    @iiNet @VocusComm what happened to support for bizphone? No client comms, no support, no ability to make changes or add handsets… after 11 years of working together, out of necessity to maintain telephony it’s time to go elsewhere…

    DON’T EVEN GET CLOSE TO @DodoAustralia. It tells me: You're missing out! We noticed you haven’t activated your SIM yet! But it hasn’t ******* sent them. The wash-up: its service is no better than the idiots @iinet I want to replace. @DodoAustralia is now dead forever to me.

    @DodoAustralia Your emails keep nagging me, it’s time to activate your SIM. When ******** are you going to send it, #DodoAustralia? So far, your service is no better than, and no less irritating than the @iinet I so desperately want to replace.

    hey @iinet ive been cut off 6 times while going through your phone options, you might want to look into it. im trying to go through to tech support.

    @iiNet Worst company I have ever dealt with. I’ve tried to update my phone number for 3 weeks before the bill came out. Log in requires a phone number and 2FA. I’ve never seen such incompetence from a department entitled “Technical Support”. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

    Hey @iiNet seriously having trouble. EVERYTIME i call you can’t hear me but when i ring anyone else they can hear me. Can you please have someone ring me from tech support. Feel free to dm.

    How crap are @iiNet .. cancel the grapevine mail service .. no notifications or advice this is happening .. no support to customers .. had this email for 18 years so you can imagine work involved updating new email .. do IiNet care .. nope don’t return calls emails online forms
