gordolake🕳️🐀 (@gordolake) reportedHi @Telstra, with iprimus ISP. Obviously they use your network to connect to the internet. Have just been advised of a complex fault and it will not be fixed for a month. I cant find any info on the outage sites. Can you confirm.

Fíriel Olorindë (@evenstar) reported...remember that time someone got a hit from a Google com au cache and the IP was from iPrimus, and...blamed it on me, even though I only switched to iPrimus in 2012...nine years after the incident? still weirds me out how every bit of weird behaviour from Au was my fault.

Iprimus was so bad I had to go to someone else to get them to change me over. Iprimus wouldn't answer emails or calls. The worst service (unsurprisingly) was one. While we use the Optus network as a network provider for our mobile services, we can reassure our customers that their personal information is managed securely by us and is not shared with Optus. Treated my mother like **** when she asked them to remove my deceased father name from the bill. Left for Iprimus and have never looked back.
