    @iiNet This has nothing to do with tech availability. The problem is a week ago I was told I didnt need a tech and then today I get an email saying I have a technician booking for a week and a half from now and I have no net until then

    @iiNet Thanks again... though the dropouts are back again. Have turned off connection box and modem for at least 60s... checked to see if it is a signal issue by staying close to the modem. No luck.

    Had a freak out internet was down @iiNet best service thanks for getting me back up and running fast. Really good customer service - even waited for me to find the power extensions because the power points stopped working 😬

    @iiNet I've done all those. It is a problem with the modem connection itself, with the downstream light solid but upstream light flashing.

    @iiNet Thanks Waheeb, I can’t do that as the only Ethernet connection I have is over the Xbox. This issues has been happening since I was connected over a month and very rarely (if ever) have got the speed I pay for.
