    @iiNet This post was much more about accountability, NBN and iiNet both have a history with clearly ignoring issues and refusing to provide clear communication. I wanted to highlight that systems used by both @NBN_Australia and @iiNet seem fundamentally broken.

    @iiNet hey, we are on our third day of no internet during Sydney lockdown. Having an absolute fabulous time getting bounced around, lied to and hung up on by your agents in Manila & STH Africa. Any way you could provide some actual support so I don’t lose my job? #lockdownsydney

    Anyone having problems with @iiNet right now – switch over to Google’s DNS servers temporarily. Solves the issue.
