Iprimus was so bad I had to go to someone else to get them to change me over. Iprimus wouldn't answer emails or calls. The worst service (unsurprisingly) was one. gordolake🕳️🐀 (@gordolake) reportedHi @Telstra, with iprimus ISP. Obviously they use your network to connect to the internet. Have just been advised of a complex fault and it will not be fixed for a month. I cant find any info on the outage sites. Can you confirm.

So I'm using my mobile data. But I'm trying to use that very sparingly as I don't have a lot of it.

pumacatrun2 (@pumacatrun2) reported@iPrimusAU internet outage for the past 10-20 minutes, have tried power cycling with no luck. After a few refreshes prompts to diagnose by signing into iprimus but we were locked out from wrong sign in attempts.

LyndallTerrier (@LyndallTerrier) reported@xskinn I've had three internet disconnections this morning in the space of 2 hrs. Never happened before. Did the usual 'turn off turn on' routine but to no direct effect. Not sure what's going on. (I'm with iPrimus).

Ariel_Nix (@Ariel_NixTTV) reported@HYP3RSTRIKE I'm considering a couple of companies x Aussie Broadband, iinet, superloop. Just iprimus is awful. I've spent 8 months trying to contact their customer service only to be patronized by them! They also did not fix the issue, they made it worse!!!
