    @GrogsGamut @iiNet Can confirm similar problem in transferring my NBN service within same apartment complex. Had to create a new service and pay in advance. Absolutely poor customer service at @iiNet !

    @GrogsGamut @iiNet I switched to ABB a while ago, so much nicer. I was an Internode customer but the borgification was not kind to them..

    @swearyanthony @GrogsGamut @iiNet I second (third?) this recommendation. I dumped iiNet when they repeatedly wouldn't get my overcharged bill fixed, and have never looked back.

    @GrogsGamut @iiNet Left them some years ago. Could never guarantee a decent connection or speed. Now with Aussie BB. Never regretted the decision. Speeds exactly as advertised.
