@iiNet hey team. I’ve lost internet at 6225 Collie. Any issues at the moment? And before anyone mentions it could be my modem, it’s not.

@iinet I would like an explanation as to why your staff are refusing to fix the outage on our business line call diversion.

@splucy @iiNet If the service is provided by NBN then you get the same service regardless of the ISP.

Hey @iiNet, Can you pay your outstanding bill to @Toll_Group so I can book my return of the modem you sent me... like you just instructed me to do! Also, I'd like to echo other peoples experienced of how bad the 5G Home Broadband onboarding is.

@iiNet REF: 376957354, after waiting on the line for 42: minutes i was told that this ticket is closed due to an internal fault. I am with poor internet service, and unable to work from home. I had to use my own 4G which is faster than iinet's 5Gs speeds. It has been 3 days now an upd.

@AuspolSnackpod @iiNet @NBN_Australia Really? Nation wide!? We’ve had no issues today with our NBN. But TPG would blame their own mother rather than admit they were the problem.

@Telstra I have moved from Western Australia to the ACT. @telstra advised that you cannot provide an internet service to my building. So I went with @iiNet. But you guys just sent me a bill for an internet service I have not been getting and (according to you) cannot get.

@iiNet Appears that everything was not fine. I received an SMS that there was an outage. I have been without internet for 3 days and had to tether internet using my mobile hotspot.
