I got rid fo @Telstra a while back because they couldn’t do a simple thing and move me back to them after I was moved to another ISP without my consent. Ended up moving to iiNet, couldn’t’ be happier and getting faster download.

    @iiNet thanks (not) for calling me at 12.00 (as promised) to do this, so called, easy switch to NBN. Your complete lack of reliability and inability is overwhelming! Oh yeah, & I appreciate the wasted hours of my life on the phone with your techs so far. Time I’ll never get back!

    @iiNet It’s working now. Clearly you Network Status post saying there was minor incident which “may” affect service was correct. It was the network.

    @cmallet @iiNet If your desperate of internet. It’s a DNS issue as a workaround if you change your computer or router to google DNS 8.8.8.8,8.8.4.4 you will be able to use the net.

    @iiNet That is my wife. She is at work I made it EXPLICITLY clear to your support person to call my number 0407529906 The account is in my wife’s name and I am an authorized person on the account. We covered this yesterday. They don’t listen.
