    @iiNet Worst company I have ever dealt with. I’ve tried to update my phone number for 3 weeks before the bill came out. Log in requires a phone number and 2FA. I’ve never seen such incompetence from a department entitled “Technical Support”. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

    As usual @iinet and @nbn having their monthly ‘no Internet for a day’ period. No reason provided. As a customer you pay daily for service and they never credit your daily loss. Big companies can do what they want with impunity.

    @DodoAustralia’s emails nag it’s time to activate your SIM, when it hasn’t ******* sent them. Worse, I am told its mobile people don’t work on a weekend. So far, its service is no better than the idiots @iinet I want to replace. @DodoAustralia is now dead forever to me.

    @iiNet how do I contact you when I’m outside of the country? I have a problem with the Internet at my house in Perth and my family can’t get through to your and they need my invoice, which can’t access to due to no sms.
