Iprimus was so bad I had to go to someone else to get them to change me over. Iprimus wouldn't answer emails or calls. The worst service (unsurprisingly) was one. While we use the Optus network as a network provider for our mobile services, we can reassure our customers that their personal information is managed securely by us and is not shared with Optus. I recently had an outage on my iPrimus line but my TPG was functioning perfectly. This at least skirts the issue if individual provider problems. But yeah if it's NBN you're ****** LOL

Sandy Rendel (@SandyRendel) reported@deniseshrivell FTTH Gone well for years after first 6 months of bedding in. Had to replace modem 12 months ago because reeeally slow for current usage. Now fast. Any recent problems caused by our own PC dying a slow death. Still with original ISP., iprimus.
