I recently had an outage on my iPrimus line but my TPG was functioning perfectly. This at least skirts the issue if individual provider problems. But yeah if it's NBN you're ****** LOL

So I'm using my mobile data. But I'm trying to use that very sparingly as I don't have a lot of it.

💧Robyn D💉x4 Insufficiently Feminine (@KoparaFallsKid) reported@meggsy46 @AlanBixter I'm sorry, I don't know the answer. iPrimus is a Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) that runs on the Optus Network, which may explain it. I don't know if that means they share customer data. Maybe ring iPrimus?

While we use the Optus network as a network provider for our mobile services, we can reassure our customers that their personal information is managed securely by us and is not shared with Optus. Iprimus was so bad I had to go to someone else to get them to change me over. Iprimus wouldn't answer emails or calls. The worst service (unsurprisingly) was one. Seriously, he had his own service with iPrimus so why is Telstra's client database so messy @Optus please contact me as I want a new service
