  @cneilb @iiNet I had a similar issue and switched to Aussie Broadband, who have been exceptional. Reported an issue with internet on Friday. They were here first thing this morning and had it fixed 🙌.

  @iiNet is there a service issue? I haven't received any notice from iinet but my internet is down for some reason.

  @iinet I have no problem with a direct debit. The T&G takes 2 weeks to process the invoice. But I will ask the T&G to process my bill before the 2 weeks in the future. I just wanted a 1 week work week extension.
