While we use the Optus network as a network provider for our mobile services, we can reassure our customers that their personal information is managed securely by us and is not shared with Optus. Iprimus was so bad I had to go to someone else to get them to change me over. Iprimus wouldn't answer emails or calls. The worst service (unsurprisingly) was one. pumacatrun2 (@pumacatrun2) reported@iPrimusAU internet outage for the past 10-20 minutes, have tried power cycling with no luck. After a few refreshes prompts to diagnose by signing into iprimus but we were locked out from wrong sign in attempts.

I've rung them 3 times, they test the speed, tell me I'm dreaming and it never gets better. Looking to change. Any ideas? I pay $65pm unlimited. Jerry
