@belindasmilne @iiNet I’ve had it. I need internet access for work and I’ve used my own money for mobile data to make sure I could stay connected. Today’s no help run around was the last. I’ll be contacting Communications Ombudsman about this.

  • MMareeslatter Maree Slatter (@MMareeslatter) reported

@pauldutton1968 @iiNet iinet is a form of torture. We have access to only 120g with a dish, with very limited almost no service to make a call on our mobile phones, and every single time it rains the landline goes down and is out for at least a week. We are virtually uncontactable! Hideous.

  • pauldutton1968 👣 🌏 💫 Wiimpitja 🌳 🦅 🐾 (@pauldutton1968) reported

@belindasmilne @iiNet I’m sick of receiving the same response when clearly something is wrong otherwise why would we need to continually ring for assistance. Professional service should be able to work out a hands on response would need to occur.

  • belindasmilne Belindasmilne (@belindasmilne) reported

@MMareeslatter @pauldutton1968 @iiNet If the power goes out and NBN router goes down, your old phone won’t work either unless you have a battery back up. Best to have a mobile phone on standby for emergencies

.@iiNet’s Kris says: “It looks like the outage in the area has already been resolved.” What planet is he on? If getting two minutes’ connectivity before it drops out again, as it has been doing for three days now, is “resolved”, I’m a Xmas ham. Turn it up Kris & fix this please.

  • belindasmilne Belindasmilne (@belindasmilne) reported

@pauldutton1968 @iiNet I hear you. They ended up sending out two technicians before the problem was fixed. The first one could only fix “inside” problems so they had to get another one from Telstra The best part was them telling me I didn’t need to be home for the 2nd call out. Silly me believed them

Check out my Speedtest results! 0.7 Mbps down and 1.1 Mbps up. Another quality result from @iiNet

  • irreverentlaw Theirreverentlawyer (@irreverentlaw) reported

@iiNet And it continues. After poor service with NBN and internet now I try..after 7 days..to instal 'Fetch ' only to be told my service is not fully operational. You people really suck.

  • Gervo1865 L Gervasoni (@Gervo1865) reported

@iiNet Back on now but this is more than troubleshooting. I'd say wet spring in bad telstra pits and overly split copper. Up to 5 times a day drops out for 15 to 30 mins at a time and o switch to phone for work. No sign of getting better ... @NBN_Australia

  • JustClaireWood Claire Wood (@JustClaireWood) reported

@pauldutton1968 @belindasmilne @iiNet We need telstra, no option. We were on the NBN available list. I had to go away for a month leaving my husband, who has serious health issues alone. I decided to contact ombudsman & mentioned this during my final attempt to get connected. All connections done within a week.
