    If y'all need an internet provider, stay away from iprimus! Worst company EVER! Their customer support is disgusting as well as their service.

    @ConkyOCE Also, don't threaten the ombudsman, that does nothing. I had an issue with iprimus that was ongoing for weeks, the second I had a case issued by the ombudsman it was sorted in an hour

    I hate Australia’s NBN. Current speed is 2.4mbps. I’ve had constant problems with Iprimus. Ongoing for 7 weeks. Sick of contacting call centre. Thinking of breeding pigeons as an alternative. @iPrimusAU #nbn @NBN_Australia

    @mrszoomby @iPrimusAU I’m in Warragul and have no internet also. I called iPrimus and the guy told me that there is a statewide outage

    @iPrimusAU Are iPrimus support working through the long weekend. I lodged a support case yesterday and have not yet received a response other than the automatic reply

    @telstra My dead Dad has never been on our account and trying to get a new service for some reason Telstra listed my Dad as a 3rd party??? Seriously, he had his own service with iPrimus so why is Telstra's client database so messy @Optus please contact me as I want a new service

    I can’t even get excited about getting a job in the US and having a flight booked for the 17th cos no visa and the boarders are closed. This was meant to help me gain international work experience and make my CV more favourable, but life is a bogbo yaseRank enuka iPrimus stove💀

    Thanks to @telstra for confirming the internet outage that neither my provider #iprimus nor #nbn have yet to do - hours in. Not so happy that repair date is 1 November at 11pm but it is what it is.

    @iPrimusAU @Winnie_3885 No internet in Adelaide. Been very slow last few days. Today nothing working no ph either. On my mobile waiting for help. Been on hold for 30 minutes. They have transferred me to tech support. This is my elderly parents home. appreciate iprimus looking into outages in Adelaide
