@iiNet Issues with NBN connection in Ballarat 3350. connection is there, but pages are loading super slow, and often time out. speed test fails latency test so cannot even check speeds.

@bigmoonidiot @bigbadgus_ @iiNet I left Belong at the start of this year. They continued charging me for the cancelled service. Same for other ex-customers. They acknowledged it 6 weeks ago, but still haven't repaid... and they seem to be actively avoiding us!

@iiNet is there a problem with the internet in Thornbury (3071)? It went down about 10 mins ago and the NBN box has been cycling through trying to reconnect ever since.

Internet provider @iiNet is the worst company I've ever dealt with and that's saying something - terrible processes and stuck in mess from which it's almost impossible to escape. Plus a total drain of time and energy trying to do so. My suggestion - avoid at all costs.

@allanmcconnell4 @iiNet I'm sorry you're having this experience with them. My parents joined them when the internet began (!) and I've been a loyal and happy customer ever since. I hope they read this bad publicity and lift their game to fix your problem! Nothing worse than tech time suck!
