@iiNet Have spoken with Ramzes in Cape Town office. Promised to fix our provisioning and fall back We’d. No word yet. Have paid $300. Just need service turned on. #344947889. Can’t get through on 132258. Thanks

@iiNet Thanks again... though the dropouts are back again. Have turned off connection box and modem for at least 60s... checked to see if it is a signal issue by staying close to the modem. No luck.

@iiNet I was on hold for 2 hours yesterday, then was told they would ring me back and they never did. Unable to engage with university and work, this is ridiculous at this time...need help please.

@iiNet The interaction with iinet staff was fine, no complaints at all. NBN technician comes out Monday morning. That will play havoc with online schooling and me working from home. Hopefully this recurring problem will be fixed on nbn tech visit #3.
