    @iiNet is there an outage in the 4128 Shailer Park area? Unable to access broadband and no outage showing on your site. Reset the modem twice and so just asking?

    @iiNet Not good enough that I should sit on the phone for one hour and fifty six minutes to get my call answered and then another 25 to get the issue sorted. @iinet has always had the best customer service - now it’s terrible. #dobetter #customerservice

    How crap are @iiNet .. cancel the grapevine mail service .. no notifications or advice this is happening .. no support to customers .. had this email for 18 years so you can imagine work involved updating new email .. do IiNet care .. nope don’t return calls emails online forms
