@iiNet this section of your email signature means little when you’ve caused my phone to stop working. “If your issue can't wait, please call our Support Team on 13 22 58 or our Sales Team on 13 19 17 and we'll be happy to help.” I’ve sent 3 or 4 emails now to no response.

@iiNet Jolly good, so the solution is to sit and wait until someone at @iinet can be bothered to pick up the phone. In the meantime who knows if they are doing anything. Experience suggests they aren't. Damn, why didn't I think of that?

@iiNet Really? I’m waiting for a call from a senior manager in your customer relations team? But I’ve been told I have to wait until late Monday afternoon to see whether he bothers to call or not?

@iiNet That's not been my experience by any stretch, as you can probably see from my earlier tweets. Although I'm not surprised thaf anyone of any seniority, or even anyone in country, is willing to pick up the phone and talk to a customer. Mind you, you have my money so why would you?

That she should get her supervisor which she didn't... so then I advised her if she cannot respect my wish and the law that she should terminate the phone call and seek further training from her supervisor. What an absolute **** show @iiNet is.

So @iiNet refuses to read me emails or hear me out. You refuse to credit my account, you continue to call me ok the phone and fail to even come close to an acceptable standard of customer service. 3 days ago I asked for all correspondence to be conducted over email.

I think my router is dying. I'm getting disconnected constantly, but the @iiNet status page indicates no issues. It's been happening for a while, but it's getting worse, I've been disconnected 4 times in the last hour now
