@IanWoolf @iiNet Yeah, we left iinet for that reason and their awful overseas call centres. Telstra call centres are even worse. Try Aussie Broadband. Good speeds (haven't had a problem in 3 years) and Australian Call Centres. #auspol

@iiNet is there an issue with Odin? Just sits there with "Please Wait" and does nothing else. Tried a number of devices and connection methods all result in the above message.

  • tomrey_au Doubly Free (@tomrey_au) reported

Just rang @iinet to cancel my fetch TV since no one watches it anymore, and support staffer asked me what mobile company I’m with and how much I’m paying a month. No, you don’t do market research when I’m calling for support.

@MikeEDoyle @iiNet Those on other ISPs (Telstra, Superloop) not currently experiencing the same issues. Wonder if Optus and iiNet sharing same internet backbones.

  • spezialDG DG (@spezialDG) reported

@iiNet no internet (VDSL2) for 14 hours in Yarralumla. We are in a lockdown. According to your outage page, a minor fault. 14 hours!

  • Tsutako Skeletaco (@Tsutako) reported

@iiNet do you know if there's a connectivity issue with Destiny 2 servers? Seeing a lot of Aussies in different states on iinet/subsidiaries getting error coded (network issues) while trying to play this weekend. Friday was fine.
