    @iiNet What's happened to your quality of service? Mass outages, almost every day... I used to love #iinet, but if this keeps up, I'm leaving for another provider.

    Ever since @internode got sold to @iiNet the service has gone to absolute ****. Customer service is **** and slow. And I can tell they dont care. Been an Internode customer for over 10 years, think it's time to leave. @superloopau , what's your customer service like?

    Do you know what grinds my gears? When you spend all day doing the work required to get to the bottom of a problem that should not be yours but the company decides it will be, & the 4th rep you’ve spoken to today says “I’m glad we’ve been able to resolve the issue”. .@iiNet 😡

    Hi @iiNet, we just lost DSL connection at our St Kilda (3182) home about 10m ago, and your support line queue has blown out to an hour. Is there an outage we should be aware of?
