    @MissHissyKat There's a lot to like about iprimus. I only went to them in full, since my internet was with them. Got in contact with them and ask about phone internet bundle, and they gave us a fantastic deal. Great customer service if thing go wrong too.

    @iPrimusAU you lost me as a customer iprimus.. constant nbn/internet outages lasting days, only to tell me the problem must be my hardware when its not.. .. not returning phone calls when you say you will.. been with you for 25yrs plus.. time for a change.. cya.

    @janine_hendry Telcos are the worst - I had similar issues with Iprimus, even though I had been a customer for almost 25 years

    @mrszoomby @iPrimusAU I’m in Warragul and have no internet also. I called iPrimus and the guy told me that there is a statewide outage

    Shout out to @iprimus to cancel my father’s internet (as he is going into aged care). Apart from either speaking to him direct or requiring my power of attorney as well as my identification, you want me to ring you again to ensure you don’t debit his account. That’s service. Not.
