@IBKR has the worst customer care service in India. If you don't have an account with them and are considering to have one, I would advise you against it. I am on hold with their customer care for 2 hours now.

Did any of you ever experience $IBKR @IBKR change your buying power from $100k to $0 overnight on a Saturday? Then when you try to reach them support in English in unavailable and the Chat system is under maintenance. Is this a mistake or I am being liquidated on Monday?

@TheRetroRanger @puppyeh1 @IBKR It's actually good practice in my experience. Can't find it on the "local" exchange ... take a look at Frankfurt (or in this case Munich). Float is oftentimes bad though. Also, a brokerage account in the "local" country can be easily opened most of the time.

@RosbelDuran @IBKR Yep, They launched a VWAP algo which was supposed to run until the close and due to the outage the algo stopped running 10 minutes before the close.

Avoid @IBKR. They don't allow me to withdraw your money from the cancelled account! It's a scam. Support does not answer (for days). Oh, and the account application was cancelled because I selected an account type from their own dropdown menu.

@IBKR @barronsonline This is an absolute joke. #1?! No customer support at all, web portal is a horrible experience with broken features and false information. Expect hours-long wait on the phone, weeks-long wait on messages.
