    @NBN_Australia and @iiNet are now creating safety issues in the Macedon Ranges by cancelling appointments and not rescheduling them. Please assist @LMChesters - internet has been out since 11 June. Small business suffering.

    @iiNet The riddle of iiNet - be a loyal pay on time customer for 10 years, somehow the data bill (not phone calls) go through the roof and we disconnect your phone. How do you now call iiNet to resolve issue? Any solutions please forward to brains @ iiNet! #iinet #giveusideas

    @iiNet just been hung up a manager. Been chasing a resolution to no internet on a new provision account. Very poor disappoint customer service. Had four calls with your company over two days and no one can help me.

    @JulianBurnside What's Telstra? Just kidding. @iiNet for me, after their horribly frustrating customer service slump after being gobbled up by TPG, they've come good again. The tightwads at TPG realised their penny pinching ways were damaging the brand perhaps?
