@nicktrav @iiNet @TPG_Telecom Yeah, I assume emails are possible to restore but their IT support didn't know how to do it. This is honestly the problem of mergers and aggressive cost controlling - it produced scenarios where no-one at the customer-facing level can actually solve non-routine problems.

@iiNet it’s that time again ... your internet service is 👎🏽

@TPG_Telecom @iiNet @Aussie_BB C'mon guys! Southbank 3006, VIC on FTTB.... What do I gotta do to get 1GB speed plans! SOMEONE help the 20 dozen+ apartment buildings here to get on better speeds!

  • rodenv roden vuong (@rodenv) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@iiNet incredibly disappointed and frustrated with your customer service. I have called since Monday to try and resolve a problem to no success.

  • plainte jeremy andrews (@plainte) reported

@iiNet I just (at 10.38) received another call displaying the same “Private name Private number” as the previous calls. This time they hung up as soon as I replied. How bad does it have to get before a trace is put on? If I’m not talking to Tal, please refer to my previous message.

@iiNet How does a long time loyal customer take advantage of the “great price” rather than getting shafted and paying 15 dollars more per month than the new customers??

  • coljac Colin Jacobs (@coljac) reported

@AlisterAir @iiNet Yep 16 grand in Brunswick East. They've turned off the ability to get a quote for doing all the neighbours at the same time. It's ludicrous. If the HFC is unstable I'll actually look at using 5G for crucial stuff. Exactly as Telstra foresaw 10 years ago during the NBN wars.

  • ninalo Nina Luda (@ninalo) reported

@iiNet Good evening. I have been without connection for over three hours. I have checked and there is an unplanned incident with NBN in my area. What I do not understand is that my neighbour two doors down has not lost her connection. I do realise I have to wait on NBN to fix.
