Mike Chapman (@Mike_B_Chapman) reported@thisischubbsy__ @iPrimusAU Donβt use iPrimus, probably too late. I cancelled and to return their modem they gave me a dud code to use at AusPost, AusPost told me it was a common ruse. Their customer service number connects then drops out. Now they want to charge me $129 for the modem on an auto withdrawal.

iPrimus (@iPrimusAU) reported@meggsy46 Hi Meryl, iPrimus customers have not been impacted by the Optus cyberattack. While we use the Optus network as a network provider for our mobile services, we can reassure our customers that their personal information is managed securely by us and is not shared with Optus. Taran Reynard Whyteππ¦ππ¦π (@TaranReynardWhy) reported from Melbourne, Victoria@jonto_kaye No, I'm with iPrimus here in Australia but we've got the National Broadband Network rollout going on in our street and it's interfering with my adsl. So I'm using my mobile data. But I'm trying to use that very sparingly as I don't have a lot of it.

Alice Clarke (@Alicedkc) reportedInteresting. I was on hold to @iPrimusAU for ages, then asked to rate the call (before speaking to someone), then told I was being put through, then got a recorded message saying "due to an emergency situation, iPrimus is unavailable". Hope everyone's OK. Never had that before.
-
FantaPants (@MsPlodster) reported@sallymcmanus @DodoAustralia iPrimus is so much worse. Their customer service is almost non-existent.

Vicki Mainard π¦πΊπΉππ Scomo is my PM. (@vmainard) reported@bazakel @NewcastleGardia No big surprise there. I am with Vodafone for all my mobile devices. We got rid of Telstra 6 years ago when my Dad passed away and they treated my mother like crap when she asked for his name to be removed from the bill. We're with iprimus for our home internet and phone now.

trigger me timbers (@songstargame) reportedThanks to @telstra for confirming the internet outage that neither my provider #iprimus nor #nbn have yet to do - hours in. Not so happy that repair date is 1 November at 11pm but it is what it is.
