Jamesy (@JamesyR1) reported@telstra My dead Dad has never been on our account and trying to get a new service for some reason Telstra listed my Dad as a 3rd party??? Seriously, he had his own service with iPrimus so why is Telstra's client database so messy @Optus please contact me as I want a new service

Ariel_Nix (@Ariel_NixTTV) reported@HYP3RSTRIKE I'm considering a couple of companies x Aussie Broadband, iinet, superloop. Just iprimus is awful. I've spent 8 months trying to contact their customer service only to be patronized by them! They also did not fix the issue, they made it worse!!!

iPrimus (@iPrimusAU) reported@meggsy46 Hi Meryl, iPrimus customers have not been impacted by the Optus cyberattack. While we use the Optus network as a network provider for our mobile services, we can reassure our customers that their personal information is managed securely by us and is not shared with Optus. Vicki Mainard 🇦🇺🕹🏀🐈 Scomo is my PM. (@vmainard) reported@Telstra I have used the cat is in the way when playing games. I rarely have problems with online lagging since I moved to Iprimus.

jezford (@jezford) reported@StephenFenech @Optus Woh, a bad couple of days, sympathies, dude! Agreed, shocking showing from Optus. It's the engineers at iPrimus that have kept me with them for 20 years now - always available, helpful and smart, and never annoying or condescending (though I think there's a note on my file...).

Nocker (@Nocker40829342) reported@mrszoomby @iPrimusAU I’m in Warragul and have no internet also. I called iPrimus and the guy told me that there is a statewide outage

💧Robyn D💉x4 Insufficiently Feminine (@KoparaFallsKid) reported@meggsy46 @AlanBixter I'm sorry, I don't know the answer. iPrimus is a Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) that runs on the Optus Network, which may explain it. I don't know if that means they share customer data. Maybe ring iPrimus?
