Dissapointed - after 14 yrs with iiNet @iiNet their system messed up & put our account as "moving house" (which we r not) & disconnected us - with our work being online - this has had significant impact - "2 to 3 days to fix" REALLY!!??....& barely a sorry. #iinet #badservice

@iiNet you have a few buggered servers or something with traffic leaving the country they are so incredibly slow that I have to use a VPN to avoid them please look into this

@iiNet @NBN_Australia it seems your internet connectivity is getting worse and worse. We pay decent amount for our internet. Why does the internet drop out so much as to when we were on broadband we didn’t have this problem? Please fix.

@iiNet So after logging a fault and being offline the second day also other houses in my area are still offline since the outage. A tech should be coming on monday....5 days offline!! What is the point of paying for business grade and support???

@iiNet The only reason I knew there was an outage was because I used mobile data to check that page when the net went down. A bit of notice before it went down would have helped a great deal
