It's the engineers at iPrimus that have kept me with them for 20 years now - always available, helpful and smart, and never annoying or condescending (though I think there's a note on my file...).

Sandy Rendel (@SandyRendel) reported@deniseshrivell FTTH Gone well for years after first 6 months of bedding in. Had to replace modem 12 months ago because reeeally slow for current usage. Now fast. Any recent problems caused by our own PC dying a slow death. Still with original ISP., iprimus.
