  • TonkaPome Neil Gardiner (@TonkaPome) reported

@iiNet Can you please get someone from Australia to call me, not the Philippines. I don't understand a word they say and the call quality is terrible and keeps dropping out and if I don't answer their call they close the ticket.

  • Zimboy_Rob Zimboy (@Zimboy_Rob) reported

@iiNet I just changed my nbn over to you guys. I've hooked up new modem and have internet access. Do I need to cancel my service with old provider or was that done automatically?

  • DanInADL 💬 Based on your likes… (@DanInADL) reported

I’m moving house in a couple of weeks. @iinet know this because they are transferring my service from to my new address on that particular day. So they have posted some new equipment out to me. Do you think they have sent it to my current address or the house nobody lives at?

  • DanielCasey_CBR Daniel Casey (he/him/his) (@DanielCasey_CBR) reported

So @iinet just sent me a bill for a month in advance - even though THEY are terminating the service on ME in 6 days time!

  • lawyer_shipping The Shipping Lawyer (@lawyer_shipping) reported

@iiNet Thanks for not providing any internet for 5+ months, but double dipping on both the nbn broadband (not yet connected) and the mobile wireless broadband (never worked) to the tune of $375. Maybe sort out your story internally before calling me and telling me they can't help?

  • Abdullah_Osman Mr Munchies (@Abdullah_Osman) reported

@iiNet any NBN issues in Maryborough QLD? Business internet and phone down since 10 AM.

  • Johnybhoy Johnybhoy (@Johnybhoy) reported

Expensive plan. Eventually, after 16 years as a loyal customer I moved to another internet provider. Their reaction? A shrug of the shoulders. Pathetic. @iiNet - you should be ashamed.

  • luisvsm Luis Van Slageren (@luisvsm) reported

@swordsnarrative @iiNet Upload speeds are so hit and miss too, I have 100/40 and it works out to anywhere between 20-35mbit. ISP says it's NBN's problem and NBN says there's nothing wrong

  • xoreye Cwowl. (@xoreye) reported

@iiNet service is down, can't even log into your website using phone wifi. Any explanation? Please don't respond with "we're happy to look further into Yada Yada what's your account?" Simple answer here please.
