Myau Miao Meow (@Myau_Miao_Meow) reported@SkrappEdits I'm currently with iPrimus, which has barely any connection issues in my area, but their customer support isn't great. I'll most likely be switching to Aussie Broadband soon, since I've heard good things, so +1 for them.

Alison Kyteler (@ali_kyteler) reported@Togetherdec Australians can buy a mobile phone without identification but they can't connect to the network to use it without identification. Telcos are collecting & storing vast quantities of personal data. Optus iiNet TPG iPrimus Dodo already breached/hacked. Our Privacy Act is a joke.

Julian π¦πΊ (@JKRLMazur) reported from Cessnock, New South WalesDamn Iβm getting pissed off with iprimus. Iβm charged $2.50 for not having a direct debit, $2.80 for using BPay and $2.20 for a paper bill plus gst. Nearly $10 on top of my monthly bill.

Taran Reynard Whyteππ¦ππ¦π (@TaranReynardWhy) reported from Melbourne, Victoria@01Ellehcim @jonto_kaye I haven't too many problems with iPrimus so I think I'll stick with them but I'm not happy right at the moment. If I get no joy by Monday, I'll be giving them a call.
-
Fust FPV (@FustFpv) reportedNothing like @iPrimusAU still refusing to cancel your account since you changed ISP back in 23/10/2020 and now claiming I have to pay for an iprimus modem/router when I have always used my own network equipment and never personally received iprimus equipment. SCAMMERS
-
trigger me timbers (@songstargame) reportedThanks to @telstra for confirming the internet outage that neither my provider #iprimus nor #nbn have yet to do - hours in. Not so happy that repair date is 1 November at 11pm but it is what it is.
-
Nocker (@Nocker40829342) reported@mrszoomby @iPrimusAU Iβm in Warragul and have no internet also. I called iPrimus and the guy told me that there is a statewide outage
-
Daniel Gratton (@iDGiam) reported@jchimselfbigpo2 I had iinet in Melbourne & liked it. But I found a few grifters along the too. Iprimus was so bad I had to go to someone else to get them to change me over. Iprimus wouldn't answer emails or calls. The worst service (unsurprisingly) was one. Tel, the Murdoch & packer scam network
-
IceGecko (@GeckoIce) reported@Telstra Who cares ? Fun fact, telstra have been trying to scam over $600 from me by claiming I never cancelled an account I actually did. This is nothing short of extortion. Avoid the big telcos. Amaysim and iPrimus have served me well.

Kitty Designs (@KittyDesigns__) reported@iPrimusAU what emergency is iprimus currently having? I'm trying to call and can't get through, is the service down
