Iprimus was so bad I had to go to someone else to get them to change me over. Iprimus wouldn't answer emails or calls. The worst service (unsurprisingly) was one. Seriously, he had his own service with iPrimus so why is Telstra's client database so messy @Optus please contact me as I want a new service

Fíriel Olorindë (@evenstar) reported...remember that time someone got a hit from a Google com au cache and the IP was from iPrimus, and...blamed it on me, even though I only switched to iPrimus in 2012...nine years after the incident? still weirds me out how every bit of weird behaviour from Au was my fault.

RegularRelief (@RegularRelief) reported@ConkyOCE Also, don't threaten the ombudsman, that does nothing. I had an issue with iprimus that was ongoing for weeks, the second I had a case issued by the ombudsman it was sorted in an hour

I was on hold to @iPrimusAU for ages, then asked to rate the call (before speaking to someone), then told I was being put through, then got a recorded message saying "due to an emergency situation, iPrimus is unavailable". Hope everyone's OK. Never had that before.

Treated my mother like **** when she asked them to remove my deceased father name from the bill. Left for Iprimus and have never looked back.
