So I'm using my mobile data. But I'm trying to use that very sparingly as I don't have a lot of it.

Mike Chapman (@Mike_B_Chapman) reported@thisischubbsy__ @iPrimusAU Donβt use iPrimus, probably too late. I cancelled and to return their modem they gave me a dud code to use at AusPost, AusPost told me it was a common ruse. Their customer service number connects then drops out. Now they want to charge me $129 for the modem on an auto withdrawal.

Jeremiah Fuzznuts (@MrFuzznuts) reportedI've been with iprimus internet for 10 years over 3 houses always very happy with everything. Last 6 months it's been diabolical. I've rung them 3 times, they test the speed, tell me I'm dreaming and it never gets better. Looking to change. Any ideas? I pay $65pm unlimited. Jerry

π§Robyn Dπx4 Insufficiently Feminine (@KoparaFallsKid) reported@meggsy46 @AlanBixter I'm sorry, I don't know the answer. iPrimus is a Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) that runs on the Optus Network, which may explain it. I don't know if that means they share customer data. Maybe ring iPrimus?

We got rid of Telstra 6 years ago when my Dad passed away and they treated my mother like crap when she asked for his name to be removed from the bill. We're with iprimus for our home internet and phone now.

LyndallTerrier (@LyndallTerrier) reported@xskinn I've had three internet disconnections this morning in the space of 2 hrs. Never happened before. Did the usual 'turn off turn on' routine but to no direct effect. Not sure what's going on. (I'm with iPrimus).
