    Customer service @iiNet is really really bad. Cue waiting times blown out to 30 mins and to make it worse they hang up on you. 3rd phone call in 90 mins to try and resolve issue of their making. Avoid them if you can...

    @iiNet ticket 365275611. I accepted a retention offer to switch back to you from another ISP - still waiting for my speed upgrade. How much longer? Also, i note that in my ticket there are emails i never received.

    @pceebee23 @jimmyraynes @iiNet Unless it's cloudflares 1.1.1.1 DNS, and everyone's having issues is routed through that, I would say it's not the DNS server but either the physical lines or iinets backend.

    @iiNet Hi. I've been struggling with persistent dropouts in NBN service ever since I moved into a new house. I work from home and NBN FTTP is my only option. Multiple visits from NBN and IINET techs. No fix. Can anyone help?

    @iiNet Issues with NBN connection in Ballarat 3350. connection is there, but pages are loading super slow, and often time out. speed test fails latency test so cannot even check speeds.
