    @iiNet NBNPhone not working 84yo mother has a mobile luckily so called me - noted my iinet mobile did not receive calls from iinet nbnphone, but account shows charged for calls made this evening -when i call my mum goes str8 to nbn voicemail. on hold for past with iinet

    @iiNet IiNet have not been able to resolve an issue with my email in over 14 weeks they keep promising too but to no avail! Numerous case managers and I have been with them since their inception more than 30 years! Still can’t resolve they are now rubbish so I recommend avoid them!

    Hi @iiNet - our router apparently has 4G backup, however it has never kicked in when the NBN drops out (a few times a week). What am I doing wrong?

    @iiNet the hosted exchange server you switched to is crap. Half my emails won’t download or they take several minutes per email when accessing via mobile. This isn’t what I pay for 😡

    @iiNet iiNet deleting half my emails of which was valuable info to me they now tell me my Quota is still full! They keep saying a Senior Manager will call me but nah after 15 weeks of BS they still have ignored the problems which they have caused I am now going to the Ombudsman re TM

    @iiNet @Liaxox the outage is for more than 11 hours... this has happened twice in the same area and with over 11 hours outage... i am now definitely going to look for another isp

    @iiNet Had an NBN outage yesterday, received an email this morning to let me know what the service is back, however it's still down (now 24 hours). Can someone help with this please?
