    @unicamster @iiNet I only wait on hold for around 3 - 4 minutes, plus the length of time it takes me to fill in the relevant ombudsman service's webform. If the bank / telco / insurer / etc can't answer the phone before I hit send, we deal with it through that process.

    @iiNet I requested to change plans and now my internet is down. Why would that be the way to change plans and if not, how do we fix this?

    Upgraded to 5G as recommended by @iiNet and have been down most of the night. Never had this issue with the NBN and have been on hold forever trying to resolve. No issues in the area according to their site - epic fail for a telco!!!

    @iiNet … can you please tell me when your Hosted Exchange will be fixed? I have been subscribing to you Service since 2013, and this completely botched upgrade and it’s impacts are appalling! When will it be fixed? Why shouldn’t I go elsewhere for my service? #iinet #broken
