@iPrimusAU you lost me as a customer iprimus.. constant nbn/internet outages lasting days, only to tell me the problem must be my hardware when its not.. .. not returning phone calls when you say you will.. been with you for 25yrs plus.. time for a change.. cya.

Hi @Telstra, with iprimus ISP. Obviously they use your network to connect to the internet. Have just been advised of a complex fault and it will not be fixed for a month. I cant find any info on the outage sites. Can you confirm.

I can’t even get excited about getting a job in the US and having a flight booked for the 17th cos no visa and the boarders are closed. This was meant to help me gain international work experience and make my CV more favourable, but life is a bogbo yaseRank enuka iPrimus stove💀

@SarahHarris @Telstra It telstra nothing more needs to be said. They have the worst customer service of all the telcos in Australia. Treated my mother like **** when she asked them to remove my deceased father name from the bill. Left for Iprimus and have never looked back.

@chrismurphys @Telstra iPrimus have been fantastic for the 12 yrs I've been with them. Internet issues addressed but more importantly fixed almost in every instance immediately. Worst case wait 1 day.

@iPrimusAU internet outage for the past 10-20 minutes, have tried power cycling with no luck. After a few refreshes prompts to diagnose by signing into iprimus but we were locked out from wrong sign in attempts.

Wouldn’t it be a nice touch if iPrimus @iPrimusAU sent out a text message the day before planned Network outages? Once again no Internet 0030-0630. #adelaide #outage #internet
