Ariel_Nix (@Ariel_NixTTV) reported@HYP3RSTRIKE I'm considering a couple of companies x Aussie Broadband, iinet, superloop. Just iprimus is awful. I've spent 8 months trying to contact their customer service only to be patronized by them! They also did not fix the issue, they made it worse!!!

Jeremiah Fuzznuts (@MrFuzznuts) reportedI've been with iprimus internet for 10 years over 3 houses always very happy with everything. Last 6 months it's been diabolical. I've rung them 3 times, they test the speed, tell me I'm dreaming and it never gets better. Looking to change. Any ideas? I pay $65pm unlimited. Jerry

Michelle (@mishchiu) reported@iPrimusAU Hello, has your server/customer database been hacked/compromised? For the first time since I joined over 10 years ago, I’ve received junk mail to my iprimus email account. I don’t ever use this email and have never given this email address away.

Kitt Happens 🇺🇦🌱 #NAFOCatsDivision (@RareFlowerGrow) reportedAny Aussies care to recommend an ISP? Was with iPrimus, horrible crowd. Big names keep coming up: TPG, Dodo, Amaysim. I'm sure there are other ISPs that are better.

iPrimus (@iPrimusAU) reported@Brisbane4000 Hi Capital, iPrimus customers have not been impacted by the Optus cyberattack. While we use the Optus network as a network provider for our mobile services, we can reassure our customers that their personal information is managed securely by us and is not shared with Optus. Fust FPV (@FustFpv) reportedNothing like @iPrimusAU still refusing to cancel your account since you changed ISP back in 23/10/2020 and now claiming I have to pay for an iprimus modem/router when I have always used my own network equipment and never personally received iprimus equipment. SCAMMERS

Taran Reynard Whyte💜🦊🌈🦄🌊 (@TaranReynardWhy) reported from Melbourne, Victoria@jonto_kaye No, I'm with iPrimus here in Australia but we've got the National Broadband Network rollout going on in our street and it's interfering with my adsl. So I'm using my mobile data. But I'm trying to use that very sparingly as I don't have a lot of it.
