Four @NBN_Australia outage texts in the previous 30 days and I anticipate another today. This seems really excessive. I appreciate @iiNet receiving my complaints and going through the motions but I'm tried of this dance. Anyone else have this much drama with NBN?

  • suzannelolsenau Suzanne Olsen (@suzannelolsenau) reported

Toolbox has been down since yesterday. That is both the support app and on the website. @iiNet you need to get these fixed asap because people will get narky at you. #itisonyourend

  • Retromonkey8 RetroMonkey (@Retromonkey8) reported

@iiNet "your call may be recorded for quality and training purposes" no thanks. "Ok bye" You aren't going to mention why you won't cancel my service... you just keep baiting. Second to poor reliability your customer service is where I find you lack the most.

Guys, my internet is back in service again. Thanks to the team at @iiNet who got in touch with me by phone to resolve the issue. Great service provider...👍 I will be back with @acmilan updates later, need to catch up with few things first.

  • Ravi93416423 Ravi (@Ravi93416423) reported

@iiNet your customer acquisition team for NBN is bullying me with choppy internet after I deferred their request to pay for NBN now, I am moving my service to another service provider, if this is how you sell things to customers, I will make sure you will be penalised for this

  • TrippeeTaakah Derrick (@TrippeeTaakah) reported

@iinet Again you have sent me an SMS to tell me you’ve sent me an EMAIL for an AutoDebit invoice. What is wrong with @iinet customer service ethic ? Why do you #fail to provide an #optout ? on this patronising/controlling/redundant noise to my phone!!?

  • ACMilanSydney The AC Milan-Godfather (@ACMilanSydney) reported

I was going to give you updates during the game, but my #NBN internet is down. Maintenance work must be on? @iiNet as it stopped working at 7.00am. Watched the game on my phone so couldn’t give updates, laptop and iPad out of actions. @Optus also doing local antennas upgrade. 😞

@iiNet is iiNet down in Manly 2095 ?

  • SMcscotch Scotchy McScotch (@SMcscotch) reported

@Telstra dealing with the impact of the COVID pandemic is still less of a PITA than trying to get something resembling customer service from you company. @Optus @iiNet surely you can do better.

  • k_mckenzie5 Kristen McKenzie (@k_mckenzie5) reported

@iiNet I’ve messaged, I’ve called.... All iiNet does is pretty much tell me it’s the NBN’s fault. I’ve paid over $400 in upfront fees for a service that I have no idea when I’ll get to access. So in the interim, what will iinet due to ensure I have internet?
