    @iinet again another full day without internet. You pay them monthly but when the system goes down @iinet just takes your money and laughs in your face.

    @iiNet just canceled my ozemail account after nearly 30 years. That’s how dreadful your service has become, how empty your promises to fix things are, and howπŸ’© your company is. Bought a 500GB SIM from Optus, immediate 40Mbps stable connection compared to your unstable 1.5Mbps

    @iiNet you extended my billing period, is the system going to auto bill me today or ? Otherwise how am I going to pay since you STILL send text to the wrong number when I try to login to toolbox. Sheesh.. I called and waited on hold twice already over this

    @iiNet I CANNOT MAKE CALLS, SEND EMAILS OR USE THE INTERNET BECAUSE YOU CUT ME OFF A DAY EARLY. I NEED THE INTERNET TO BE ABLE TO ARRANGE FOOD TO KEEP EATING!!!! I ONLY HAVE A COUPLE OF HUMDRED DOLLARS FOR TBE NEXT QEEK THOUGH BUT NEED TO BE ABLE TO ARRANGE FOOD! PLS FIX
