Iprimus was so bad I had to go to someone else to get them to change me over. Iprimus wouldn't answer emails or calls. The worst service (unsurprisingly) was one. Been on hold for 30 minutes. They have transferred me to tech support. This is my elderly parents home. appreciate iprimus looking into outages in Adelaide

Mothy (@_Mothy___) reported@iPrimusAU And this is why I have been with iprimus for so long. Started with them in 2006 and every so often they let me know they are speeding up my service and reducing my bill, I don't ask if they can do better, they just do it.

Fíriel Olorindë (@evenstar) reported...remember that time someone got a hit from a Google com au cache and the IP was from iPrimus, and...blamed it on me, even though I only switched to iPrimus in 2012...nine years after the incident? still weirds me out how every bit of weird behaviour from Au was my fault.

David (@dwilliamson931) reported@buzzsaw123456 @Dominos_AU I had IPrimus send me a disconnection notice for my friends internet and threatening debt collector action. I told them in February she had died. They said they cancelled the account BUT NEVER MENTIONED THE OUTSTANDING AMOUNT!
