72+ hours without internet. @NBN_Australia technician visited last week and told us there was no problem with the line. @iiNet seem utterly uninterested in providing support. Feels like I'm in 2003.

@iiNet I am STILL waiting on progress. Get nowhere.. you can’t take responsibility nor can you actually care enough to fix things. I’ve been with you for SIX YEARS. I’m so glad to know I’m just $$, not a valued customer. Am I just a joke to you, is that how it is?

Ok can anyone recommend other ISPs cos @iiNet are giving me the run around. Apparently calling to say you’re moving and need your NBN moved means you want wireless internet, then you call to get that fixed and told to give it a chance (it’s terrible), then you call again…

Update: @iiNet failed to give us a modem on time & lied about it being installed & when we will get it. I am not waiting till next week to have internet so now I have to fork out $$$ due to this incompetency. Either way, I'll make damn sure I'll be back online tonight.
