Weeks of no #Internet connection. Even longer since complaint lodged with @iiNet . Weeks of @NBN_Australia and @iiNet pointing finger of blame at each other. Continually told report to be escalated. 20pages of #Iinet records documenting action/inaction/delaying. 10/1 - 16/2. 😡

@fimail70 @iiNet Sadly, no. 32+ hrs and no closer to a fix. My business is bleeding. Tech = lovely but no clue RE cause/fix. Blamed modem - 99.9% sure it's not that (their internal TransACT team confirmed it's visible on WAN + has sync/IP allocated). My modem shows the same (no issue). 1 of 2

@iiNet nah... I doubt its a bug... I assume its just how your system is set up to work. I just think it's **** that you don't show your customers up to date data when you clearly have access to it.

  • Ian_Dawes Ian Dawes (@Ian_Dawes) reported

@iinet Our NBN is running very slow. We are getting 2 to 4 Mbps instead of 50 Mbps. NBN Co aren’t showing an outage. We are at Newcastle West. Do you know what is happening? #iinet

@iiNet our VDSL is down in Canberra. Can you please tell me if there is a known fault? Your phone line has an almost hour long wait.

  • minimalist_ic mininalist_ic_living (@minimalist_ic) reported

@NBN_Australia I am still waiting for a solution. Still stuck in the ping pong match between @NBN_Australia and @iiNet #nbn #InternetShutDown

  • IAmChrisConte IAmChrisConte (@IAmChrisConte) reported

hey @iiNet just got an email saying my mobile plan has used 100% of this months data but if I look at the customer portal its only at 65% usage... if you have the data why are you hiding it from me?

  • eithne52 eithne (@eithne52) reported

@iiNet Oh and btw, when asked for a new modem with 4G back up default if NBN line drops out, we were told 'No' ! Apparently only available to new customers. Apparently not available to us, (20year customers) whose internet connection inexplicably down. A ready solution n/a.

  • eithne52 eithne (@eithne52) reported

@iiNet Ahh finally after way too many weeks (5), not the turnaround standard anyone could be expected to endure I've no doubt. Waiting on landline reconnection still though, gah! Oh, spoke to soon, too good to be true!! Internet down AGAIN! Is there really no one there able to fix this?

  • flashmanthecat flashmanthecat (@flashmanthecat) reported

@iiNet If my account is paid by direct debit (and I have not missed a payment in twelve or more years) I really do not know why you morons have to send me a text message every time you issue an invoice. What is the point????
