    @iiNet @whirlpoolnetau Small businesses AVOID #iiNet. Seems customer service, and therefore customer experience (CX) is dead. Despite its invitation to DM here, it shows no inclination to fix its DISHONEST double-dipping on my credit card.

    How incompetent is @iiNet customer service? Employee number one transfers me to wrong department, wrong department transfers me to another wrong department, 35 minutes later, waiting on third time is the charm. Big FAT ZERO for customer service iinet.

    @iiNet outage basically all day in Queanbeyan 2620 NSW. Classic response from @iinet have you tried turning it off and on again. You’re right I didn’t do these basic troubleshooting things before I called you to sit on the phone for hours…

    @misullivan @LG_Australia @iiNet It’s surprising how many people don’t understand bridge mode devices. Security architects, who should, are some of the worst offenders. I had a Telstra engineer tell me that I didn’t need a firewall between their garbage modem and my network. “One is built in”. 🙄🙄🙄🙄

    @iiNet It's nice to be notified of a planned NBN outage, but you gotta communicate more precisely. We were told 8am to 5pm Wed-Fri this week, and that it *may* affect our service. There hasn't been a whisper of internet here since 6pm on Tuesday. Could have warned us!
