💧Robyn D💉x4 Insufficiently Feminine (@KoparaFallsKid) reported@meggsy46 @AlanBixter I'm sorry, I don't know the answer. iPrimus is a Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) that runs on the Optus Network, which may explain it. I don't know if that means they share customer data. Maybe ring iPrimus?

Myau Miao Meow (@Myau_Miao_Meow) reported@SkrappEdits I'm currently with iPrimus, which has barely any connection issues in my area, but their customer support isn't great. I'll most likely be switching to Aussie Broadband soon, since I've heard good things, so +1 for them.

Michael Moro (@michaelmoro26) reported@EricWSeychell @Dave_Matteo eric i literally have FTTP and it’s absolute garbage, hopefully TPG can prove u right because iPrimus dont
-
David P (@David_Paul_B) reported@abc730 @ClareONeilMP Yep.. For example, I would like to know whether the information exposed was only of direct Optus customers, or whether it also included customers of MVNO’s (eg Dodo, Amaysim, Coles, iPrimus, iiNet etc) who run on the Optus network.

💧Meryl Nell (@meggsy46) reported@diaper_donkills @MorpheusBeing I have been a very happy iPrimus customer for years. Don't know who they are a reseller for though.

Vicki Mainard 🇦🇺🕹🏀🐈 Scomo is my PM. (@vmainard) reported@bazakel @NewcastleGardia No big surprise there. I am with Vodafone for all my mobile devices. We got rid of Telstra 6 years ago when my Dad passed away and they treated my mother like crap when she asked for his name to be removed from the bill. We're with iprimus for our home internet and phone now.
-
Matt Devine (@matt_devine_) reported@janine_hendry Telcos are the worst - I had similar issues with Iprimus, even though I had been a customer for almost 25 years

Vicki Mainard 🇦🇺🕹🏀🐈 Scomo is my PM. (@vmainard) reported@SarahHarris @Telstra It telstra nothing more needs to be said. They have the worst customer service of all the telcos in Australia. Treated my mother like **** when she asked them to remove my deceased father name from the bill. Left for Iprimus and have never looked back.

sean smith (@seansmith_au) reported from Adelaide, South AustraliaWouldn’t it be a nice touch if iPrimus @iPrimusAU sent out a text message the day before planned Network outages? Once again no Internet 0030-0630. #adelaide #outage #internet
