@iiNet obviously, 2 weeks notice wasn't enough for the relocation order/request. Also, how come you never call back even when you said you'd call back 5 days ago? Almost 1 week in the new apt and still no Internet, which I'm of course paying for...

@iiNet I’ve been through this over and over. You know who I am. You have my case file. I’ve informed you over and over that changing weather is also a factor but it’s never taken seriously.

@iiNet My NBN modem keeps losing its connection to your network. This has been happening every hour the whole day! NBN site don’t list any outages in my area (Ryde). What’s going on?

Hi @iiNet any idea why our internet at Caloundra 4551 wouldn’t be working? No outages according to your and @NBN_Australia websites. It’s been down at least since 6.30am. Thanks

@iiNet I don’t necessarily want to ‘transfer’ their account to my name. I mean can I just set up a new account with you and have you turn the service on using the modem/router I already have from ex-flatmate.

Internet issues sorted (for now - tech coming during the week to fix it, thanks @iinet). Now time for some boring housework, my BAS (even more boring), some meal planning and lots of disco music to liven it all up!! #discodiva

@iiNet @lockskat 3G would be fine.... if it was working. Redbank Plains and Springfield Central in Queensland is getting ZERO internet service. No 4G, no 3G, not even a mildly amusing H+ on my screen. Zero Data. Honestly, this is what you get for sourcing us through the dumbest provider, vodafone

Never use @iiNet for any type of service..... 4 from 4 appointments not attend... of course each one is my fault as per the 15 different people I have spoken-to....amazing how I have a case manager who is at the highest level that is always busy!

@iiNet Hi if my flatmate has moved out who had service in their name, can I set up an account and just have it continued using same modem/router we already use? Thanks
