@iiNet I've spend over 3 hours over 2 months trying to fix a voicemail issue and it's still not resolved. Your service used to be fantastic. What is going on and how do I contact someone who can actually fix it?

Well my internet is in a bad state. Large amounts of packet loss and very low throughput. Clearly an upstream issue from debugging but all @iiNet wanted to do is ask for some trace routes because “NBN needs us to prove it is their fault”. 😒

@iiNet Hi there - our internet is down in inner south Canberra (since this morning). Is there an outage? Making working from home for lockdown very difficult/impossible.

@iiNet @NBN_Australia Apparently it’s my responsibility to ensure you both talk to each other about my ‘ticket’ regarding no service when it’s windy. IiNet can you please talk to nbn, because apparently it’s up to me now to ensure you both communicate. What. A. Joke.

@twistieman @iiNet We had internet trouble for months, including lower speeds and total dropouts, the last few weeks it was daily. Called our ISP like ten times about the issue. They kept saying it was an NBN problem and arranging for an NBN tech to come out. Eight times an NBN tech failed to show.

@iiNet It’s been like this for many months if not years. Thankfully I have my mobile data plan but I used up all 80gb and it renews tomorrow. And the router has always shown a green connection, never failing.

@iiNet absolutely appalling hrs spent talking to different people asking the same question. Ordered a modem since u claim that's the issue and the order wasn't even processed. Absolutely the worst

@iiNet I understand that, but I'm still getting spam from stuff I reported over a fortnight ago. If there was a way to simply block email addresses from the webmail dashboard, it would solve a lot of problems.

@iiNet No Internet at 2615 for over an hour now. NBN says no issues. Teacher trying to teach from home. Please investigate.
