@mariasofi @iiNet @ozemail Just recently spent a few days unsubscribing to emails never subscribed to find several with no unsubscribe button.

  • PetraAu Petra Campbell (@PetraAu) reported

@mariasofi @iiNet @ozemail Its really shocking. I cant believe some employee overseas telling me onky choice is for them to delete all my emails. Okay, so iiNet has 93,000 of my emails on their server, half of which from marketeers spamming daily with blogs&ads & things u never subscribed too.

  • maystation4 Steve May (@maystation4) reported

@iiNet Still waiting. So basically I’ve been lied to that I would receive a call. Again another waste of time. I’m now on hold waiting. I’d this how you treat a customer who has been with you for around 15 years?

  • Farley14Steve Steve (@Farley14Steve) reported

@iiNet new customer set up internet monday. Still waiting for iiNet to allow activation for fetch tv. Have rung multiple times. If not connected today then I’ll be discontinuing using iiNet. Not paying for something that isn’t happening. Really really annoyed about all this.

So @iiNet, no NBN at Bardon Qld. Is that something you can help with? Your name is on the modem.

  • PetraAu Petra Campbell (@PetraAu) reported

@colugal @iiNet web based email is so 80’s 😒. Its too slow. Dreadful presentation, long to categorise and especially to search

  • pzeegers PeteZ (@pzeegers) reported

@iiNet Is there an outage in my area? 45 Mortimer St Bentleigh 3204? I'm on nbn hfc. I've tried resetting all the network boxes.

  • Blaydenn67 Brett Martin (@Blaydenn67) reported

@PetraAu @iiNet iiNet went to **** when they were bought out by TPG (everyone with a brain knew it would happen). I'd been with them since Mick Malone started it in the family garage. Had family & friends work for them. Finally gave them away & went to Telstra about 18 months ago.

  • dmbayly Michael Bayly (@dmbayly) reported

@MikeHaydon @iiNet I ditched Telstra after using them for 10 years. Appalling service and overpriced. I use Optus but my usage would be vastly different to yours Mike.
