    @StephenFenech @Optus Woh, a bad couple of days, sympathies, dude! Agreed, shocking showing from Optus. It's the engineers at iPrimus that have kept me with them for 20 years now - always available, helpful and smart, and never annoying or condescending (though I think there's a note on my file...).

    IPrimus dodo Telstra and Optus worked together to fake a fault on my phone so a technician was called to fix it. Then they got Dun and Bradstreet to hassle me to collect a payment

    from his chat to his supplier iprimus with the answer the solution and the eta I'm just dumbfounded. you take lots of money for little service and your app is just SH#$

    @sallymcmanus @DodoAustralia iPrimus is so much worse. Their customer service is almost non-existent.

    @ConkyOCE Also, don't threaten the ombudsman, that does nothing. I had an issue with iprimus that was ongoing for weeks, the second I had a case issued by the ombudsman it was sorted in an hour

    @Telstra I have used the cat is in the way when playing games. I rarely have problems with online lagging since I moved to Iprimus.
