    @iiNet I called back again and the same thing has happened !!!! This is basic customer service 101 !!!! I am thinking it is time to start shopping around for new service

    @iiNet on phone since 2+hours but no response and hang up the phone. Either you need to better your service or shut down your company. Worst experience

    @iiNet our internet down for 2 days. Ring support. Business centre is closed (closed at 5.30pm on Sunday). But I called at 4.50!! What rubbish service is this!!??

    There is a huge amount of endurance required to cancel an @iiNet internet plan. When you speak to someone, they make the call go for so long that you might just give up and stay with them. It's a gauntlet of silly questions and tactics.

    @iiNet is there an outage in the Ballarat area? 3350 Have an IP but no traffic flowing after a router restart and an nbn box restart

    I find it funny that @Optus keep doing ads promoting good coverage an service when it's the worst in Australia hahahaha. When @iiNet come in 8 yrs am has give better internet . We all no know yes means ' yes for **** reception '

    So I’ve been a customer of @iiNet for 12 years so far, and my internet has just been suspended for an invoice being 11 days overdue 🤨😩😡
