@mariasofi @iiNet @ozemail Just recently spent a few days unsubscribing to emails never subscribed to find several with no unsubscribe button.

@PetraAu @iiNet You've hit a limit with them and their response is to lock you out so you can't do anything about it --a lockout that won't even let you pull down what's there? Insane.

@PetraAu @iiNet Using Google Drive to send and receive mail won't stop your problem because it still resides on IInet servers. The 1MB limit is ridiculously tiny. Suggest you bite the bullet and move to a Gmail or Hotmail address. Then you aren't tied into you internet provider for email.

@iiNet Still waiting. So basically I’ve been lied to that I would receive a call. Again another waste of time. I’m now on hold waiting. I’d this how you treat a customer who has been with you for around 15 years?

@iiNet is there something wrong with the IPv6 network on your Geelong HFC network currently? IPv4 seems to work fine but IPv6 isn't working (I've got a dhcp lease but can't access anything using it, was working fine last week)

@iiNet Just off the phone. I now have to wait for technicians to call. Hopefully next week to have someone help. This is disgraceful. I have been nothing but the most accommodating customer and now I’m being treated like rubbish. Thanks for ruining my Friday night and weekend.

Wow. Been with @iiNet 20 years. Now cant receive outlook emails cos exceeded 1 mb limit I’d never heard of. But can’t get on webmail to delete emails cos exceeded mb limit & emails not loading. Whats iiNets solution? Purge my entire inbox of everything. Or forward to gmail.🤬🤬🤬

@mariasofi @iiNet @ozemail Its really shocking. I cant believe some employee overseas telling me onky choice is for them to delete all my emails. Okay, so iiNet has 93,000 of my emails on their server, half of which from marketeers spamming daily with blogs&ads & things u never subscribed too.
