    @01Ellehcim @jonto_kaye I haven't too many problems with iPrimus so I think I'll stick with them but I'm not happy right at the moment. If I get no joy by Monday, I'll be giving them a call.

    @meggsy46 Hi Meryl, iPrimus customers have not been impacted by the Optus cyberattack. While we use the Optus network as a network provider for our mobile services, we can reassure our customers that their personal information is managed securely by us and is not shared with Optus. (1/2)

    I used to work at an office that houses around 5,000 Vocus, Dodo and iPrimus support teams. I can imagine the chaos there!

    @MissHissyKat There's a lot to like about iprimus. I only went to them in full, since my internet was with them. Got in contact with them and ask about phone internet bundle, and they gave us a fantastic deal. Great customer service if thing go wrong too.

    @iPrimusAU our internet has been cutting out all day and wonโ€™t maintain a connection for longer than 20 mins. Is there an outage and if so when will it be handled? #iprimus

    @iPrimusAU @Winnie_3885 No internet in Adelaide. Been very slow last few days. Today nothing working no ph either. On my mobile waiting for help. Been on hold for 30 minutes. They have transferred me to tech support. This is my elderly parents home. appreciate iprimus looking into outages in Adelaide

    @abc730 @ClareONeilMP Yep.. For example, I would like to know whether the information exposed was only of direct Optus customers, or whether it also included customers of MVNOโ€™s (eg Dodo, Amaysim, Coles, iPrimus, iiNet etc) who run on the Optus network.

    @bazakel @NewcastleGardia No big surprise there. I am with Vodafone for all my mobile devices. We got rid of Telstra 6 years ago when my Dad passed away and they treated my mother like crap when she asked for his name to be removed from the bill. We're with iprimus for our home internet and phone now.

    @Telstra Who cares ? Fun fact, telstra have been trying to scam over $600 from me by claiming I never cancelled an account I actually did. This is nothing short of extortion. Avoid the big telcos. Amaysim and iPrimus have served me well.
