    @iiNet Ok. But that just led me back to tweets I have already seen. Your Company has done its customers no favours at all in this. What a shame, @iinet used to be a good service….now you are not. And many are saying similar.

    @iiNet Not just WA impacted. No phone support. When they were Netspace, they were a stellar service. With every change of ownership, service has fallen further and further into the toilet. I will never recommend iiNet.

    @iiNet what is happening with email? It was down all yesterday A few stray emails dribbled thru at odd times overnight Now I can send but not receive

    @Nemspy @bobthegeo @iiNet Actually it’s a lot more than e-mail if you bothered to check - thousands of business owners including myself who have websites that are down. This is a service that we PAY for and rely on for online ordering etc.

    @iiNet Hi! Can I please have a couple of days deleted from my bill, as I'm paying full price for a full service....and in spite of circumstances beyond your control (even though this has happened a couple of times before), I'm not getting full service. Thanks @iiNet

    @iiNet Don't forget your netspace customers. Webmail page is now loading but sign-in is not working: "Error: Server Error: cannot read - connection closed?"

    @iiNet not awfully happy about getting two texts telling me about my bill today (for first time) just when your #iinet services are down over a key period.
