    @jdrama68 I found the support great, they also let you know ahead any planned NBN outages, also if they get cancelled. I’m on a lower plan but speed always as per plan. Much better than iprimus where the Broadband speed was so poor and support is local. Prices competitive

    Damn I’m getting pissed off with iprimus. I’m charged $2.50 for not having a direct debit, $2.80 for using BPay and $2.20 for a paper bill plus gst. Nearly $10 on top of my monthly bill.

    @iPrimusAU Unfortunately, nbn has been down all day today. Still not fixed. As a result I have not been able to work today. Still no updates from iprimus. That's at least 6 lengthy downtimes this last week andI have not been able to work for 15hrs. Who is going to compensate me for that?

    I can’t even get excited about getting a job in the US and having a flight booked for the 17th cos no visa and the boarders are closed. This was meant to help me gain international work experience and make my CV more favourable, but life is a bogbo yaseRank enuka iPrimus stove💀

    @ConkyOCE Also, don't threaten the ombudsman, that does nothing. I had an issue with iprimus that was ongoing for weeks, the second I had a case issued by the ombudsman it was sorted in an hour

    Any Aussies care to recommend an ISP? Was with iPrimus, horrible crowd. Big names keep coming up: TPG, Dodo, Amaysim. I'm sure there are other ISPs that are better.
