I've rung them 3 times, they test the speed, tell me I'm dreaming and it never gets better. Looking to change. Any ideas? I pay $65pm unlimited. Jerry

Iβm on a lower plan but speed always as per plan. Much better than iprimus where the Broadband speed was so poor and support is local. Prices competitive

IceGecko (@GeckoIce) reported@Telstra Who cares ? Fun fact, telstra have been trying to scam over $600 from me by claiming I never cancelled an account I actually did. This is nothing short of extortion. Avoid the big telcos. Amaysim and iPrimus have served me well.

Was told I wouldnβt be charged anything but guess whatβ¦ Iβm now being hit up for $80 (monthly cost) and customer service are giving me the run around. Fun times. #Iprimus #Fail

Treated my mother like **** when she asked them to remove my deceased father name from the bill. Left for Iprimus and have never looked back.

Sea Horse Propaganda. (@justmaghookit) reported@CMYKChuffy i switched to iprimus years ago cause of just how awful it was dealing with telstra, think they use the telstra infrastructure but at worst that just means they're bothering telstra for me. Customer service is mostly good, highly recommend
