    @meggsy46 Hi Meryl, iPrimus customers have not been impacted by the Optus cyberattack. While we use the Optus network as a network provider for our mobile services, we can reassure our customers that their personal information is managed securely by us and is not shared with Optus. (1/2)

    @iPrimusAU I cancelled my internet 1 day after activation cos it didn’t work and IT were no help. Was told I wouldn’t be charged anything but guess what… I’m now being hit up for $80 (monthly cost) and customer service are giving me the run around. Fun times. #Iprimus #Fail

    If y'all need an internet provider, stay away from iprimus! Worst company EVER! Their customer support is disgusting as well as their service.

    I can’t even get excited about getting a job in the US and having a flight booked for the 17th cos no visa and the boarders are closed. This was meant to help me gain international work experience and make my CV more favourable, but life is a bogbo yaseRank enuka iPrimus stove💀

    @iPrimusAU you lost me as a customer iprimus.. constant nbn/internet outages lasting days, only to tell me the problem must be my hardware when its not.. .. not returning phone calls when you say you will.. been with you for 25yrs plus.. time for a change.. cya.

    @abc730 @ClareONeilMP Yep.. For example, I would like to know whether the information exposed was only of direct Optus customers, or whether it also included customers of MVNO’s (eg Dodo, Amaysim, Coles, iPrimus, iiNet etc) who run on the Optus network.

    @ConkyOCE Also, don't threaten the ombudsman, that does nothing. I had an issue with iprimus that was ongoing for weeks, the second I had a case issued by the ombudsman it was sorted in an hour

    @sallymcmanus @DodoAustralia iPrimus is so much worse. Their customer service is almost non-existent.
