@iiNet and you want to charge me again to fix your error - disgraceful

@PetraAu @iiNet Using Google Drive to send and receive mail won't stop your problem because it still resides on IInet servers. The 1MB limit is ridiculously tiny. Suggest you bite the bullet and move to a Gmail or Hotmail address. Then you aren't tied into you internet provider for email.

My frustration with Australian internet companies 2.0. So joined IInet. Didn’t think it possible to have worse customer service. But yes it is. Having lived in the U.S. the difference is stark. Promise of calls back not followed through. Terrible. @iiNet

@iiNet and now tell me someone will contact me in 1-2 working days. Biggest joke of a customer relations department

Wow. Been with @iiNet 20 years. Now cant receive outlook emails cos exceeded 1 mb limit I’d never heard of. But can’t get on webmail to delete emails cos exceeded mb limit & emails not loading. Whats iiNets solution? Purge my entire inbox of everything. Or forward to gmail.🤬🤬🤬

@PetraAu @iiNet iiNet are a shocking company. Suggest you go elsewhere. They only help when you threatened to take them to the ombudsmen, then they snap out of their collective coma.

@iiNet is there something wrong with the IPv6 network on your Geelong HFC network currently? IPv4 seems to work fine but IPv6 isn't working (I've got a dhcp lease but can't access anything using it, was working fine last week)
