    @iiNet is there anybody operating the business support for hosting any more? I've been trying for 3 days to get into contact, and kept getting put on hold for over 2 hours that leads nowhere each time.

    @iiNet Worst company I have ever dealt with. I’ve tried to update my phone number for 3 weeks before the bill came out. Log in requires a phone number and 2FA. I’ve never seen such incompetence from a department entitled “Technical Support”. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

    Pretty much comms across Australia are failing right now. Txt international from Australian networks and let me know how you get on and which carrier you use. Per @iiNet Mobile support "all Australia" mobile services affected. Not sure if that is accurate. Txt msg error 28

    @iiNet @gReb3l You have let it get to public so show us how you handle such a case in public? Embarassment is for sure but what other negative emotions does this humiliation bring forth? Going to socials should NOT be the only way to get good help.
