Vaughan Bellamy-Williams (@veedub3057) reported@unicamster @iiNet I only wait on hold for around 3 - 4 minutes, plus the length of time it takes me to fill in the relevant ombudsman service's webform. If the bank / telco / insurer / etc can't answer the phone before I hit send, we deal with it through that process.

Kent Johnson (@KentJohnson) reported@CrocodileChuck @iiNet iiNET NBN service is fine, I could have saved a couple of hundred a year - IF - the wireless worked. Now I can't return the modem due to corporate ineptitude! Should I bill them for my time spent trying to return it?

Kent Johnson (@KentJohnson) reportedAbsolute service disaster @iinet trying to return wireless modem (not suitable). Over 2 weeks, 10 calls, to 'fix' email & receive 'instructions' now the courier does not show - YOU WANT ME TO KEEP TRYING! I'm the only one who has been doing the work! Disgusting.

Pete (@petebarron) reportedUpgraded to 5G as recommended by @iiNet and have been down most of the night. Never had this issue with the NBN and have been on hold forever trying to resolve. No issues in the area according to their site - epic fail for a telco!!!
