    @GrogsGamut @iiNet Left them some years ago. Could never guarantee a decent connection or speed. Now with Aussie BB. Never regretted the decision. Speeds exactly as advertised.

    @iiNet has some ***** trying to upsell me on speeds I never actually got when they gave me a "free upgrade" especially since my internet has been down for at least 5 hours now.

    @GrogsGamut @iiNet Can confirm similar problem in transferring my NBN service within same apartment complex. Had to create a new service and pay in advance. Absolutely poor customer service at @iiNet !
