    If y'all need an internet provider, stay away from iprimus! Worst company EVER! Their customer support is disgusting as well as their service.

    @iPrimusAU our internet has been cutting out all day and won’t maintain a connection for longer than 20 mins. Is there an outage and if so when will it be handled? #iprimus

    @EricWSeychell @Dave_Matteo eric i literally have FTTP and it’s absolute garbage, hopefully TPG can prove u right because iPrimus dont

    Interesting. I was on hold to @iPrimusAU for ages, then asked to rate the call (before speaking to someone), then told I was being put through, then got a recorded message saying "due to an emergency situation, iPrimus is unavailable". Hope everyone's OK. Never had that before.

    @iPrimusAU internet outage for the past 10-20 minutes, have tried power cycling with no luck. After a few refreshes prompts to diagnose by signing into iprimus but we were locked out from wrong sign in attempts.

    from his chat to his supplier iprimus with the answer the solution and the eta I'm just dumbfounded. you take lots of money for little service and your app is just SH#$

    @xskinn I've had three internet disconnections this morning in the space of 2 hrs. Never happened before. Did the usual 'turn off turn on' routine but to no direct effect. Not sure what's going on. (I'm with iPrimus).

    @iPrimusAU you lost me as a customer iprimus.. constant nbn/internet outages lasting days, only to tell me the problem must be my hardware when its not.. .. not returning phone calls when you say you will.. been with you for 25yrs plus.. time for a change.. cya.

    @diaper_donkills @MorpheusBeing I have been a very happy iPrimus customer for years. Don't know who they are a reseller for though.

    @SkrappEdits I'm currently with iPrimus, which has barely any connection issues in my area, but their customer support isn't great. I'll most likely be switching to Aussie Broadband soon, since I've heard good things, so +1 for them.
