@iiNet following an "upgrade" to the 4G wireless broadband service in my area last Friday AM, my stable downloads have gone from 19-20mbps to 3-5mbps which don't even allow a stable connection for work. @iiNet help desk response... nothing we can do. WTAF?

@iiNet It seems #iiNet can’t even manage competently to deliver a sim card. Its service is TOTAL DISASTER. And it wishes to warn disappointed **NEW** customers off complaining publicly about its appalling service. I predict a very short relationship. Want better? AVOID #iiNet.

@iiNet #iiNet’s SERVICE IS BROKEN FROM TOP TO BOTTOM, AND IT IS BREAKING MY BUSINESS. A PHONE MORON CALLED ZILLAH SAID SHE WOULD CALL ME BACK BUT WHEN WILL SOMEONE SENIOR TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR FIXING THIS AWFUL SERVICE? AVOID PAIN. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH #iiNet.

@iinet attempting to watch the Olympics via the @7plus live tv channels using iinet's Fetch box. The Fetch box reboots itself whenever it feels like it, has a slow and unresponsive interface, and its displayed picture freezes often. iinet tries to sell movies using Fetch? Really?
