    @iiNet our network is down at Brighton Vic. I have looked on line and advice suggests no issue with network. Can you confirm?

    @iiNet Yes. I then select 2 for technical support. Next I select 1 for broadband. Then a lady says being transferred. Then I get disconnected. I ended up getting my husband to call on his mobile and he got through.

    @iiNet you have a few buggered servers or something with traffic leaving the country they are so incredibly slow that I have to use a VPN to avoid them please look into this

    @iiNet I have tried calling support 6 times and each time I get to the point where it says there are 3-6 minutes waiting time, it then hangs up!!!!! So frustrating. Can't get any help.

    Dissapointed - after 14 yrs with iiNet @iiNet their system messed up & put our account as "moving house" (which we r not) & disconnected us - with our work being online - this has had significant impact - "2 to 3 days to fix" REALLY!!??....& barely a sorry. #iinet #badservice

    @iinet We are having problems with frequent intermittent internet disconnections. Service is FTTC. Seems to reconnect on its own but I have cycled power on the router to see if that stops the problem. When connection is lost, the 'INTERNET' LED on the router/modem goes off.
