@DocB__ @iiNet Telstra is no different, the call centre employees read from a script and if you interrupt them they start from scratch.

@DocB__ @iiNet Your experience with @iiNet is causing me to reconsider provider’s. Been with them for a decade or more, their service is slipping. Got very close a few weeks back.

@iiNet what the hell? You disconnect my internet after I fixed up my billing details with your last week? What the hell? And I can't speak to you on the phone because it's a Sunday afternoon. That's pretty damn low for a customer of over 20 years.

@justgetnbye @jagungal1 @iiNet Aussie Broadband & iiNet use the same network facilities, usually services supplied by Telstra. The customer service personnel and actions are bound to be different, naturally. No excuse for iiNet sending out non-refurbed modems. That's just slack.

@DocB__ @iiNet Can you get a refund, as they have failed to provide a service they offered, and then find a better provider?

@DocB__ @iiNet I left @iiNet when they were taken over by TPG. iinet used to be great with service and payments, but no more. I hate to say, I’m with Telstra now.

@iiNet I'm hearing this for 4 days now but still without the internet access that you're already billing me for. I've also just noticed on my dashboard that the service at my previous address is still active. All hell will break loose if I'm still being billed for it.

@DocB__ @iiNet And you never believe results from the provider's test site. Try a server in Dublin instead.
