you for 25yrs plus.. time for a change.. cya.

  @buzzsaw123456 @Dominos_AU I had IPrimus send me a disconnection notice for my friends internet and threatening debt collector action. I told them in February she had died. They said they cancelled the account BUT NEVER MENTIONED THE OUTSTANDING AMOUNT!

  I hate Australia’s NBN. Current speed is 2.4mbps. I’ve had constant problems with Iprimus. Ongoing for 7 weeks. Sick of contacting call centre. Thinking of breeding pigeons as an alternative. @iPrimusAU #nbn @NBN_Australia

  @jchimselfbigpo2 I had iinet in Melbourne & liked it. But I found a few grifters along the too. Iprimus was so bad I had to go to someone else to get them to change me over. Iprimus wouldn't answer emails or calls. The worst service (unsurprisingly) was one. Tel, the Murdoch & packer scam network

  @bazakel @NewcastleGardia No big surprise there. I am with Vodafone for all my mobile devices. We got rid of Telstra 6 years ago when my Dad passed away and they treated my mother like crap when she asked for his name to be removed from the bill. We're with iprimus for our home internet and phone now.
