    @iiNet It looks like the edge gateway's firewall rules were restored incorrectly by iiNet after the outage. I get an RPC timeout when I try to update or remove the problem rules. Or even update one rule.

    @iiNet Our business cloud hosting has been down since Christmas Day. Phoning hosting support I get a message saying support will resume on January 29th. We cannot wait another day. I can provide a reference number as I have also emailed. How can we resolve this situation now?

    @iiNet Can you please please please update your ‘customers’ about what is happening re webmail & when you expect to have services working. It’s day 4 of this debacle in Victoria and we haven’t heard from you since the one and only outage post.
