    @iiNet hey, I believe someone has used my email to create an account with yall last month, and I've been getting emails meant for that person. I tried calling the international number for help, but the number doesn't work and I don't know what else to do.

    @iiNet it’s very interesting that IiNet seem not to use any of their social media since 2024. It that because of the appalling and depleting customer service like the outage in our area today that was not communicated or corrected in the 14 hours since it went off line ?

    @iiNet fix the ISP. you are blocking @discord access. trying to access it through the application and through their website is being blocked by you,. this is the 2nd time in the last month.

    @iiNet Discord voice (UDP) stuck on RTC Connecting / No Route on iinet NBN—bypasses instantly with Cloudflare WARP. Known issue with other AU ISPs this week.

    @iiNet Atrocious issue resolution. A simple change of address results in inactivation of email boxes for over 2 days and no end in sight, no one in support position with the wherewithal to do anything outside vague 48-hour ticket queues

    3 Weeks without internet. Several phone calls to support promising follow ups. Even gave reference numbers. No follow up. Nothing. This is crazy @iiNet
