    @iiNet internet out in hemmant. As far as I can see there’s a problem in east Melbourne but this is the first I’ve read in Brisbane. Any news?

    @iiNet No. You don't help, you make it hard, and you always make it the customers problem. The worst customer service I've experienced over many years.

    @iiNet hey, we are on our third day of no internet during Sydney lockdown. Having an absolute fabulous time getting bounced around, lied to and hung up on by your agents in Manila & STH Africa. Any way you could provide some actual support so I don’t lose my job? #lockdownsydney
