    @iiNet This post was much more about accountability, NBN and iiNet both have a history with clearly ignoring issues and refusing to provide clear communication. I wanted to highlight that systems used by both @NBN_Australia and @iiNet seem fundamentally broken.

    In the last week or so I found out that in February @iinet had selected me to bump our plan to a Superfast (200Mbs+) at the same rate as our current plan… Unfortunately the email to tell me never arrived… only the one to tell me it would soon end. #hooked #thatshowtheygetya

    @iiNet glad you cannot answer when yre asked to pay $5 'fully refundable' to get yr access fixed because i was going to tell Pearl whoever to go **** themselves so hard
