My frustration with Australian internet companies 2.0. So joined IInet. Didn’t think it possible to have worse customer service. But yes it is. Having lived in the U.S. the difference is stark. Promise of calls back not followed through. Terrible. @iiNet

@iiNet Loving the support. The 2 tickets that were created were both closed and no one told me. Are all your solutions solved this way? How far off the ground is the rug you sweep **** under?

@iiNet Still waiting. So basically I’ve been lied to that I would receive a call. Again another waste of time. I’m now on hold waiting. I’d this how you treat a customer who has been with you for around 15 years?

@iiNet doesn’t care about the customer or rectifying their errors all they do is keep charging you for their errors and don’t refund!!

@iiNet Well let’s see. After numerous issues, yet again I’m heading into a weekend with no net. A loyal customer. But I’m over it. Honestly it’s gone beyond a joke. Another Friday night ruined having to sit on a phone talking with support who can’t do anything. Furious.

@PetraAu @iiNet Using Google Drive to send and receive mail won't stop your problem because it still resides on IInet servers. The 1MB limit is ridiculously tiny. Suggest you bite the bullet and move to a Gmail or Hotmail address. Then you aren't tied into you internet provider for email.

@NBN_Australia @iiNet had your service installed this week. Trying to work tonight and service keeps dropping out around every 15 minutes. Customer services tells me no issues, reality rubbish service. Please sort out and upgrade my cabling.

@iiNet Why? What’s the point. I’m still awaiting a call back that I was tons would be in a half hour. This is unacceptable. I have been a customer for over a decade.
