Kent Johnson (@KentJohnson) reportedAbsolute service disaster @iinet trying to return wireless modem (not suitable). Over 2 weeks, 10 calls, to 'fix' email & receive 'instructions' now the courier does not show - YOU WANT ME TO KEEP TRYING! I'm the only one who has been doing the work! Disgusting.

Kit (@BirdNoises3356) reported@iiNet It's ok. The phone service you provide is terrible. I have almost no signal in the middle of a major regional town. If I drive 15 minutes out of town I have none. Happy to be moving on to something a little safer and useful. :)
-
Kit (@BirdNoises3356) reported@iiNet Oh it gets funnier! So you've cut my cable service as well as my phone service! Why?!
-
Bren by the Sea (@ScorpioOx61) reported@iiNet Thanks, I discovered next morning I was in touch with the world again*, but as stated, there were complaints re #NBN at same time, not just #iiNet (this time). *flippant comment, I did have access to the net via your mobile service (40GB $15 for 6 months then $30) so U get a pass

Rebecca (@BexualFeeling) reported@JonathanGwood @iiNet I told the dude to check my history of service. 9 years... I was like if you make me switch and pay for it, I will go to a different carrier who will gladly do it for free.

Shane Potts (@Pottsy87) reported@iiNet is there a reason why my internet keeps dropping out. And is there a reason why you never called me back
