@iiNet I just (at 10.38) received another call displaying the same “Private name Private number” as the previous calls. This time they hung up as soon as I replied. How bad does it have to get before a trace is put on? If I’m not talking to Tal, please refer to my previous message.

@iiNet This is also the second or third recent outage. As this has lasted over 24 hours and has now affected our income, we would like a reduction on our bill.

@iinet so 7 days (and many hours on phone) without internet after transferring from adsl to nbn..All because of misinformation from iiNet about a modem that I specifically asked about before I requested the transfer. 2 questions: how you going fix this? Why are you charging me?

@iiNet Yes, a tickets been about lodged about 10 days ago for no line sync, tech has been and gone on Tues, and we've done all the diagnosis on the new issue (line sync but wrong sync) on Thursday night.

@iiNet @brentdacre Same issue in Ferny Hills QLD. Out over 24 hours now. The issue is not resolved as your website seems to suggest. We are losing income now. Please assist.

To give you an idea of how well this weekend is going so far, the @iinet transact vdsl node is trying to sync me an adsl service. Probably won’t have a tech out before Wednesday at this rate.
