Customer service @iiNet up to its usual low standard. Pd invoice on CCard so they send separate invoice for .72c as CC fee after invoice paid. Why are they only corporate not calculating invoice at payment. Will they charge a fee again for CC payment of the SEVENTY TWO CENTS?

@hedgeddown @iiNet @slpng_giants_oz I’m sure the rush of febriles rushing to cancel their subscriptions because iiNet advertises on media publishing opinions you disagree with must be just about killing the business

  • Aerohaveno Tim Richards (@Aerohaveno) reported

Credit where due - just received excellent service from @iiNet, who upgraded my speed to 100 Mbps while I download a huge amount of backed-up files to my new laptop. and the tech person was in South Africa, so we had a nice chat about Cape Town. :)

@AEBayley @iiNet I tried to help my sister sort out problems with iinet. It was an absolute nightmare. Solution: Signed her up with Mate Communicate. She's not had a problem since. Give them a ring & you'll be able to judge from one phone call their approach to customer service. Best wishes.

@MikeCullen73 @iiNet @NBN_Australia Get around to LucyMcCormack’s office and bombard her with the problem.

  • DrTheaVanags Dr Thea Vanags (Dr T) (@DrTheaVanags) reported

Hey @iiNet way won’t you fix my email problem? 9 calls in 4 days and yesterday I tried to register a complaint about the service only to be told I can’t register a complaint. Why is that @iinet? Do I really need to go to the ombudsman?

  • pfbt Marquis d'Killara (@pfbt) reported

Thanks NBN, @TurnbullMalcolm, Optus, Telstra for the absolutely crap internet. Non-existent at night. (Meanwhile neither @NBN_Australia nor @iinet have got the satellite working (but it's a crap option anyway) – sad that that's the laughable excuse for NBN.

  • TheyreGunnaPod They're Gunna Kill Us (@TheyreGunnaPod) reported

@Telstra , @iiNet and @NBN_Australia can't seem to sort our internet. They're aware we also have almost no phone signal but apparently that creates no sense of urgency. 3 weeks from now, they reckon, which will be 6 weeks of bullshit all up. That's if it happens, which I doubt.

@MikeCullen73 @iiNet @NBN_Australia Unmarked white van probably doing fibre splicing in 43deg.. pity the poor tech

Hi @iiNet, my Westnet email account is not working. I have tried to log in but it says incorrect details and I'm not prepared to put my credit card or bank details into your website so I can receive an email with this info. Please advise what I can do.
