Please send a final statement/invoice to reflect this situation. If you can organise that you may prevent an ombudsman complaint. I doubt very much you could convince me to use iiNet again

It was all on accident though, he thought the internet cable was from the previous tenant of the flat I’m in. Mistakes happen. I dont think he knows you guys are my internet provider.
