sean saran smith (@seansmith_au) reported from Adelaide, South AustraliaI hate Australia’s NBN. Current speed is 2.4mbps. I’ve had constant problems with Iprimus. Ongoing for 7 weeks. Sick of contacting call centre. Thinking of breeding pigeons as an alternative. @iPrimusAU #nbn @NBN_Australia

iPrimus (@iPrimusAU) reported@meggsy46 Hi Meryl, iPrimus customers have not been impacted by the Optus cyberattack. While we use the Optus network as a network provider for our mobile services, we can reassure our customers that their personal information is managed securely by us and is not shared with Optus. Taran Reynard Whyte💜🦊🌈🦄🌊 (@TaranReynardWhy) reported from Melbourne, Victoria@jonto_kaye No, I'm with iPrimus here in Australia but we've got the National Broadband Network rollout going on in our street and it's interfering with my adsl. So I'm using my mobile data. But I'm trying to use that very sparingly as I don't have a lot of it.

Ariel_Nix (@Ariel_NixTTV) reported@HYP3RSTRIKE I'm considering a couple of companies x Aussie Broadband, iinet, superloop. Just iprimus is awful. I've spent 8 months trying to contact their customer service only to be patronized by them! They also did not fix the issue, they made it worse!!!

Kitt Happens 🇺🇦🌱 #NAFOCatsDivision (@RareFlowerGrow) reportedAny Aussies care to recommend an ISP? Was with iPrimus, horrible crowd. Big names keep coming up: TPG, Dodo, Amaysim. I'm sure there are other ISPs that are better.

Alison Kyteler (@ali_kyteler) reported@Togetherdec Australians can buy a mobile phone without identification but they can't connect to the network to use it without identification. Telcos are collecting & storing vast quantities of personal data. Optus iiNet TPG iPrimus Dodo already breached/hacked. Our Privacy Act is a joke.

trigger me timbers (@songstargame) reportedThanks to @telstra for confirming the internet outage that neither my provider #iprimus nor #nbn have yet to do - hours in. Not so happy that repair date is 1 November at 11pm but it is what it is.

💧Robyn D💉x4 Insufficiently Feminine (@KoparaFallsKid) reported@meggsy46 @AlanBixter I'm sorry, I don't know the answer. iPrimus is a Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) that runs on the Optus Network, which may explain it. I don't know if that means they share customer data. Maybe ring iPrimus?

Julian 🇦🇺 (@JKRLMazur) reported from Cessnock, New South WalesDamn I’m getting pissed off with iprimus. I’m charged $2.50 for not having a direct debit, $2.80 for using BPay and $2.20 for a paper bill plus gst. Nearly $10 on top of my monthly bill.
