    @JonathanGwood @iiNet I told the dude to check my history of service. 9 years... I was like if you make me switch and pay for it, I will go to a different carrier who will gladly do it for free.

    @iiNet Funny story time! It just took less than 15 mins to swap back to Optus yet it took @iinet nearly 12 days to swap me over to their system about 4 months back. It's almost false advertising to say you provide a phone service. It's definitely not worth the $15 or so a month.

    @iiNet 4 weeks no ability to call or text from my new plan. No resolution after 5 calls and hours on hold. Complete waste of time, never should have switched from Telstra.

    Another @iiNet NBN outage. Happens most days for about 30 mins. By the time you get through to the call centre everything is working again & therefore nothing happens to prevent further outages. Not good enough!

    Gotta love it when the @iinet internet company complains about not being able to hear you properly on your phone call and you get to say 'yeah your phone service is **** that's why I'll be moving to another provider ASAP'.

    Absolute service disaster @iinet trying to return wireless modem (not suitable). Over 2 weeks, 10 calls, to 'fix' email & receive 'instructions' now the courier does not show - YOU WANT ME TO KEEP TRYING! I'm the only one who has been doing the work! Disgusting.

    @iiNet Thanks, I discovered next morning I was in touch with the world again*, but as stated, there were complaints re #NBN at same time, not just #iiNet (this time). *flippant comment, I did have access to the net via your mobile service (40GB $15 for 6 months then $30) so U get a pass

    @Telstra Let’s do it in public @Telstra. I’m in the building at 335 Anketell Street Greenway. You said you *could not* service me with 5G wireless - yet @iiNet could. How do you explain this?
