  • roslw ana france (@roslw) reported

@iiNet #iinet nbn slow and dropping out in #InnerWest Again. Boring. No path to simply log issue online. Is it the cheap and cheerful IiNet modem or is it IiNet? My contract’s up in a month. Thankfully.

  • VintageB3_122 Dr. Darren Heinrich (@VintageB3_122) reported

@iiNet your customer service is the worst. Poorly trained staff, who are very difficult to hear down the bad VOIP line your provide them with. Been with iinet for a decade but Im@now looking for another provider. So angry.

  • AusPetrolhead Gary Smith (@AusPetrolhead) reported from Morisset East, State of New South Wales

@iiNet The landlords gonna help sort it. It was all on accident though, he thought the internet cable was from the previous tenant of the flat I’m in. Mistakes happen. I dont think he knows you guys are my internet provider. I’ll let him knos when he’s here

  • ExiledVictorian Ryan (@ExiledVictorian) reported from Canberra, Australian Capital Territory
