Iโm on a lower plan but speed always as per plan. Much better than iprimus where the Broadband speed was so poor and support is local. Prices competitive

We got rid of Telstra 6 years ago when my Dad passed away and they treated my mother like crap when she asked for his name to be removed from the bill. We're with iprimus for our home internet and phone now.

I was on hold to @iPrimusAU for ages, then asked to rate the call (before speaking to someone), then told I was being put through, then got a recorded message saying "due to an emergency situation, iPrimus is unavailable". Hope everyone's OK. Never had that before.

Patrick Alilovic (@PatrickAlilovic) reported@chrismurphys @Telstra iPrimus have been fantastic for the 12 yrs I've been with them. Internet issues addressed but more importantly fixed almost in every instance immediately. Worst case wait 1 day.
