Matt Devine (@matt_devine_) reported@janine_hendry Telcos are the worst - I had similar issues with Iprimus, even though I had been a customer for almost 25 years
-
David P (@David_Paul_B) reported@abc730 @ClareONeilMP Yep.. For example, I would like to know whether the information exposed was only of direct Optus customers, or whether it also included customers of MVNO’s (eg Dodo, Amaysim, Coles, iPrimus, iiNet etc) who run on the Optus network.

iPrimus (@iPrimusAU) reported@meggsy46 Hi Meryl, iPrimus customers have not been impacted by the Optus cyberattack. While we use the Optus network as a network provider for our mobile services, we can reassure our customers that their personal information is managed securely by us and is not shared with Optus. Alison Kyteler (@ali_kyteler) reported@Togetherdec Australians can buy a mobile phone without identification but they can't connect to the network to use it without identification. Telcos are collecting & storing vast quantities of personal data. Optus iiNet TPG iPrimus Dodo already breached/hacked. Our Privacy Act is a joke.

-
Myau Miao Meow (@Myau_Miao_Meow) reported@SkrappEdits I'm currently with iPrimus, which has barely any connection issues in my area, but their customer support isn't great. I'll most likely be switching to Aussie Broadband soon, since I've heard good things, so +1 for them.

Jeremiah Fuzznuts (@MrFuzznuts) reportedI've been with iprimus internet for 10 years over 3 houses always very happy with everything. Last 6 months it's been diabolical. I've rung them 3 times, they test the speed, tell me I'm dreaming and it never gets better. Looking to change. Any ideas? I pay $65pm unlimited. Jerry

Taran Reynard Whyte💜🦊🌈🦄🌊 (@TaranReynardWhy) reported from Melbourne, Victoria@jonto_kaye No, I'm with iPrimus here in Australia but we've got the National Broadband Network rollout going on in our street and it's interfering with my adsl. So I'm using my mobile data. But I'm trying to use that very sparingly as I don't have a lot of it.
