    @Mobbie1996 @VeryBadSCAVR The OCE ping issues are mostly ISP related. The majority should be resolved now except for iPrimus & Optus users in NSW. If you're having issues elsewhere please shoot me a DM on Discord - afraid_au

    @iPrimusAU you lost me as a customer iprimus.. constant nbn/internet outages lasting days, only to tell me the problem must be my hardware when its not.. .. not returning phone calls when you say you will.. been with you for 25yrs plus.. time for a change.. cya.

    @01Ellehcim @jonto_kaye I haven't too many problems with iPrimus so I think I'll stick with them but I'm not happy right at the moment. If I get no joy by Monday, I'll be giving them a call.

    @chrismurphys @Telstra iPrimus have been fantastic for the 12 yrs I've been with them. Internet issues addressed but more importantly fixed almost in every instance immediately. Worst case wait 1 day.

    @iPrimusAU And this is why I have been with iprimus for so long. Started with them in 2006 and every so often they let me know they are speeding up my service and reducing my bill, I don't ask if they can do better, they just do it.

    @iPrimusAU internet outage for the past 10-20 minutes, have tried power cycling with no luck. After a few refreshes prompts to diagnose by signing into iprimus but we were locked out from wrong sign in attempts.

    for anyone considering internet services please never use Iprimus, @iPrimusAU has been completely useless when it comes to customer service and has wasted hours of my time on hold - not good enough.

    @janine_hendry Telcos are the worst - I had similar issues with Iprimus, even though I had been a customer for almost 25 years
