    @Telstra I have used the cat is in the way when playing games. I rarely have problems with online lagging since I moved to Iprimus.

    @01Ellehcim @jonto_kaye I haven't too many problems with iPrimus so I think I'll stick with them but I'm not happy right at the moment. If I get no joy by Monday, I'll be giving them a call.

    @iPrimusAU you lost me as a customer iprimus.. constant nbn/internet outages lasting days, only to tell me the problem must be my hardware when its not.. .. not returning phone calls when you say you will.. been with you for 25yrs plus.. time for a change.. cya.

    If y'all need an internet provider, stay away from iprimus! Worst company EVER! Their customer support is disgusting as well as their service.

    @janine_hendry Telcos are the worst - I had similar issues with Iprimus, even though I had been a customer for almost 25 years

    from his chat to his supplier iprimus with the answer the solution and the eta I'm just dumbfounded. you take lots of money for little service and your app is just SH#$

    @xskinn I've had three internet disconnections this morning in the space of 2 hrs. Never happened before. Did the usual 'turn off turn on' routine but to no direct effect. Not sure what's going on. (I'm with iPrimus).

    Highly suggest no one ever go with iprimus for their internet provider. Weeks with spotty connection (which i can forgive some due to the flooding) and support is awful. Looks like i’m stuck using all my phone data 👌
