Julian 🇦🇺 (@JKRLMazur) reported from Cessnock, New South WalesDamn I’m getting pissed off with iprimus. I’m charged $2.50 for not having a direct debit, $2.80 for using BPay and $2.20 for a paper bill plus gst. Nearly $10 on top of my monthly bill.

Seriously, he had his own service with iPrimus so why is Telstra's client database so messy @Optus please contact me as I want a new service

That's at least 6 lengthy downtimes this last week andI have not been able to work for 15hrs. Who is going to compensate me for that?
