@iiNet @TelcoOmbudsman @whirlpoolnetau SMALL BUSINESSES, FIND ANOTHER MOBILE TELCO TO AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH #iiNET. Even when it knows a complaining customer has a problem it needs to solve, it is completely inert in its response, making them want to find another supplier.

Hey @iinet. Maybe if your staff spent more time actually dealing with my problem and less trying to up-sell me an unrelated mobile phone plan then it might be possible to order a modem upgrade in less than 50 minutes and by talking to less than 4 different staff members.

@angry_eyebrow @iiNet I got tired of my nbn nonsense not working in my small town plus too expensive. I now just hotspot off my phone and still have data left over. I don’t do games but watch on demand tv and movies this way

@iiNet @TelcoOmbudsman @whirlpoolnetau Only #iiNET CAN DISAPPOINT LIKE IT DOES. SMALL BUSINESSES, FIND ANOTHER MOBILE TELCO AND AVOID THE PAIN OF DOING BUSINESS WITH #iiNET. Its system and its value for money remain broken, no matter how or how many times I complain.

@iiNet IiNet take way too long to solve issues their problems are never theirs they are their computer systems …. Funny how these people have lost the ability to over ride or control their own systems but that’s how it is … best to look elsewhere

My 2023 goes is to be rid of my crappy @iiNet service and their clunky, useless toolbox system and cumbersome payment process. Bigger and Better (and easier).
