    @sallymcmanus @DodoAustralia iPrimus is so much worse. Their customer service is almost non-existent.

    @MissHissyKat There's a lot to like about iprimus. I only went to them in full, since my internet was with them. Got in contact with them and ask about phone internet bundle, and they gave us a fantastic deal. Great customer service if thing go wrong too.

    @SkrappEdits I'm currently with iPrimus, which has barely any connection issues in my area, but their customer support isn't great. I'll most likely be switching to Aussie Broadband soon, since I've heard good things, so +1 for them.

    Damn I’m getting pissed off with iprimus. I’m charged $2.50 for not having a direct debit, $2.80 for using BPay and $2.20 for a paper bill plus gst. Nearly $10 on top of my monthly bill.

    @bazakel @NewcastleGardia No big surprise there. I am with Vodafone for all my mobile devices. We got rid of Telstra 6 years ago when my Dad passed away and they treated my mother like crap when she asked for his name to be removed from the bill. We're with iprimus for our home internet and phone now.

    @iPrimusAU @iPrimusAU can you please check what is happening in St albans 3021 victoria? iprimus told me there was an outage that was resolved, however my nbn box lights flicker every 25 minutes, disconnecting the internet for over 10 minuutes at a time, what is going on with iprim/NBN?

    If y'all need an internet provider, stay away from iprimus! Worst company EVER! Their customer support is disgusting as well as their service.

    I can’t even get excited about getting a job in the US and having a flight booked for the 17th cos no visa and the boarders are closed. This was meant to help me gain international work experience and make my CV more favourable, but life is a bogbo yaseRank enuka iPrimus stove💀

    @janine_hendry Telcos are the worst - I had similar issues with Iprimus, even though I had been a customer for almost 25 years
