@iiNet Yes. I then select 2 for technical support. Next I select 1 for broadband. Then a lady says being transferred. Then I get disconnected. I ended up getting my husband to call on his mobile and he got through.

@iiNet The only reason I knew there was an outage was because I used mobile data to check that page when the net went down. A bit of notice before it went down would have helped a great deal

@ronsondalby @iiNet True. I thought I had a solution to make the NCD light back up after a power glitch, but in this case I think it's the NBN service itself that's down. Powering the NBN DPUs in the pits from the NCDs was not a good idea.

@iiNet Thunderstorm went through at 935AM, no NBN service since then. Have tried everything I know how to try to get the FTTC NCD to talk to the network, no go.

@iiNet Hi The NBN has been down all day. Your phone support seems to be broken. It doesn't recognise my iPhones number keys
