@iiNet I'm still waiting a response to SMS and emails regarding fault 360067133. It has been almost a week. Pathetic service. The only time I get a quick response is when I provide a "0" score for satisfaction after wasting my time speaking to the "help" desk.

@GrogsGamut @iiNet Yes they bricked my phone by moving it to a network that doesn’t exist where I live - we shifted to Mate, better deal for less money, people answer the phone, etc etc.

@iiNet I've had a case open for about 3 months now. Two technician visits (the same technician that didn't know how to fix it the first time) and two routers later... It still sucks. Try your best, my account will be under my name.
