    hey @iiNet, when are you going to fix your email/webmail problems? Hell, when are you going to put out a simple notice acknowledging there are problems & giving an estimate of it being fixed? Poor customer service

    @katling73 @iiNet Its been down for 18 hours and even their website is down. Not a good look and no sign of any fixes either.

    @dave_it @iiNet @iiNet no broadcast msg on their helpline. not indication of wait time. can't access toolbox. most URL containing iinet failing. email down for over 12 hours now
