    @iiNet Your customers deserve better clarity, I appreciate that the weather locally was extreme, but why this long to post this message with no insight or information Has our data been compromised? Is it an issue with hardware? Do you appreciate the scale of the issue? If not when?

    @roger_groom @iiNet I left iiNet years ago because of their incompetency and terrible customer service. I don't know any close friends that use their service at all now.

    @mivoicetoo @iiNet Called iinet tech support just a message about an issue in West Australia and their techs cant fix it See also to cheap to pay techs over the xmas break @iinet Want a refund of the down time

    @kidsglasses @iiNet Seriously swap to Aussie! iiNet is nothing what they used to be! Have a referral code but don’t even care if you don’t want it… want better internet, go Aussie. Better customer service too
