    Not impressed with @iiNet. I have a static IP address for my streaming (business plan). On Sat I accidentally exposed my IP address on stream. After calling & being on hold for 80 mins, I was told that there was no support available that day. I was also told that someone (1/2)

    @mariasofi @iiNet Not sorted yet. I was told that a massive issue popped up on 14 December that they’re still working to resolve affecting most iiNet 5G users.

    just had a look at my bank account, noticed my direct debit for @iiNet has increased by $5, gee, they did not even bother to notify me & when I go into Iinet Toolbox, every time I click on each Tab, they ask me to login again, shifty Iinet, making life hard for an Age Pensioner

    @iiNet REF: 376957354, after waiting on the line for 42: minutes i was told that this ticket is closed due to an internal fault. I am with poor internet service, and unable to work from home. I had to use my own 4G which is faster than iinet's 5Gs speeds. It has been 3 days now an upd.

    .@iiNet .....anyone notice Iinet are charging extra for their average service now, I just found out, not from Iinet but by reading my Bank Statement @geoffrey_payne

    @belindasmilne @iiNet I have a personal rule to never phone any company, either telco, Water, Power, etc, always communicate by email in case of legal issues

    @n3w4v3 @iiNet Has your issue been sorted Virgil? 4 days and NOTHING. Modem fine, signal strong but 'connected without internet'. Keep being told 'techs working hard to get backlog of customers activated' on network. I need internet to WFH!

    @belindasmilne @iiNet it's only just gone up, only found out by bank statement (online) and went into Iinet Toolbox, multiple links of course, have to re-login for each one with multi factor identification
