    @iiNet it’s very interesting that IiNet seem not to use any of their social media since 2024. It that because of the appalling and depleting customer service like the outage in our area today that was not communicated or corrected in the 14 hours since it went off line ?

    @iiNet Omfg I've never had a dog **** internet connection or internet issue problem before with you guys I'm very disappointed. I can't stream the only thing is connected in my computer. How can I get verified on @KickStreaming with your dog **** internet 😡😡

    Hi @iiNet, we just lost DSL connection at our St Kilda (3182) home about 10m ago, and your support line queue has blown out to an hour. Is there an outage we should be aware of?

    @iiNet worst customer experience of my life - 3.5 years a customer- take my money every month - try to talk to someone - 3 phone calls - can't help me because my DOB is wrong in yr system- resend ID verified- 12 hours later still not updated and can't help me - told to call back

    @iiNet @gReb3l You have let it get to public so show us how you handle such a case in public? Embarassment is for sure but what other negative emotions does this humiliation bring forth? Going to socials should NOT be the only way to get good help.
