Mandy C (@dragonsgirl2010) reported@jdrama68 I found the support great, they also let you know ahead any planned NBN outages, also if they get cancelled. Iβm on a lower plan but speed always as per plan. Much better than iprimus where the Broadband speed was so poor and support is local. Prices competitive

Treated my mother like **** when she asked them to remove my deceased father name from the bill. Left for Iprimus and have never looked back.

David (@dwilliamson931) reported@buzzsaw123456 @Dominos_AU I had IPrimus send me a disconnection notice for my friends internet and threatening debt collector action. I told them in February she had died. They said they cancelled the account BUT NEVER MENTIONED THE OUTSTANDING AMOUNT!

Zeteypee πππππ (@Guy20Pr) reported@iPrimusAU @iPrimusAU can you please check what is happening in St albans 3021 victoria? iprimus told me there was an outage that was resolved, however my nbn box lights flicker every 25 minutes, disconnecting the internet for over 10 minuutes at a time, what is going on with iprim/NBN?

I recently had an outage on my iPrimus line but my TPG was functioning perfectly. This at least skirts the issue if individual provider problems. But yeah if it's NBN you're ****** LOL
