    @iiNet No thanks! @iiNet customer support have told me that there WAS an illegal churn, but that there a definitely real, totally unrelated outage impacting 12 customers, which is coincidentally the number of businesses on my street.

    @savepubschools @iiNet Did your connection come good? Ours went this morning and is still out nearly 15 hours later... no answers through the help line at all.

    @iiNet I rang iinet to switch providers last night but keep emails. 1 hour 25 mins, spoke to 4 people. Supposed to end on 15/3. Internet now out. No email access. Help!!

    @iiNet Hi Tal, yes I had the note about disruption. This seems to be an overriding issue to the planned maintenance? I've had zero service since lunchtime Monday. I assume there's no charge for the period of no supply

    Hi @iiNet - not sure if it’s outage related but mum can’t make calls from the house phone. Internet is ok though.

    @iiNet nah... I doubt its a bug... I assume its just how your system is set up to work. I just think it's **** that you don't show your customers up to date data when you clearly have access to it.

    @iiNet Ahh finally after way too many weeks (5), not the turnaround standard anyone could be expected to endure I've no doubt. Waiting on landline reconnection still though, gah! Oh, spoke to soon, too good to be true!! Internet down AGAIN! Is there really no one there able to fix this?

    @fimail70 @iiNet Sadly, no. 32+ hrs and no closer to a fix. My business is bleeding. Tech = lovely but no clue RE cause/fix. Blamed modem - 99.9% sure it's not that (their internal TransACT team confirmed it's visible on WAN + has sync/IP allocated). My modem shows the same (no issue). 1 of 2
