What is happening with @IINET's toolbox. I can't login. I can't reset the password. Various broken responses for both. I called 132258 and no success, but the issue was escalated, BUT NOBODY CALLED me BACK.

@RoenDavis @iiNet It could be any number of those things. I usually find its outdated or defective modems which is a good idea to keep them updated. Its really frustrating that CPE's don't last these days. I recommend a modem with pfsense. I never seem to have issues when pfsense is installed.

@elronxenu I’m a Director of the TIO so I can’t bring a complaint directly & I wouldn’t for $0.04. That this is a repeating pattern means no one is likely to fix it even though the transaction fees are costing @iiNet Would be trivial to goose the Rumba minimum to $1 :-)
