David P (@David_Paul_B) reported@abc730 @ClareONeilMP Yep.. For example, I would like to know whether the information exposed was only of direct Optus customers, or whether it also included customers of MVNO’s (eg Dodo, Amaysim, Coles, iPrimus, iiNet etc) who run on the Optus network.

While we use the Optus network as a network provider for our mobile services, we can reassure our customers that their personal information is managed securely by us and is not shared with Optus. Got in contact with them and ask about phone internet bundle, and they gave us a fantastic deal. Great customer service if thing go wrong too.
