    I used to work at an office that houses around 5,000 Vocus, Dodo and iPrimus support teams. I can imagine the chaos there!

    @sallymcmanus @DodoAustralia iPrimus is so much worse. Their customer service is almost non-existent.

    I can’t even get excited about getting a job in the US and having a flight booked for the 17th cos no visa and the boarders are closed. This was meant to help me gain international work experience and make my CV more favourable, but life is a bogbo yaseRank enuka iPrimus stove💀

    Shout out to @iprimus to cancel my father’s internet (as he is going into aged care). Apart from either speaking to him direct or requiring my power of attorney as well as my identification, you want me to ring you again to ensure you don’t debit his account. That’s service. Not.

    If y'all need an internet provider, stay away from iprimus! Worst company EVER! Their customer support is disgusting as well as their service.

    @Telstra I have used the cat is in the way when playing games. I rarely have problems with online lagging since I moved to Iprimus.
