Sara Davies (@welshbird77) reported@iiNet the worst company EVER !! I have had issues with you for 2 years on my service and about 100 calls to get the NBN installed. FINALLY get a date and the technician hasn't turned up !! I have taken the morning off work and arranged child care. You need to sort it out now !

Dwayne Hill (@dwayne_hill) reported@iiNet Hi, are there any current issues with email as we cannot currently log in (was working not very long ago), we can still access internet and the toolbox but email login is not working (looks to be a few other reporting something on downdetector also)

Or Choice Magazine. As you say, unconscionable behaviour. And certainly not the behaviour of a supposedly responsible service provider.
