    @iiNet That is not a no-worries situation for me. I have been calling almost daily and no progress has been made so far. I have to wait on call for more than an before getting disconnected without even talking with a support person and you are saying no worries

    @bowie_in_space I’ve been with iinet for 11 years and their customer service is superior. I can’t get a great speed but that’s not them it the infrastructure in my area.

    I understand the process but it is the line that is the problem..I am onto @iiNet who said a text and a technical would be sent 86yo there must be a better way to treat our elderly @iiNet will give Telstra details so it can be fixed

    @Telstra My mums nbn still not working came on for a short period then off again since weekend still not working I am in Melbourne no technician sent as promised just buck passing bad customer service from @iiNet next step ombudsman. This is not the way to treat our elderly.

    @iinet replacement modem issued last Friday. Just rang to check on delivery status and they told me it’s been delivered yet I received nothing. I want this resolved today or I’m cancelling my service. 2 weeks without internet and soon to be 3 if you have to send another out!

    I’ve tried 2 modems and my internet still isn’t working yet the “support” staff (they’ve done everything but support) insist I wait a week for a new modem to try. Just send a bloody technician out to my apartment so my internet is fixed! Sub-standard service all week from iiNet

    @iiNet @iiWaheeb It’s a wireless connection. I received a new modem a couple of months ago but it doesn’t seem to make much of a difference. I’ll call the support line soon for help, thanks for responding.

    I’ve been trying for 2hrs to fix my cable wifi @iiNet. Just dropped out all of a sudden and now I keep getting redirected to Gateway HTTP intercept page. Tried multiple devices and modems, factory reset etc and still nothing. Help!

    @N_Shuttleworth @Ticketek_AU @AFL The only difference between @iinet and @Ticketek_AU is that iiNet provided regular updates to confirm their incompetence, whereas Ticketek has given next to nothing. I’m unsure which customer service strategy I prefer.

    @iiNet yep. also was advised to try the old modem we used before NBN upgrade and that didn't help, so am unsure if it is a modem-based issue.
