@EyemanPatg @iiNet I believe they have. A friend of a friend of a friend says their customer service isn’t worth much now.

@browndogstales @iiNet No, it'd have been all over the business/tech pages if it were. But iinet was bought by TPG, no? It's a shocker for a journalist. Got to NY on a 2-day job before finding out it doesn't do overseas. And have had wifi down, 5 days at a time, three times in the last year ... 🙄

@iiNet our internet has turned off and it hasn't turned back on despite multiple resets etc. Is there an outage and what can we do?

  • situasiansays Aj (@situasiansays) reported

@iiNet have you guys been having outages or issues with NBN all day in 3031? My NBN has been dropping out all day

  • EyemanPatg Eye2Eye (@EyemanPatg) reported

@TheRiffJet @iiNet Yep got BS message from iiNet and then got an email about some order I never placed and then when i ring the number on the email - they can't explain anything. Has iiNet become Australia's worst telecommunications Co?? #iinet @iiNet

  • browndogstales Jake Brown (@browndogstales) reported

@miriamcosic @iiNet Biggest drawback is tech support. I've needed it much more rarely than when I was on iiNet, but it's a 'submit an online form & someone calls you back system' I think. Fwiw, issues have been easily resolved.

  • TheRiffJet Riff Jet (@TheRiffJet) reported

@TubbsJTattsyrup @Mezanong @iiNet Someone in the industry had a few things to say to me about iinet and their current level of customer service. They ain’t any good now a days. They even suggested another isp by name who provides better customer service.

@TubbsJTattsyrup @iiNet As an 18 year customer iinet, this is appalling customer service you are giving to this couple. You should be ashamed of your behaviour. #iinet

  • andrewhiggo Andrew Higginson (@andrewhiggo) reported

@TheRiffJet @iiNet I’ve found iinet ok over time. I’ve found Speed issues are usually an NBN problem (which iinet has no control over) or your modem.
