    @Steve_Clark @iiNet @NBN_Australia I have had mainly good support experiences with iinet but it was my first go with NBN since installation. The tech was very efficient and could explain how he resolved the problem

    @PetraAu @slsandpet @iiNet The ombudsman can fine them for each day your complaint is not resolved and if they have to many days of unresolved complaints they get their arses kicked. Ombudsman in this industry has huge amount of power. Good luck

    @iiNet interesting to see you claim to be number 1 in customer service. I have been trying to get you to fix my constant dropouts for 9 weeks, and still can’t use the internet for any longer than a couple of hours. Very poor customer service

    @PetraAu @iiNet I hear you - Left Optus after 15 loyal years as a business customer to migrate to Telstra. Dreadful customer service and a similar story as yours, however, with a different issue.

    @iiNet just emailed support. RE: new modem not working and getting a tech out. Don’t wanna spend ages on the phone.

    @PetraAu @iiNet Should of asked how to do that or perhaps asked to speak to a tech person. Time to look for a different service?
