    @iiNet And it gets worse @iiNet I am sick of this lousy customer service. Your staffer didnt even care if I left iinet after 14 years. I’d say that’s a serious issue in customer service from iinet.

    @iiNet Interesting point @iiNet When I asked for a call back/help last night. You were quicker then V1 rocket to help me. Right now I’m watching grass grow. Slow and tedious process but still interesting.

    @iiNet Soooo @iiNet You have disconnected me just NOW!! Even after I got my call back last night from a female iinet staff. We spoke and in brief I had nothing to worry about. This is BS customer service. Please rectify.

    Customer with #iiNet for over 12 years. Recently Upgraded to the highest NBN plan and was over charged. The first residual bill is $1.49. They ‘lost’ my auto payment details and leapt to threatening disconnection emails in two days. Great customer business practice.
