@iiNet NBN not working in 3031?

  • PatB90739861 PatB (@PatB90739861) reported

@VacuousNess @iiNet @NBN_Australia 15.7 Mbps down. 2.8 Mbps up. 4G wireless connection at my shop in far outer Metro Perth. If I remember, when I get home, I'll test my home NBN (FTTN, then crappy old copper for the last few hundred m) connection.

Just had 14 days of no internet and appalling customer service from @iiNet and on day 15 they call me to try to cross sell me a mobile phone plan. Goodness me

Hi @iiNet - not sure if it’s outage related but mum can’t make calls from the house phone. Internet is ok though.

@iiNet Oh and btw, when asked for a new modem with 4G back up default if NBN line drops out, we were told 'No' ! Apparently only available to new customers. Apparently not available to us, (20year customers) whose internet connection inexplicably down. A ready solution n/a.

  • Quokkkka1 durrrr (@Quokkkka1) reported

@iiNet Signed up for business NBN with iiNet. Sales people promised 2-5 business days to connection. Past day 5. Modem not dispatched. Apparently a global shortage. Should of stayed with Internode. Never ending excuses.

  • GameDadMatt "Game Dad" Matt 🛠🎮 Omi Oh My AI 📚🎓 Masters (@GameDadMatt) reported

@iiNet Our internet is down. Power cycled the router with no luck. Logging into the router shows we have a DSL connection but DHCP is failing to connect. NBN and iiNet status shows no outages. What gives?

  • savepubschools Save Public Schools From Private School Greed (@savepubschools) reported

@fimail70 @iiNet Sadly, no. 32+ hrs and no closer to a fix. My business is bleeding. Tech = lovely but no clue RE cause/fix. Blamed modem - 99.9% sure it's not that (their internal TransACT team confirmed it's visible on WAN + has sync/IP allocated). My modem shows the same (no issue). 1 of 2

  • The_Dugongs Danny O'Brien (@The_Dugongs) reported

@iiNet @NBN_Australia service is out in Annerley (4103). NBN website says no issues but there was a few hour lag on that information two days ago when similar circumstance occurred.
