    @iPrimusAU @iPrimusAU can you please check what is happening in St albans 3021 victoria? iprimus told me there was an outage that was resolved, however my nbn box lights flicker every 25 minutes, disconnecting the internet for over 10 minuutes at a time, what is going on with iprim/NBN?

    @SkrappEdits I'm currently with iPrimus, which has barely any connection issues in my area, but their customer support isn't great. I'll most likely be switching to Aussie Broadband soon, since I've heard good things, so +1 for them.

    @sallymcmanus @DodoAustralia iPrimus is so much worse. Their customer service is almost non-existent.

    @mrszoomby @iPrimusAU I’m in Warragul and have no internet also. I called iPrimus and the guy told me that there is a statewide outage

    @Mobbie1996 @VeryBadSCAVR The OCE ping issues are mostly ISP related. The majority should be resolved now except for iPrimus & Optus users in NSW. If you're having issues elsewhere please shoot me a DM on Discord - afraid_au

    @Brisbane4000 Hi Capital, iPrimus customers have not been impacted by the Optus cyberattack. While we use the Optus network as a network provider for our mobile services, we can reassure our customers that their personal information is managed securely by us and is not shared with Optus. (1/2)

    @janine_hendry Telcos are the worst - I had similar issues with Iprimus, even though I had been a customer for almost 25 years
