    Ok @iiNet I can't access my eSim through toolbox, but you can't cancel it, and I can't transfer it, so I am stuck paying for a phone that I can't use, and then when I call up customer service, no manager or supervisor will speak with me. This has been going on for months.

    @iiNet What's happened to your quality of service? Mass outages, almost every day... I used to love #iinet, but if this keeps up, I'm leaving for another provider.

    @iiNet ... this is beyond tedious. Every single day now, your service drops out. It's 3 hours since I reached home. What exactly am Is paying you for??

    @iiNet I called back again and the same thing has happened !!!! This is basic customer service 101 !!!! I am thinking it is time to start shopping around for new service

    @iiNet @VocusComm what happened to support for bizphone? No client comms, no support, no ability to make changes or add handsets… after 11 years of working together, out of necessity to maintain telephony it’s time to go elsewhere…

    There is a huge amount of endurance required to cancel an @iiNet internet plan. When you speak to someone, they make the call go for so long that you might just give up and stay with them. It's a gauntlet of silly questions and tactics.
