Hey @iinet. Maybe if your staff spent more time actually dealing with my problem and less trying to up-sell me an unrelated mobile phone plan then it might be possible to order a modem upgrade in less than 50 minutes and by talking to less than 4 different staff members.

  • Makucha Jo (@Makucha) reported

Did Elon Musk also buy @iinet? Because its service has recently plummeted even more than usual. Since the fiasco with hosted exchange mail, accessing and sending emails on my phone has been tortuously slow. Is the “new server” some 2nd hand rusted box from a 3rd world country?

  • Fiskorama Fisk (@Fiskorama) reported

@ajphelo @iiNet iiNET is shocking. Simply unbelievably poor service.

  • Ozludo RobS (@Ozludo) reported

@iiNet Hey guys - have been waiting for resi broadband tech support to pick-up since 4.30. It has been an hour on hold. No offer of a call back. This is the third outage this week, probably the tenth time in the last 6 weeks. Could someone please respond? This is ridiculous.

  • emboy4real Emboy (@emboy4real) reported

@iiNet need help with Toolbox access. Can get in with NBN account but not my previous ADSL account which have my email accounts linked.

  • cloudcitizen Graham Lauren (@cloudcitizen) reported

@iiNet @TelcoOmbudsman @whirlpoolnetau SMALL BUSINESSES, FIND ANOTHER MOBILE TELCO AND AVOID THE PAIN OF DOING BUSINESS WITH #iiNET Even when it pretends to want to help me via a DM here, #iiNet’s system is still ****** up. Its link to my login yields only "message":"Forbidden"

  • Rob2563 Robstar (@Rob2563) reported

My 2023 goes is to be rid of my crappy @iiNet service and their clunky, useless toolbox system and cumbersome payment process. Bigger and Better (and easier).

  • ajphelo Andrew J Phelan (@ajphelo) reported

It’s a good 5 years ago now but I’ll never ever forget it. The single worse brand experience I’ve ever had in my life was with @iiNet I could write a book about it but the short story is it put my elderly parents at risk and it meant I never made it to Phnom Penh

  • THEFDMA Daz (@THEFDMA) reported

@iiNet Have been on hold for half an hour. No option for a call back. Customer service doesn’t exist here. Fetch box has reset and asking for activation number. This is the latest in a long list of f#*! Ups from #iiNet There will need to be reimbursement once this is sorted.

  • THEFDMA Daz (@THEFDMA) reported

@iiNet Have now spent 7 hours all up trying to resolve #iiNet issues. 4 still ongoing. 1. Reimbursement for a Fetch Mini that was inexplicably sent to me 2 days after receiving the requested Fetch Mighty. 2. Unable to connect Optus Sport to new Fetch Mighty.
