.@iiNet your cust service is woeful, Good Friday, a day B4 I move you tell me I need a tech to get my net set up, a week after being told just take your old modem and plug it in. Now I get a 2 week discount and a fob off. You’ll be cancelled the day after I get another supplier

@iiNet Likewise I have removed your SIM card from my phone so no point keeping that active either. Please send a final statement/invoice to reflect this situation. If you can organise that you may prevent an ombudsman complaint. I doubt very much you could convince me to use iiNet again

@DemonicDragon Same one...no resolution. Only some SMS saying it will be checked by the 6th so that’s tomorrow. Not fixed mind you...but checked. And the best part is @iiNet don’t give 2 ***** but if it were one of their execs you just know this would have been fixed already.

@iiNet it seems like there might be an undetected outage in the Caringbah area. Just got through a power cycle of our router and reset it. Still no internet connection despite a perfectly fine wifi signal.

@iiNet Thanks Waheeb, I can’t do that as the only Ethernet connection I have is over the Xbox. This issues has been happening since I was connected over a month and very rarely (if ever) have got the speed I pay for.
