@iiNet @StuartSMWalker Surely a bit of hot weather doesn’t causes an ISP to stop providing a service. Seems a bit of a lame excuse. 16hrs is very poor SLA for an ISP esp when the parent company is up and running.

@iiNet no emails since 24/12 … sorry this is not good enough when paying top dollar for a internet service. No communication either.
