    @RobC_26 @TPG_Telecom I hope they fix it for you. I have a friend who complained to his provider (iprimus, I think) about speed/streaming issues and they’ve given him a couple of months free.

    Iprimus said they made our case a priority n would have out internet fixed ASAP but it’s still slow as **** like slower than it’s ever been it’s taken 20h 16m to download 1.7GB of this file n there’s 4days remaining 🙃 it’s a 6GB girl it shouldn’t take 5 DAYS to download

    But I never got the new modem that was part of my 24 month deal with @iPrimusAU I'll get them to send me one and if that doesn't work I'll know the line or sockets are cactus and (given iPrimus told me my property was ADSL ready) I should be able to opt out without any penalty.

    In the past month I have had three different companies help themselves to my money via direct debt. Hello Fresh, SwiftRecovery who double charge and keep 0 records (3x this has happened), and Iprimus who I’m not with, charging me $83 pm for nothing. #auspol

    @iPrimusAU after about 15 years as a trapped customer, I cannot wait to get off iPrimus ADSL and onto NBN and an ISP that provides a decent service. I don't know what oversubscription ratios you're running, but we struggle to maintain a Spotify stream

    Our NBN undergoing maintenance for 10 days so iprimus tells us. Working from home and no access for days. Absolutely hopeless. Hot spot poor, slow and drops out. So much for being a clever country. Run by dullards.

    @iPrimusAU I gave iprimus a ring.. and they said there were outages earlier today but they were meant to have been resolved. I'm used to iprimus's horrible services.. every morning this happens #fail
