@iiNet That's the problem, I spoke to an operator yesterday and they are unable to tell me when it will be picked up or why after 11 days my order is still not even dispatched.

Gotta love it when the @iinet internet company complains about not being able to hear you properly on your phone call and you get to say 'yeah your phone service is **** that's why I'll be moving to another provider ASAP'.

@iiNet 4 weeks no ability to call or text from my new plan. No resolution after 5 calls and hours on hold. Complete waste of time, never should have switched from Telstra.

@unicamster @iiNet I only wait on hold for around 3 - 4 minutes, plus the length of time it takes me to fill in the relevant ombudsman service's webform. If the bank / telco / insurer / etc can't answer the phone before I hit send, we deal with it through that process.
