    @bazakel @NewcastleGardia No big surprise there. I am with Vodafone for all my mobile devices. We got rid of Telstra 6 years ago when my Dad passed away and they treated my mother like crap when she asked for his name to be removed from the bill. We're with iprimus for our home internet and phone now.

    I honestly wish I could go with Vondafone, iprimus is the worst. Itโ€™s so slow and barely loads anything

    @iPrimusAU Unfortunately, nbn has been down all day today. Still not fixed. As a result I have not been able to work today. Still no updates from iprimus. That's at least 6 lengthy downtimes this last week andI have not been able to work for 15hrs. Who is going to compensate me for that?

    @jdrama68 I found the support great, they also let you know ahead any planned NBN outages, also if they get cancelled. Iโ€™m on a lower plan but speed always as per plan. Much better than iprimus where the Broadband speed was so poor and support is local. Prices competitive

    @Telstra I have used the cat is in the way when playing games. I rarely have problems with online lagging since I moved to Iprimus.

    @jchimselfbigpo2 I had iinet in Melbourne & liked it. But I found a few grifters along the too. Iprimus was so bad I had to go to someone else to get them to change me over. Iprimus wouldn't answer emails or calls. The worst service (unsurprisingly) was one. Tel, the Murdoch & packer scam network

    @meggsy46 Hi Meryl, iPrimus customers have not been impacted by the Optus cyberattack. While we use the Optus network as a network provider for our mobile services, we can reassure our customers that their personal information is managed securely by us and is not shared with Optus. (1/2)
