Great @iinet. I wait for an hour for a callback. I speak to an operator. When I check the confirmation SMS I get no response from the operator. Pushed back Q. This was followed by an automated hang-up. Now waiting another 1 hour for another callback. Useless.

@iiNet Hi iiNet any chance I’ll be getting a replacement modem this year ? Thanks for sending me out a faulty second hand one but that’s really not much help. Wish your customer service folk were as efficient as your billing team #hopeless
