Well, if it was me, I'd use this @TPG_Telecom @iiNet outage as a 'back door reform' - a cost-saving opportunity to expunge all the old ozemail/iinet customers and consolidate to TPG - but that's just me.

  • YvonDavis Yvon Davis (@YvonDavis) reported

@iiNet email not working, no new promised set top box and rang over 6 times by one of your salespeople to put me on a dearer plan - she rang at least 6 times, even when I told her that I couldn't afford that particular upgrade! Just fix my email for starters! @iiNet #nothappyjan

  • agegan Tony Egan (@agegan) reported

@MikeCarlton01 Well "Australia's best..." should have real time monitoring, emergency diesel backup generators, large portable aircons units, state of the art crisis mgmt plans etc etc. Not to mention some basic customer communications. Where's the CEO and exec team? In Hawaii? :-) @iiNet

  • officialphilk Phil (@officialphilk) reported

@ralphytown @acmadotgov @iiNet Something's happened they don't want to admit and it's taking longer to fix than they expected. That's the only conclusion.

  • jrgibson1 😷 (@jrgibson1) reported

@iinet no longer offers a callback service.

  • DrCaronDann Caron Eastgate Dann (@DrCaronDann) reported

@iiNet Why is it that telecom companies have the worst comms? @iinet, you need to keep customers updated hourly in an outage, not once in two days. Comms now happens 24/7, and your customers rely on it. That’s why they pay you.

@iiNet Come on guys I can't work like this, 4 days now no emails for my business, this is not good enough! My stress level caused by you has triggered my already compromised health - FIX IT NOW!!!!!

  • justinkdavies Justin K Davies (@justinkdavies) reported

@iiNet cannot get through on call centre. Disconnects after 1 minute 40 seconds. Need assistance for new connection in willeton- no connection since 24 December. Please help

  • quendaqueen Lyn (@quendaqueen) reported

@PetraAu @Boendy1 @iiNet They've had power issues, beyond their control. There is going to be an enquiry as to why so many power users have been off the grid for days.

  • kris_bern Kris Bern (@kris_bern) reported

@iiNet Email was down from Dec 25th, with no mail going out or coming in. Only restarted sporadically late today Dec 28th! Why weren't SMS's or other notifications sent so we knew we weren't going to be able to send or receive? It was very frustrating not knowing.
