@iiNet re:354120270 I sent a response (9 Feb 21) to the email your customer service rep sent and I am still waiting for an answer.

  • weezmgk Comrade Weez (@weezmgk) reported

@iiNet All blue lights on the NBN NCD. When the service has disconnected, the LAN LED on the NCD remains lighted constantly instead of flickering with data traffic (as you'd expect). I no longer have a connection history page in iiNet toolbox as I did with ADSL. Hard to tell how often..

  • welshbird77 Sara Davies (@welshbird77) reported

@iiNet you emailed me to say you were not taking my money as I have no service you took my money and now you can’t give me a refund only a credit !! I want my money back

  • LloydBraun17 Lloyd Braun (@LloydBraun17) reported

@iiNet Will do - although given the interactions with your sales and NBN provisioning team I expect a similar dismal result. My only recourse is a TIO complaint which has already been lodged

@iiNet hi we got a text before saying a outage might be effecting our area. Just wondering if you know when this will be sorted and our Internet will be up and running again?

  • xXACCEXx acce (@xXACCEXx) reported

@iiNet be like, 'Ok I'll escalate this new ticket to our senior support team.' Bruh why? This is literally the same issue i raised 2 weeks ago, i was calling to give you an update on the situation. 'but it's different' We started from the ticket on my account... It the same

  • weezmgk Comrade Weez (@weezmgk) reported

@iinet We are having problems with frequent intermittent internet disconnections. Service is FTTC. Seems to reconnect on its own but I have cycled power on the router to see if that stops the problem. When connection is lost, the 'INTERNET' LED on the router/modem goes off.

  • todescli Lisa Todesco (@todescli) reported

@iiNet Yes. I then select 2 for technical support. Next I select 1 for broadband. Then a lady says being transferred. Then I get disconnected. I ended up getting my husband to call on his mobile and he got through.
