    Aussie @tarkov players using iPrimus or Telstra as an ISP may be experiencing high ping to the Sydney server. No ETA on a fix at this time.

    @SkrappEdits I'm currently with iPrimus, which has barely any connection issues in my area, but their customer support isn't great. I'll most likely be switching to Aussie Broadband soon, since I've heard good things, so +1 for them.

    @HYP3RSTRIKE I'm considering a couple of companies x Aussie Broadband, iinet, superloop. Just iprimus is awful. I've spent 8 months trying to contact their customer service only to be patronized by them! They also did not fix the issue, they made it worse!!!

    @abc730 @ClareONeilMP Yep.. For example, I would like to know whether the information exposed was only of direct Optus customers, or whether it also included customers of MVNO’s (eg Dodo, Amaysim, Coles, iPrimus, iiNet etc) who run on the Optus network.

    Nothing like @iPrimusAU still refusing to cancel your account since you changed ISP back in 23/10/2020 and now claiming I have to pay for an iprimus modem/router when I have always used my own network equipment and never personally received iprimus equipment. SCAMMERS

    @janine_hendry Telcos are the worst - I had similar issues with Iprimus, even though I had been a customer for almost 25 years
