    @iiNet hey there, I had an issue texting international. Thought I needed to top up per the iiNet mobile plan. So I topped up. Turns out I did not need to do that because I had sufficient money to text an international number. Please may the top up go towards my plan. Thank you

    @iiNet Worst company I have ever dealt with. I’ve tried to update my phone number for 3 weeks before the bill came out. Log in requires a phone number and 2FA. I’ve never seen such incompetence from a department entitled “Technical Support”. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
