I've rung them 3 times, they test the speed, tell me I'm dreaming and it never gets better. Looking to change. Any ideas? I pay $65pm unlimited. Jerry

While we use the Optus network as a network provider for our mobile services, we can reassure our customers that their personal information is managed securely by us and is not shared with Optus. Mothy (@_Mothy___) reported@iPrimusAU And this is why I have been with iprimus for so long. Started with them in 2006 and every so often they let me know they are speeding up my service and reducing my bill, I don't ask if they can do better, they just do it.

Mandy C (@dragonsgirl2010) reported@jdrama68 I found the support great, they also let you know ahead any planned NBN outages, also if they get cancelled. I’m on a lower plan but speed always as per plan. Much better than iprimus where the Broadband speed was so poor and support is local. Prices competitive

Got in contact with them and ask about phone internet bundle, and they gave us a fantastic deal. Great customer service if thing go wrong too.

We got rid of Telstra 6 years ago when my Dad passed away and they treated my mother like crap when she asked for his name to be removed from the bill. We're with iprimus for our home internet and phone now.
