How’s this… @iiNet has cut my phone off (unable to make calls, send messages, use internet.) I use my wife’s phone to call them and ask what has happened… they tell me the ‘support team doesn’t work on the weekend’ so I’m phone-less till Monday @ 9am. In 2023. Madness.

@iiNet Not good enough that I should sit on the phone for one hour and fifty six minutes to get my call answered and then another 25 to get the issue sorted. @iinet has always had the best customer service - now it’s terrible. #dobetter #customerservice

Bro, I’ve been with @iiNet for 10 years with no issues, in the last month I’ve had insane latency issues and they just tell me “it’s beyond their control” to fix, well guess it’s time to swap providers.

This for real @iiNet ? Called at 4:30pm to talking to billing (west aus) told 18mins, after 45 no answer. Think something's wrong, so hang up and call back. Told 30mins, currently on 50 and counting. According to your website the billing should still be active until 7pm...

Nothing like waiting on urgent communication with an employer only for @iiNet and @WestnetAU webmail to go down for over 6 hours with nary a peep to even acknowledge it on their social media.

@iiNet Hey iiNet, 5G is down "connected without internet". Care to give the customers some information? (and it's not just me). Also, what is hosted email? I've just seen that you're ending "hosted email". How do I know if I'll be affected?
