    @iiNet Unfortunately that hasn't worked. There is an error with the DNS server. I have been logged out of the meeting I was in and my partner is unable to work. Having continual internet issues in an urban centre is unacceptable. I had better internet when I lived rurally.

    @iiNet Thats correct a case was lodged. This is another event now as the 1st service was restored for 24 hours. Are you going to send someone to provide a temporary service? Don’t give me nbn rubbish. We want service.

    Hi @iiNet my internet has not been fully working since last week. NBN did upgrades last Thursday but nothing is better. It's slow if it's working and is consistently just stopping working.

    @iiNet why is the internet in Queanbeyan running like trash? Has been like this for weeks. 10mbps when we should be getting 100mbps. Also don’t give me your rubbish turn it off and on again solution, done that and reset wall and modem.

    @iiNet causing problems again in the ACT. Despite great speeds I am unable to open any webpages. Second time this week and the 4th in 14 days. Honestly, it is disgraceful.

    @iiNet NBN down in 6153 for around 45 mins. Is there an outage here? Have done the usual power cycling, etc.

    @iiNet come on guys, I pay for internet that is nowhere near as fast as u say it is THEN I can’t even use my slow internet because it’s down in Tassie, poor form iiNet, poor form
