    @iinet Is there any reason why my connection has been constantly dropping out for the past 30mins? I am trying to work and this is causing problems.

    I don't do much consumer advice here, but anyone using @iiNet or @WestnetAU (same company) for mobile service, don't bother. I'm still not connected three weeks after requesting a SIM card. Help line is no help. Promises broken. Indifferent. Wasted no time in taking my money.

    Since returning to Australia a month ago, I have applied for a dozen jobs. But @iiNet have been unable to replace my lost SIM card, those those employers do not have the right phone number. Not a techical issue, but administration. Their overseas call centres are no help.
