    @IBKR Could you please fix your bloody servers. Three days in a row first 10 minutes of the market being open your platform crashes and I cannot trade. Already talked to support, did not help, suggested to connect via HK website, what the hell? Your developers don´t know what CDN is?

    @IBKR Is there a type of order where you can specify: If more than [some number of shares] volume trades between [Low price] & [high price], Launch my limit order at [some specific price]? I.e. like a stop limit, but with a minimum share threshold added to filter out bad-ticks?

    @Questrade After an hour on the phone with your CSR asking for written confirmation of the rule she was citing... the CSR LITERALLY said that some policies about how to withdraw funds are enforced but not written down. @IBKR Can you believe this?! Is that even legal??

    had a call sked with acct mgr at @IBKR to try to figure out how it's possible to grow an RIA business using IBKR as a platform, given their awful customer service, and of course they never called! I suppose they get kudos for being ironic and predictable all at once.

    @Questrade @gurjeeetsiingh @IBKR Given the aggressive tone that I used, I feel obliged to follow-up. When QT did call... the person on the line seemed genuinely interested in the issue. Although no solutions were available, I was left with a promise that the issue would be resolved by day's end. We'll see.
