Missgarland⁷ (@Missgarland21) reportedHighly suggest no one ever go with iprimus for their internet provider. Weeks with spotty connection (which i can forgive some due to the flooding) and support is awful. Looks like i’m stuck using all my phone data 👌

Vicki Mainard 🇦🇺🕹🏀🐈 Scomo is my PM. (@vmainard) reported@Telstra I have used the cat is in the way when playing games. I rarely have problems with online lagging since I moved to Iprimus.
-
Alice Clarke (@Alicedkc) reportedInteresting. I was on hold to @iPrimusAU for ages, then asked to rate the call (before speaking to someone), then told I was being put through, then got a recorded message saying "due to an emergency situation, iPrimus is unavailable". Hope everyone's OK. Never had that before.

Patrick Alilovic (@PatrickAlilovic) reported@chrismurphys @Telstra iPrimus have been fantastic for the 12 yrs I've been with them. Internet issues addressed but more importantly fixed almost in every instance immediately. Worst case wait 1 day.
-
Klaris (@klaris) reportedI used to work at an office that houses around 5,000 Vocus, Dodo and iPrimus support teams. I can imagine the chaos there!
-
David P (@David_Paul_B) reported@abc730 @ClareONeilMP Yep.. For example, I would like to know whether the information exposed was only of direct Optus customers, or whether it also included customers of MVNO’s (eg Dodo, Amaysim, Coles, iPrimus, iiNet etc) who run on the Optus network.

Taran Reynard Whyte💜🦊🌈🦄🌊 (@TaranReynardWhy) reported from Melbourne, Victoria@jonto_kaye No, I'm with iPrimus here in Australia but we've got the National Broadband Network rollout going on in our street and it's interfering with my adsl. So I'm using my mobile data. But I'm trying to use that very sparingly as I don't have a lot of it.

LyndallTerrier (@LyndallTerrier) reported@xskinn I've had three internet disconnections this morning in the space of 2 hrs. Never happened before. Did the usual 'turn off turn on' routine but to no direct effect. Not sure what's going on. (I'm with iPrimus).

Benjamin Reynolds (@BenjaminRoy73) reported@chrismurphys @Telstra I have used iprimus twice now and have rarely had issues.

iPrimus (@iPrimusAU) reported@meggsy46 Hi Meryl, iPrimus customers have not been impacted by the Optus cyberattack. While we use the Optus network as a network provider for our mobile services, we can reassure our customers that their personal information is managed securely by us and is not shared with Optus.
