    @mrszoomby @iPrimusAU I’m in Warragul and have no internet also. I called iPrimus and the guy told me that there is a statewide outage

    Highly suggest no one ever go with iprimus for their internet provider. Weeks with spotty connection (which i can forgive some due to the flooding) and support is awful. Looks like i’m stuck using all my phone data 👌

    @janine_hendry Telcos are the worst - I had similar issues with Iprimus, even though I had been a customer for almost 25 years

    @iPrimusAU you lost me as a customer iprimus.. constant nbn/internet outages lasting days, only to tell me the problem must be my hardware when its not.. .. not returning phone calls when you say you will.. been with you for 25yrs plus.. time for a change.. cya.

    @SarahHarris @Telstra It telstra nothing more needs to be said. They have the worst customer service of all the telcos in Australia. Treated my mother like **** when she asked them to remove my deceased father name from the bill. Left for Iprimus and have never looked back.

    @SkrappEdits I'm currently with iPrimus, which has barely any connection issues in my area, but their customer support isn't great. I'll most likely be switching to Aussie Broadband soon, since I've heard good things, so +1 for them.
