This is not the issue the issue is when i rang your customer support person located in the fking Caribbean i got no answer. Probably because there was a dog in the background barking

    @iiNet Thanks for the update John. However, given that I believe this has happened before, it sounds like it's high time to update the aircon/generators/insulation etc on this particular data centre (or even move to a new data centre?). Any hardware issues?

    @iiNet @AEBayley I qsked what the issue was. The main thing is a bit of transparency..even your website is down now telling me thw same corporate bs. Tell us what the ******* issue is not some adverse weather condition. 15 years member yiu can get ******

    @iiNet @AEBayley Find it pretty hard to see how 43 is extreme in WA. Lived there for years, regularly 42, 43. We kept our mainframe running during cyclone Alby FFS, most of Perth was without power. It's called having backup systems, power, network etc etc.
