I was on hold to @iPrimusAU for ages, then asked to rate the call (before speaking to someone), then told I was being put through, then got a recorded message saying "due to an emergency situation, iPrimus is unavailable". Hope everyone's OK. Never had that before.

Mandy C (@dragonsgirl2010) reported@jdrama68 I found the support great, they also let you know ahead any planned NBN outages, also if they get cancelled. I’m on a lower plan but speed always as per plan. Much better than iprimus where the Broadband speed was so poor and support is local. Prices competitive

Jeremiah Fuzznuts (@MrFuzznuts) reportedI've been with iprimus internet for 10 years over 3 houses always very happy with everything. Last 6 months it's been diabolical. I've rung them 3 times, they test the speed, tell me I'm dreaming and it never gets better. Looking to change. Any ideas? I pay $65pm unlimited. Jerry

IceGecko (@GeckoIce) reported@Telstra Who cares ? Fun fact, telstra have been trying to scam over $600 from me by claiming I never cancelled an account I actually did. This is nothing short of extortion. Avoid the big telcos. Amaysim and iPrimus have served me well.
