    @spud01au @Telstra @iiNet The issue is the HFC connection- iiNet is just the unfortunate intermediary. I need to find an ISP that has a back up 4g. Optus is another option

    @NBN_Australia Hi Amy, @iiNet tell me that they tried to contact their dedicated NBN technical support team last Thursday, Monday, and yesterday, & you guys haven’t responded once. Seems like now I have two companies pointing fingers at one another. 😡

    I am over this ****. I can't even reschedule tomorrows appt that you made without consulting us. What a f-ing joke NBN is.. Supposed to be decent internet & we can't even get internet...& you won't take responsibility for your f-up either. @NBN_Australia @iiNet #NotGoodEnough

    Sups @iiNet - the fix from the last outage lasted exactly 2 days. No internet now for 8 minutes. What gives?!

    @redruby17 @NBN_Australia @iiNet Telstra. iiNet, Aussie Broadband and Telstra are pretty much the first choices. The real issue here is crappy copper. Had some replaced but the whole lot is ancient. Ended up contacting our local MP. 4 months later had some new copper. I feel your pain. :(

    @redruby17 @Telstra @iiNet I have Optus NBN with backup (it's been just fine), and I have generally had good service from Optus for many years. I tolerate Telstra at our farm, but their service has always been terrible.

    @spud01au @NBN_Australia @iiNet It’s NBN- I usually notice the internet has died. I monitor the lights to see if it’s a firmware or similar update. Then I ping iiNet on here. Then we go through the dance of checks and resets. Then I’m told it’s a widespread issue. Then I get a text from nbn- major outage

    @redruby17 @iiNet Not my experience with iiNet or the NBN. I do have fibre to the house (was in an early trial zone). I hope you can have it fixed and service resumed.
