How does a so called professional NBN provider have a support line for home customers not Business customers after hours? Bye 👋 @iiNet

  • ZeroArmour Allan Randall 알란 란달 (@ZeroArmour) reported

@iiNet Connection is down (again), should it be happening this often?

  • serbrech Stéphane Erbrech (@serbrech) reported

@iiNet I ordered a modem a week ago, with the highest NBN available. I picked up the modem and plugged it: No internet. Your support tells me it takes 24h to enable the NBN connection *from pick up date!!!* Why don’t you make that clear beforehand. Just lost a day of work!

  • redruby17 Dr Jos 🇦🇺🇫🇷🇱🇧 (@redruby17) reported

@spud01au @Telstra @iiNet The issue is the HFC connection- iiNet is just the unfortunate intermediary. I need to find an ISP that has a back up 4g. Optus is another option

  • ozjuliancox Julian Cox (@ozjuliancox) reported

@redruby17 @Telstra @iiNet I have Optus NBN with backup (it's been just fine), and I have generally had good service from Optus for many years. I tolerate Telstra at our farm, but their service has always been terrible.

  • esseeeayeenn Séan (Restes chez toi ou portes un masque putain!) (@esseeeayeenn) reported

@iinet SERIOUSLY WHICH PART OF “NEVER CONTACT ME BY SMS” HAVE YOU NOT BEEN ABLE TO UNDERSTAND FOR THE LAST 16 YEARS?

  • SMcscotch Scotchy McScotch (@SMcscotch) reported

@Telstra dealing with the impact of the COVID pandemic is still less of a PITA than trying to get something resembling customer service from you company. @Optus @iiNet surely you can do better.

  • JamesHumbers James Humberstone 🌈 (he/him) (@JamesHumbers) reported

@NBN_Australia Hi Amy, @iiNet tell me that they tried to contact their dedicated NBN technical support team last Thursday, Monday, and yesterday, & you guys haven’t responded once. Seems like now I have two companies pointing fingers at one another. 😡

  • colleenmenzies SLAVES TO SCHADENFREUDE CRIMINAL FASCIST ZIONISTS (@colleenmenzies) reported

@iiNet You are useless and a fraud. Said you would have internet up & running in 2/3 weeks 4 mths later Nothing! Cancelled our request & returned to your offices unopened Modem. Now you have the hide to send out ***** letters for Non payment of a Service we never Received ! POff

  • redruby17 Dr Jos 🇦🇺🇫🇷🇱🇧 (@redruby17) reported

Anyone have @Telstra nbn with the 4g backup- are you happy/unhappy? I need to find a solution for all of the outages and unfortunately @iinet don’t provide a 4g backup
