sean saran smith (@seansmith_au) reported from Adelaide, South AustraliaI hate Australia’s NBN. Current speed is 2.4mbps. I’ve had constant problems with Iprimus. Ongoing for 7 weeks. Sick of contacting call centre. Thinking of breeding pigeons as an alternative. @iPrimusAU #nbn @NBN_Australia

iPrimus (@iPrimusAU) reported@Brisbane4000 Hi Capital, iPrimus customers have not been impacted by the Optus cyberattack. While we use the Optus network as a network provider for our mobile services, we can reassure our customers that their personal information is managed securely by us and is not shared with Optus. Owain 🇬🇧 (@BigO_CS) reported from Melbourne, Victoria@MoeycQ @ManicMunday @OfficialSnypeR @Aussie_BB To a point that's true. I recently had an outage on my iPrimus line but my TPG was functioning perfectly. This at least skirts the issue if individual provider problems. But yeah if it's NBN you're ****** LOL

Sea Horse Propaganda. (@justmaghookit) reported@CMYKChuffy i switched to iprimus years ago cause of just how awful it was dealing with telstra, think they use the telstra infrastructure but at worst that just means they're bothering telstra for me. Customer service is mostly good, highly recommend

Mike Chapman (@Mike_B_Chapman) reported@thisischubbsy__ @iPrimusAU Don’t use iPrimus, probably too late. I cancelled and to return their modem they gave me a dud code to use at AusPost, AusPost told me it was a common ruse. Their customer service number connects then drops out. Now they want to charge me $129 for the modem on an auto withdrawal.
