    @iinet email has been down from Christmas afternoon and they literally have there out of office on. no comms. no support. if you are going to be a service provider you need to be 24/7 every day of the year.

    @SueYeap @chky_cel @iiNet Father in law said the same thing earlier today - He's been having problems for a while but didnt suspect they'd gone down today

    @iiNet It’s a DNS issue. iiNet’s own website won’t load! I’ve got multiple customers domains down that are all hosted with iiNet/Westnet, so their email & websites are all offline! Tried calling support yesterday and closed :( not good enough!!

    No comment from @WestnetAU or @iiNet on the outage re: their sites & email. It's been out for hours. Not professional IMHO.
