    @xskinn I've had three internet disconnections this morning in the space of 2 hrs. Never happened before. Did the usual 'turn off turn on' routine but to no direct effect. Not sure what's going on. (I'm with iPrimus).

    @sallymcmanus @DodoAustralia iPrimus is so much worse. Their customer service is almost non-existent.

    from his chat to his supplier iprimus with the answer the solution and the eta I'm just dumbfounded. you take lots of money for little service and your app is just SH#$

    @CMYKChuffy i switched to iprimus years ago cause of just how awful it was dealing with telstra, think they use the telstra infrastructure but at worst that just means they're bothering telstra for me. Customer service is mostly good, highly recommend

    @HYP3RSTRIKE I'm considering a couple of companies x Aussie Broadband, iinet, superloop. Just iprimus is awful. I've spent 8 months trying to contact their customer service only to be patronized by them! They also did not fix the issue, they made it worse!!!

    @iPrimusAU our internet has been cutting out all day and won’t maintain a connection for longer than 20 mins. Is there an outage and if so when will it be handled? #iprimus

    I used to work at an office that houses around 5,000 Vocus, Dodo and iPrimus support teams. I can imagine the chaos there!
