    @iiNet Your colleague has advised there is still an issue in the area, yet your website shows it as resolved. You may want to update your site to accurately reflect to save your customers time.

    @iiNet This is also the second or third recent outage. As this has lasted over 24 hours and has now affected our income, we would like a reduction on our bill.

    @iiNet @brentdacre Same issue in Ferny Hills QLD. Out over 24 hours now. The issue is not resolved as your website seems to suggest. We are losing income now. Please assist.

    @iiNet Yes, a tickets been about lodged about 10 days ago for no line sync, tech has been and gone on Tues, and we've done all the diagnosis on the new issue (line sync but wrong sync) on Thursday night.
