@TubbsJTattsyrup @Mezanong @iiNet Someone in the industry had a few things to say to me about iinet and their current level of customer service. They ain’t any good now a days. They even suggested another isp by name who provides better customer service.

@iiNet Hi, we're having connection issues this evening in 2903. Some sites load, others don't. All load when using 4G. Any ideas? Have restarted router etc. Thank you.

@miriamcosic @iiNet Biggest drawback is tech support. I've needed it much more rarely than when I was on iiNet, but it's a 'submit an online form & someone calls you back system' I think. Fwiw, issues have been easily resolved.

@brad_00 @iiNet Yep got a BS message from iiNet and then got an email about some order I never placed and then when i ring the number on the email - they can't explain anything. Has iiNet become Australia's worst telecommunications Co?? #iinet @iiNet
