    @iiNet Worst company I have ever dealt with. I’ve tried to update my phone number for 3 weeks before the bill came out. Log in requires a phone number and 2FA. I’ve never seen such incompetence from a department entitled “Technical Support”. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

    So I’ve been a customer of @iiNet for 12 years so far, and my internet has just been suspended for an invoice being 11 days overdue 🤨😩😡

    @iiNet @VocusComm what happened to support for bizphone? No client comms, no support, no ability to make changes or add handsets… after 11 years of working together, out of necessity to maintain telephony it’s time to go elsewhere…

    @iiNet is actively blocking access and use of @discord Discord it an important communication platform for many. This happened to us last month and after following every solution they had @discord_support, who were quick to reply to my emails, worked out to be our ****** ISP.

    @iiNet Owing to the fact you have refused to address this issue by DM I now have to contact the authorities and my bank regarding you illegally retaining my information. After the large scale hacks of our data we take this very seriously in Australia and will prosecute you

    @iiNet Discord voice (UDP) stuck on RTC Connecting / No Route on iinet NBN—bypasses instantly with Cloudflare WARP. Known issue with other AU ISPs this week.

    And, @iinet and #TheMessengerCo, I know how to reset passwords in settings and my post-grad in tech isn't helping here. I need actual tech support, tho you're both hopeless in that dept. I haven't had email on one device or another since Aug 11. Now on both, so zero email.
