@Tombarina @iiNet It already is one I can only assume that they're having some sort of issue accessing the credentials for their socials. There's no way any company could be this freaking useless. Either that or their lawyers have told them to shut up for now.

@iiNet no longer has Australian call centres. @iiNet doesn’t have a retention team …doesn’t provide ETA for faults …isn’t actually caring about issues.

@iiNet Any chance of an explanation as late in the afternoon there's still nothing doing with e-mail ? - you lot also ignored my DM a few days ago as well. Great service, well not really. If you can't solve your problems just own it rather than hiding.

@iiNet email not working, no new promised set top box and rang over 6 times by one of your salespeople to put me on a dearer plan - she rang at least 6 times, even when I told her that I couldn't afford that particular upgrade! Just fix my email for starters! @iiNet #nothappyjan

Well, if it was me, I'd use this @TPG_Telecom @iiNet outage as a 'back door reform' - a cost-saving opportunity to expunge all the old ozemail/iinet customers and consolidate to TPG - but that's just me.

@iinet we’ve been with you over 19 years, and you can’t even tell us what’s happening? No apologies? No credit offer? I want better service than this.

@jrgibson1 @iiNet I switched to TPG when they bought out iiNet. Why stay with the sub brand when you can go with the owner? Never had an issue. Aussie BB seems to be good if going independent is important to you
