David (@dwilliamson931) reported@buzzsaw123456 @Dominos_AU I had IPrimus send me a disconnection notice for my friends internet and threatening debt collector action. I told them in February she had died. They said they cancelled the account BUT NEVER MENTIONED THE OUTSTANDING AMOUNT!

Fíriel Olorindë (@evenstar) reported...remember that time someone got a hit from a Google com au cache and the IP was from iPrimus, and...blamed it on me, even though I only switched to iPrimus in 2012...nine years after the incident? still weirds me out how every bit of weird behaviour from Au was my fault.

Got in contact with them and ask about phone internet bundle, and they gave us a fantastic deal. Great customer service if thing go wrong too.

I cancelled and to return their modem they gave me a dud code to use at AusPost, AusPost told me it was a common ruse. Their customer service number connects then drops out. Now they want to charge me $129 for the modem on an auto withdrawal.

We got rid of Telstra 6 years ago when my Dad passed away and they treated my mother like crap when she asked for his name to be removed from the bill. We're with iprimus for our home internet and phone now.
