    @iiNet Hi, Any issues in Castle Hill NSW 2154 with NBN Phone? Our internet is working great/fast but the landline has stopped working. We've tested the line with 3 different handsets but there is no dial tone. Restarted both the NBN modem and router/phone box multiple times.

    @iiNet No.. I just talked to 3 different departments and talked to RUDE guy in collections who i will be reporting for his Bad Attitude ans rude behavior. Ive been with u 16 years. You can go to hell im leaving your company and going to Telsta. Had enough of bloody overseas RUDE PEOPLE

    @iiNet #iinet nbn slow and dropping out in #InnerWest Again. Boring. No path to simply log issue online. Is it the cheap and cheerful IiNet modem or is it IiNet? My contract’s up in a month. Thankfully.

    @iiNet your customer service is the worst. Poorly trained staff, who are very difficult to hear down the bad VOIP line your provide them with. Been with iinet for a decade but Im@now looking for another provider. So angry.

    @iiNet Have had reports of VDSL2 problems in Canberra near Manuka? Rebooted modem and speeds are v e r y slow.

    @iiNet pls explain how you can issue an invoice & have it due on the same day!! I don’t give you debit my account but you are giving me a chance to pay it through another means if I choose to do so.
