    @iPrimusAU And this is why I have been with iprimus for so long. Started with them in 2006 and every so often they let me know they are speeding up my service and reducing my bill, I don't ask if they can do better, they just do it.

    @deniseshrivell FTTH Gone well for years after first 6 months of bedding in. Had to replace modem 12 months ago because reeeally slow for current usage. Now fast. Any recent problems caused by our own PC dying a slow death. Still with original ISP., iprimus.

    @mrszoomby @iPrimusAU I’m in Warragul and have no internet also. I called iPrimus and the guy told me that there is a statewide outage

    @iPrimusAU internet outage for the past 10-20 minutes, have tried power cycling with no luck. After a few refreshes prompts to diagnose by signing into iprimus but we were locked out from wrong sign in attempts.

    @01Ellehcim @jonto_kaye I haven't too many problems with iPrimus so I think I'll stick with them but I'm not happy right at the moment. If I get no joy by Monday, I'll be giving them a call.

    @EricWSeychell @Dave_Matteo eric i literally have FTTP and it’s absolute garbage, hopefully TPG can prove u right because iPrimus dont

    I used to work at an office that houses around 5,000 Vocus, Dodo and iPrimus support teams. I can imagine the chaos there!
