Steve (@SCharkies) reported@Paney89 @iiNet @Telstra For what it’s worth I wouldn’t touch Telstra with a 30 foot pole. Absolutely hopeless customer service, repeatedly. I’ve found Vodafone to be much better. Good luck though 🤞

I am delighted to be able to say that I have already had a call from Michael (iiNet) in the Philippines who has patiently worked on our speed problem and it seems rectified for now.

Damien White (@DamienWhite72) reported@iiNet I understand that your power providers perform planned maintenance that affects your ability to provide services. But why you can’t provide advance notice? Today is 2nd unexpected many hour outage blamed on planned power outage. Not good enough.
