    Hi @Telstra, with iprimus ISP. Obviously they use your network to connect to the internet. Have just been advised of a complex fault and it will not be fixed for a month. I cant find any info on the outage sites. Can you confirm.

    @ConkyOCE Also, don't threaten the ombudsman, that does nothing. I had an issue with iprimus that was ongoing for weeks, the second I had a case issued by the ombudsman it was sorted in an hour

    for anyone considering internet services please never use Iprimus, @iPrimusAU has been completely useless when it comes to customer service and has wasted hours of my time on hold - not good enough.

    @iPrimusAU @Winnie_3885 No internet in Adelaide. Been very slow last few days. Today nothing working no ph either. On my mobile waiting for help. Been on hold for 30 minutes. They have transferred me to tech support. This is my elderly parents home. appreciate iprimus looking into outages in Adelaide

    @mrszoomby @iPrimusAU I’m in Warragul and have no internet also. I called iPrimus and the guy told me that there is a statewide outage

    @abc730 @ClareONeilMP Yep.. For example, I would like to know whether the information exposed was only of direct Optus customers, or whether it also included customers of MVNO’s (eg Dodo, Amaysim, Coles, iPrimus, iiNet etc) who run on the Optus network.

    @janine_hendry Telcos are the worst - I had similar issues with Iprimus, even though I had been a customer for almost 25 years

    from his chat to his supplier iprimus with the answer the solution and the eta I'm just dumbfounded. you take lots of money for little service and your app is just SH#$

    @chrismurphys @Telstra iPrimus have been fantastic for the 12 yrs I've been with them. Internet issues addressed but more importantly fixed almost in every instance immediately. Worst case wait 1 day.
