David (@dwilliamson931) reported@buzzsaw123456 @Dominos_AU I had IPrimus send me a disconnection notice for my friends internet and threatening debt collector action. I told them in February she had died. They said they cancelled the account BUT NEVER MENTIONED THE OUTSTANDING AMOUNT!

I recently had an outage on my iPrimus line but my TPG was functioning perfectly. This at least skirts the issue if individual provider problems. But yeah if it's NBN you're ****** LOL

Iprimus was so bad I had to go to someone else to get them to change me over. Iprimus wouldn't answer emails or calls. The worst service (unsurprisingly) was one. While we use the Optus network as a network provider for our mobile services, we can reassure our customers that their personal information is managed securely by us and is not shared with Optus.
