@Spawnlol @iiNet They're waiting for their service to stop dropping out before they can work out the issue with you, just give it another 5 years

Jez Heywood (@jezheywood) reported
@TheyreGunnaPod @iiNet Years ago, I tried to get internet through @iiNet. They just did absolutely nothing. Even had customer service hang up on me when I called up after over a month of waiting to find out what was going on.

@jezheywood @iiNet Right, so @iinet's systems and their culture have been putrid for years, but it's making to much money. They're not only not changing, they're training people to waste customer's money, time and good health. Scum. Dogs. And yes, rats.

Sorry guys, stream is cancelled for tonight. Internet connection went down hard, and between @iiNet and @NBN_Australia it can't be fixed tonight.

@Guts_and_Gore @iiNet Yes, it’s been rather frustrating. The no phone thing is a big problem

@iiNet Liz, you seem like a nice person so I don't want you to feel bad. I appreciate you trying to tackle PR for your employer, but my outrage stems from the fact that capitalism rewards selfish practices that screws others over. It's not just an iiNet issue.

They're Gunna Kill Us (@TheyreGunnaPod) reported
@SamGriLaLaLa @iiNet Yep, it's built-in. @iinet have decided it's cheaper to just drive insane anyone who has a problem that requires any amount of work. Their call takers are pure animals.

@Spawnlol @iiNet Sorry, should say, this is the ombudsman, they will help if IInet do not resole things.

@BDM18 @iiNet This was a long outage. It's usually pretty good

@iiNet I just want a world where I can choose between 4-6 companies based on customer service, speeds, and prices. In my reality, my area has 2 affordable-ish choices with poor customer service and frequent downage issues, and no alternative I've been made aware of.
