@iiNet You know what really cringes my hinges? You’re service drops out constantly and you’re website asks every time I click to verify and then logs me out after the third verify for inactivity! For a tech company, ya suck at tech.

@iiNet I have been hanging on the support line all week. I have a ticket and everything. No need to add to the Chinese Whispers effect. But NOT A SINGLE ONE of the support people told me that I was calling the wrong number for Business Support, nor did they tell me what that number was.

@iiNet is no one manning the support email address. I’ve sent countless emails and gotten nothing back. At this point I won’t be paying a cent anymore. Maybe put more staff to support than sales.

@NBN_Australia Thanks for that info NBN! @iiNet why are you not participating? So I have to choose to change service providers because you want your customers to just suffer?

When your being forced to change service providers on the @NBN_Australia network to be eligible to upgrade to FTTP because @iiNet don’t want to participate in offering their customers that option What ********?!

@iiNet has to be the shitest ISP I have ever used. They cancelled our contract 2 days ahead of time leaving us without internet. If they did this for a big business they would be sued! No dramas contacting their support to tell them and we get a passive aggressive **** you
