@iiNet I just changed my nbn over to you guys. I've hooked up new modem and have internet access. Do I need to cancel my service with old provider or was that done automatically?

@iiNet #iinet How hard is it to cancel your account?? I spoke to a CS rep on Friday 5.30 and was assured the account would be cancelled. No email to confirm it so rang this morning, no cancellation recorded. Now on hold to customer care after talking and explaining the whole..

@iiNet your website says there is no issue with service for our postcode 3216, yet when we call your helpline there's an automated message saying there is a problem, it's been offline for over 24 hours now, any update?

I’m moving house in a couple of weeks. @iinet know this because they are transferring my service from to my new address on that particular day. So they have posted some new equipment out to me. Do you think they have sent it to my current address or the house nobody lives at?

Anyone else having @iiNet issues? In 4551 - has been on and off for a few days, nothing showing up on the website... Luckily I have a lot of data on my phone so can tether, but it's not ideal when running online masterclasses #frustrating
