jezford (@jezford) reported@StephenFenech @Optus Woh, a bad couple of days, sympathies, dude! Agreed, shocking showing from Optus. It's the engineers at iPrimus that have kept me with them for 20 years now - always available, helpful and smart, and never annoying or condescending (though I think there's a note on my file...).
-
Fíriel Olorindë (@evenstar) reported...remember that time someone got a hit from a Google com au cache and the IP was from iPrimus, and...blamed it on me, even though I only switched to iPrimus in 2012...nine years after the incident? still weirds me out how every bit of weird behaviour from Au was my fault.

Vicki Mainard 🇦🇺🕹🏀🐈 Scomo is my PM. (@vmainard) reported@bazakel @NewcastleGardia No big surprise there. I am with Vodafone for all my mobile devices. We got rid of Telstra 6 years ago when my Dad passed away and they treated my mother like crap when she asked for his name to be removed from the bill. We're with iprimus for our home internet and phone now.

Alok (@Alok16843680) reported@iPrimusAU really pathetic service! I have been waiting service to be activated at my new address for about 2 weeks but there's no update at all!! Would never ever recommend iprimus!
-
Sea Horse Propaganda. (@justmaghookit) reported@CMYKChuffy i switched to iprimus years ago cause of just how awful it was dealing with telstra, think they use the telstra infrastructure but at worst that just means they're bothering telstra for me. Customer service is mostly good, highly recommend
-
IceGecko (@GeckoIce) reported@Telstra Who cares ? Fun fact, telstra have been trying to scam over $600 from me by claiming I never cancelled an account I actually did. This is nothing short of extortion. Avoid the big telcos. Amaysim and iPrimus have served me well.

Sandy Rendel (@SandyRendel) reported@deniseshrivell FTTH Gone well for years after first 6 months of bedding in. Had to replace modem 12 months ago because reeeally slow for current usage. Now fast. Any recent problems caused by our own PC dying a slow death. Still with original ISP., iprimus.

iPrimus (@iPrimusAU) reported@Brisbane4000 Hi Capital, iPrimus customers have not been impacted by the Optus cyberattack. While we use the Optus network as a network provider for our mobile services, we can reassure our customers that their personal information is managed securely by us and is not shared with Optus.
