    @iPrimusAU Are iPrimus support working through the long weekend. I lodged a support case yesterday and have not yet received a response other than the automatic reply

    I hate Australia’s NBN. Current speed is 2.4mbps. I’ve had constant problems with Iprimus. Ongoing for 7 weeks. Sick of contacting call centre. Thinking of breeding pigeons as an alternative. @iPrimusAU #nbn @NBN_Australia

    @jchimselfbigpo2 I had iinet in Melbourne & liked it. But I found a few grifters along the too. Iprimus was so bad I had to go to someone else to get them to change me over. Iprimus wouldn't answer emails or calls. The worst service (unsurprisingly) was one. Tel, the Murdoch & packer scam network

    @sallymcmanus @DodoAustralia iPrimus is so much worse. Their customer service is almost non-existent.

    @mrszoomby @iPrimusAU I’m in Warragul and have no internet also. I called iPrimus and the guy told me that there is a statewide outage

    IPrimus dodo Telstra and Optus worked together to fake a fault on my phone so a technician was called to fix it. Then they got Dun and Bradstreet to hassle me to collect a payment

    @meggsy46 @AlanBixter I'm sorry, I don't know the answer. iPrimus is a Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) that runs on the Optus Network, which may explain it. I don't know if that means they share customer data. Maybe ring iPrimus?

    @janine_hendry Telcos are the worst - I had similar issues with Iprimus, even though I had been a customer for almost 25 years
