@iiNet @iiNet so today I have spoken to customer service, billing, provisioning and faults. Not 1 person has been able to help. I’ve been cut off twice and no call back so I get to start the whole process again. 17 years as a customer and this is the service/support I am getting

@iiNet As expected, still no call from you. Still zero action. Please be assured that the complaint to the ACCC is being drafted right now. Smh.

@iiNet Ignoring customer service feedback @iinet is indicative of your contempt towards the iinet customer and or customer service. #iinet

@iiNet It's nice to be notified of a planned NBN outage, but you gotta communicate more precisely. We were told 8am to 5pm Wed-Fri this week, and that it *may* affect our service. There hasn't been a whisper of internet here since 6pm on Tuesday. Could have warned us!

Is @iiNet @NBN_Australia down in Belconnen, ACT, again?

  • TheRiffJet Riff Jet (@TheRiffJet) reported

Three times I call @iinet (Re returning a call that i missed from a Senior). Twice your staff argue and refuse to even escalate the call. third time was the charm. Calls 1 and 2 are your typical customer service nowadays. But like you care iinet. Recommend #iinet zero. CS Zero

@iiNet @whirlpoolnetau Small businesses AVOID #iiNet. Yet another disastrous tinpot organisation masquerading as a modern telco, even when it invites you to message it directly, it shows no inclination to fix its DISHONEST double-dipping on my credit card.

Second day of unplanned @NBN_Australia outages in Dulwich Hill. How can we work from home without reliable internet? No I don’t want to send you or my provider @iiNet a private message. I just want the service I pay for @TurnbullMalcolm. #LNPfail

  • TubbsJTattsyrup Tubbs Tattsyrup (@TubbsJTattsyrup) reported

@iiNet Ahuh. I’ll send you the details, but given that you’ve screwed us over repeatedly for over a week, I’m sure you’ll keep doing the same thing. 😒 So trust that I’ll keep reporting every day on here how you’ve failed until you actually provide the service we paid for.

@iiNet While I'm on the subject, the communication ping-pong between iiNet and NBN is hilarious. iiNet: "Check this NBN page for outages" NBN page, doesn't say anything about timing: "For more information please contact your service provider"
