    @iiNet I have tried calling support 6 times and each time I get to the point where it says there are 3-6 minutes waiting time, it then hangs up!!!!! So frustrating. Can't get any help.

    @iiNet @RoninZero141 Weird, I saw 460 reported outages just from 6167 alone from 9:20pm, if that's not classed as an outage I dont know what is. Back now however, from your own site it was reported as ADSL/NBN ugrades 'may' be affecting the area.

    @iiNet Will do - although given the interactions with your sales and NBN provisioning team I expect a similar dismal result. My only recourse is a TIO complaint which has already been lodged

    .@iinet NBN is down in Greenfields 6210. My router diagnostics indicate no access to DHCP service. ETA on when it will be resolved?

    @iiNet Thank you for your reply. Widespread issue in my location has been reported. I’m sure your flooded with complaints. It’s a shame your generic reply does nothing to help the problem. Boooo
