    @iiNet Your support line & email have been compromised! I made calls & emails to iiNet support earlier this week I ws contacted 2day by very convincing “iiNet Support” Turns out I’ve been scammed to the tune of $1000’s

    @iiNet Extremely disappointed! The hosted email service has been down for more than a week, and no one answered the support line. Terrible technique, terrible customer service, should change the name to ‘iiTerrible’!

    @iiNet so @iinet my home internet has been out for 24 hours. When I have called your operators they hang up and the wait is another hour to talk to another operator who again hangs up. Is this your business model? DO BETTER
