@PetraAu @iiNet You've hit a limit with them and their response is to lock you out so you can't do anything about it --a lockout that won't even let you pull down what's there? Insane.

@iiNet doesn’t care about the customer or rectifying their errors all they do is keep charging you for their errors and don’t refund!!

@PetraAu @iiNet Using Google Drive to send and receive mail won't stop your problem because it still resides on IInet servers. The 1MB limit is ridiculously tiny. Suggest you bite the bullet and move to a Gmail or Hotmail address. Then you aren't tied into you internet provider for email.

Wow. Been with @iiNet 20 years. Now cant receive outlook emails cos exceeded 1 mb limit I’d never heard of. But can’t get on webmail to delete emails cos exceeded mb limit & emails not loading. Whats iiNets solution? Purge my entire inbox of everything. Or forward to gmail.🤬🤬🤬

@iiNet Loving the support. The 2 tickets that were created were both closed and no one told me. Are all your solutions solved this way? How far off the ground is the rug you sweep **** under?
