@LoveNotGreed @engagedpractx @iiNet I changed from Telstra at the beginning of the pandemic. I had a very expensive plan, and the service was hopeless. I’ve got so much data now.

@NBN_Australia They are blaming the NBN @iiNet says the issue is rectified and the @NBN_Australia is the issue! Sort it out people WFH!! And rely on the internet

@iiNet thanks for making me wait 20 mins then when I asked to be put through to the previous technician who i spoke to for 20 mins, i coincidentally got cut off… great way to lose a customer. Sumi from technical support if you are wondering why I’m now researching other options.

I don't do much consumer advice here, but anyone using @iiNet or @WestnetAU (same company) for mobile service, don't bother. I'm still not connected three weeks after requesting a SIM card. Help line is no help. Promises broken. Indifferent. Wasted no time in taking my money.
